Why didn't they notice this when they did the repair the first time? Also, I was talking to one of the employees when he interrupted me to ask someone else a question. No apology. The employees were all generally like this that I dealt with--fairly rude and acted like they didn't really care for our business. All this said, they did the repairs quickly and skillfully. Their communications, though not tempered with care, were technically accurate which I appreciate. Update: After posting this review, got a message from a representative of the store wanting to discuss my review. She was very polite and helpful and was able to make things right with me. The bottoms screen's a little crooked, I don't know how I'll continue living. Lol. But it's all glass lcd, and it works better than ever.
