Wednesday morning was just perfect to enjoy the nice atmosphere and great service. I had the Buttermilk Belgium Waffle with a nice cold brew and it was excellent. My friend had a skillet with scrambled eggs and really enjoyed it. We will be back! Outdoor dining is available but not for us today as it is in the 90s and their AC is perfect !

It was super quick to order and the lady was able to whip it up fairly quickly. They also do provide options to make your own as well! Although they don't provide seating directly, there are some table and chairs available right next to it that you can use to enjoy the fresh pancakes! It's located within an intersection of the mall so there's ample room! If you're craving something sweet, definitely check them out!

My parents and grandmother are regulars (and I can see why)! Sophia was an excellent server with friendly hospitality.
