Not sure if it was because I told you this was my first home but the dishonesty in your pricing needs to be reassessed. With internet access and electrician feedback it's easy to tell that your quote was ridiculous. The suggested approach to the work wasn't great either, my home definitely doesn't need a sub panel in the house when I'm getting a main panel upgrade. The number of dedicated circuits recommended by you compared to general recommendations I've heard didn't match nor made sense with the high price you charged. 29-33k for 12 circuits and a main panel upgrade with an unneeded sub panel in the home to "save on wires used"? Really? The only positive thing I have to say is your customer service rep was kind.

We hired…read moreAll-in-One to install some recessed lighting and outlets inside our home as well as upgrade our electrical panel on the exterior of our home. For the lighting/outlet install, instead of using any kind of drywall saw or cutting tool, they just used a hammer to put holes in our walls and ceilings in order to run wiring and install switches/lighting. This left our home looking crazy and made it unnecessarily difficult to make drywall repairs. Also, a number of the recessed lights they installed were not even symmetrical. On the exterior panel install, they swore up and down that the existing panel could not be replaced without major rework to the wall. So, thinking it was my only option, I approved the location of the new panel off to the side. However, I absolutely did not approve them coming out of the wall at an angle with that large flex conduit the way they did. After addressing these issues with them, their only response was that they could relocate the panel for the same cost as the original installation. Overall, it became clear to us that All-In-One Electric only cared about getting the job done as quickly as possible and had little to no respect for our home. They made it clear that their aim was to do the bare minimum as long as it was "up to code." I would not recommend their services to anyone after this experience.

There were a series of excellent reviews. I sent hima a message and he got back to me right away. When we spoke, Ian himself walked me through the troubleshooting over the phone. He suggested it could be a bad bulb connection (take it out and clean the contacts) or an issue with the wall switch. Sure enough, it turned out to be our dimmer switch -- it just couldn't hold the charge properly and was causing the constant flickering. What really stands out is that Ian could have easily scheduled a service call and charged me a couple hundred bucks to come out. Instead, he gave me the exact fix for free and saved me the hassle and expense. In a world where so many companies push for paid visits, this level of honesty and helpfulness is rare and genuinely appreciated. We found a different outlet (not part of the…read moreoriginal problem) that didn't work, and when we contacted them a few hours after they had left, they told me that we would have to pay another full service fee for them to double-check their own work. Turns out a wire in the outlet they repaired wasn't reconnected so we lost current to the new separate outlet that was chained to the repaired one (luckily was able to find it and fix it myself). Pros: Quick response, good communication, pleasant interaction, repaired original problem. Cons: No warranty/guarantee of service, they didn't double check everything in the area they worked on before leaving (I should have too). When I found a problem after they left (even if it's the same day in the area that they were working on), I would have had to pay a full service fee again.

We set an appointment for a couple weeks out. Communication was great all the way through! Although it was a standard 33 x 22 sink replacement, Victor had to cut quite a lot from the counter top to get it to sit flush. After that, he got the disposal and all the plumbing to line up. He ran the sink and disposal and after a few more minor adjustments, he was done. Everything works perfectly! No leaks. I will be using Victor for future projects.
