I had a Kenwood head unit installed summer of 2010 that worked for the most part flawlessly. On 25-Aug-12 a guy running a red light at 34th & Q hit me. I was lucky but my 2002 Camry was totaled. I asked the guys at Vision to go out to the wrecking yard and remove my Kenwood and replace it with the factory unit. After buying a 2005 Camry the next week I took it up to Vision Auto to have my Kenwood re-installed in my 2005 Camry XLS. When I went and picked it up it made a loud whine. So I asked what was up and was told to bring it back the next day, which I did. This time when I picked up the whine was only heard when the lights came on!!!!! When I asked about the still unfixed whine I was told that that was the best they could do. I have been a business owner back in the 80's and 90's of three companies that employed 30+ employees. Stuff like what happened at Vision starts with BAD MANAGEMENT from the top down. Times of integrity and when your word meant something are gone. At least at Vision Auto.

No "sorry we don't have any in stock" or even "sorry no". She gave me no indication as to when they would be receiving more. She said one word to me "no" in a tone as if I was an idiot for even asking. As if my previous experience with purchasing an iPhone wouldn't have convinced me not to preorder. I usually do anything I can to support storefronts, preferring to give my business to a store whenever possible. I will be conducting my cellphone business online from now on.

I have been in this certain Home Depot and have noticed a decline in their customer service,…read morestressed out employees, and poor management... specifically the store manager Albert. I'm not sure who the district manger is but I would certainly have some words for him. I usually come in there for materials in the evenings for my construction company to do some shopping for the next day. You can see the employees are extremely stressed out due to lack of help, other customers are are frustrated as well. There are pallets in the isles about an hour before the store is closed and you can hear loud rap music coming from the receiving area. I would be embarrassed to work there if I were an employee. They work with a Skelton crew in the evenings and there is still plenty of customers in the store and I always see several walk out due to lack of service. I advise anyone going in there to be aware.
