I had a Kenwood head unit installed summer of 2010 that worked for the most part flawlessly. On 25-Aug-12 a guy running a red light at 34th & Q hit me. I was lucky but my 2002 Camry was totaled. I asked the guys at Vision to go out to the wrecking yard and remove my Kenwood and replace it with the factory unit. After buying a 2005 Camry the next week I took it up to Vision Auto to have my Kenwood re-installed in my 2005 Camry XLS. When I went and picked it up it made a loud whine. So I asked what was up and was told to bring it back the next day, which I did. This time when I picked up the whine was only heard when the lights came on!!!!! When I asked about the still unfixed whine I was told that that was the best they could do. I have been a business owner back in the 80's and 90's of three companies that employed 30+ employees. Stuff like what happened at Vision starts with BAD MANAGEMENT from the top down. Times of integrity and when your word meant something are gone. At least at Vision Auto.

I asked if there was anyone else available and she said no, she has to take names and can't help anyone. That makes absolutely no sense to me, so I left and drove to the Milwaukee location where two people are happily helping two customers and let me know when I walk in that I'm behind one other person and one of them will be with me as soon as they can. Ended up spending 12 hours in store or on the phone before I found a resolution. During my time in the store, they talked us into getting new apple watches on a "buy one get one" promotion. My wife's new watch started up perfectly. Mine was DOA out of the box. They refused to give me a different one and tried and tried to get it to power up, which it did. I still did not want this watch, as I knew there was a problem with it. They insisted I take it and told me that I had 30 days, and if things were still a problem, they would exchange it for free. Nothing but problems with it since then. As a teacher/coach, I wasn't able to get in until school was out. When I arrived at the store, they said it was only a 14 day return window, and they couldn't do a thing for me. Even talked to the manager and told him what I was told that day by the employee and the issues. He said he was sorry, but I was out of luck. People are friendly at this location, but customer service ends after you sign up for what they wanted to sell you. Save yourself the issues and go to Best Buy.

I would like to share a very disappointing experience I had at Home Depot, located at 5801 W Loop…read more289 Acc Rd, Lubbock, TX 79414, on August 11 around 7:30 PM. I went to the Customer Service desk to request a price match for a freezer. The female employee who assisted me appeared unwilling to help from the beginning. When I tried to explain my request, she acted as though she could not understand what I was saying. I even opened Home Depot's official Price Match Policy on my phone and showed it to her directly, but she still refused to assist me and told me that she did not know about the price match policy, despite the fact that I had the policy right in front of her. I do not remember her name. She was a shorter, older white woman. What was most upsetting was not simply that my price match request was initially denied, but the way I felt I was treated and spoken to as a customer. As an Asian customer, the interaction left me feeling that I was not being treated with the same level of respect and willingness to help that I would reasonably expect from a customer service employee. Eventually, I asked to speak with a manager. Diego then assisted me and resolved the issue very quickly without any problem. I sincerely appreciate Diego's professionalism and willingness to help. I hope Home Depot will review what happened and consider whether its employees are receiving adequate training on both company policies and customer service. More importantly, employees at the Customer Service desk should treat every customer with patience, respect, and professionalism, regardless of their race, ethnicity, accent, or ability to communicate perfectly in English. I am not making a definitive accusation of discrimination, because I cannot know the employee's intentions. However, the way I was treated made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, and I believe Home Depot should take this concern seriously and look into the situation.

This is Thursday a little after 2pm. I went to Battery Joe . I needed two batteries for my car…read morekeys. On the door it a sign said Temporary Store Hours. Monday- Friday 8:04 - 6:04 and then it said the weekend hours. No was there . Doors locked and lights were off. No sign saying anything about lunch or why they're closed. Another woman drove up as I was leaving . That was two sales they missed. Yes I was ticked because I went out of my way to go there, but not again.

This is a very simple store that does a little more than just sell batteries. They do some cell…read morephone repair and will install watch batteries for you, usually even while you wait. If you're in urgent need of some unusual size battery and can't wait for delivery, they will probably have them here. They also sell and change out car batteries. You can even dispose of old dead batteries here, whether lithium, alkaline, or something else. The guys working here have always been friendly. Beware the prices though, it's what you pay for convenience.
