Got a great set of Falken Wildpeak A/T tires from them at an excellent price and installation price was good too. Out the door price, with installation and tax, was well below what just the tires would have cost even at TireRack.com. (Some times that gets me worried on the age of the tires, that maybe they have been sitting in a warehouse forever etc. Nope these were 1925 - May 2025 excellent!) Their communication was great and the service was excellent. Dropped the car and by the time I walked to Target and got a Starbucks and back the car was already done and waiting for me. When I came back, they had moved the car off to the side, away from the shop. They told me it would be ready in an hour. Okay, I left again and went to lunch. When I returned, the car was still untouched. The tires had been ordered two days in advance and were already at the shop. They had taken my deposit and knew they wouldn't lose my business, so they kept me waiting. I told them I had an appointment and needed to leave on time. So, I've been needing tires on my work car for a while now, and it all came to a head when I had a flat tire. I went to a few places in San Leandro (Big O Tires, Goodyear) before here, and they made putting on tires seem like rocket science. Both places way overpriced their tires, gotta make an appointment, come back later, drop your car off, blah blah blah!! They excelled at wasting your time!! But this place was all about business, and tires. They had my tire in stock and changed it in about 10 minutes. Got home, put the tire on, and came back asking did they have 3 more. They said no, but come in the next day and we'll have them. No appointment necessary, just come in. So the next day I came by right after work and they installed the tires in about 15-20 minutes, so so fast. Also, the tires were about $40 less per tire than the other places. The workers here don't mess around, they get you in and get you out. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, because the 'Express' part of their name is completely accurate. When I need tires, this is the place I'll be going to for now on, without a doubt!!! read more

The second tire blew up AAA came and told me it was tire quality.. I Argued with the owner he changed it for free after many arguments.... The tires come with free rotation so I took it for a rotation.. after leaving the car started to shake i thought to myself it's just the wear on the tires I got an the freeway and it starting shaking really bad so I pulled over and the passenger front tire I was able to take all the lug nuts off with my have THEY NEVER tightened he bolt.. so I had to tighten them I would not trust this shop again Sad thing is before the new ownership I referred at least 5 people here. Well anyway i got scammed after using Acima credit to purchase some rims i never received. When i asked for a refund of my money (which the creditors already paid the business) i was told i can only get $500 back out of $2100. Then when i went to file a civil lawsuit claim all the sudden these guys have a "different owner". Came in for some rims and tires and the guys there where all chill and knew their stuff . Helped me out with what I needed plus did my front brakes and rotors . The tech handling my brakes was very thorough with lubing all moving parts of brake pins and calipers . The techs taking care of installing rims and wheels where very careful to not scratch my wheels or damage my new sensors . Definitely will come back for more tire services . As I was leaving we noticed that my new wheels rubbed on trim and they fixed the issue by cutting some of the trim out so the tub stopped . Prior to cutting they made sure I was ok with it and I stood watch as the tech did his work . Totally satisfied with my purchase. read more

Horrible Place Looked on offer up for tires. A set of tires for $376 with tire installation. Then they decided to jack up the price to $576 after I showed interest. Ended up paying over $600 for tires and installation. This place is a scam. They will show lower price and will raise the price on you after you show interest. They will also make changes on the bill/receipt to make it look legit on their end. And they'll inflate your tires to the maximum psi which is usually not recommended. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Definitely not going back here ever. Keep in mind. Whatever price they show is a scam. They'll raise the price and will add labor and fees on top when you think the price showed is for everything included which they will say at first. read more

NEVER NEVER BACK I had a very bad experience here today. I bought new tires from Amazon and came here to replace them. But while changing the tire, the owner came and said one of air pressure sensor is missing. i asked why sensor is missing that was working until yesterday. I understand if the sensor doesn't work, but i can't believe it's missing. If it's broken, the piece should be in the tire. He just says he doesn't know, and he charged $100 extra. I searched online for the price of the parts and it was $15 and it took him less than 10 minutes to work. These guys don't know when and how they will do fraudulent business to hurt you. Found the shop on Facebook market place. The name sounded familiar. A few of my friends have came here recently and had no complaints. Came in, got my tears changed, was in and out in 30 minutes. Cool. When I got home, I noticed my rims were damaged! Yeah, my rims had some curb rash and paint imperfections prior to coming to the shop.... no where near as bad as their employee had me looking! I know it happened at the shop because there's the residue from him changing the tire and then fresh deep scuffs. The surface of my wheels are trashed. I tried contacting the employee who brought me in about it and got no response. All I said in my Instagram post is that I got my rims damaged. I said nothing more or less about the business. The response I got from their account was rude and incredibly unprofessional. I understand accidents happen, but this is NOT how you go about it. On top of that, after I made the lost I had 3 other individuals tell me of their bad experience. I hate to be THAT guy, but one of their employees ruined my rims and I'm 100% positive I'm not going to receive an apology or any kind of compensation. Do not go here, this is your warning! I went there thinking I was getting a nice deal with Francisco, it just ended up being a long wait, week after week... and all for nothing! I ordered rims for my wife on Thurs, was told it'd be in on either Monday or Tuesday. It'd be great if that was the case! I didn't get any updates or calls for over 2 weeks! I call to check in and they said they'd call me back, no call back. I call the next day, same thing, they'd call me back and no call back. I give them another week to sort it out and still nothing! No communication at all. If you own a business, you need to learn to keep better records with your customers and some sort of way to remind your front desk to check on orders. Come on!! If I could give this business 0 stars I would! Purchased tires and wheels from here. Everything was extremely marked up and poor quality. Tires can be purchased at Walmart that they sell at their shop BUT the real issue is they don't know how to properly install tire and wheels. They didn't add wheel weights to my tires which comes standard with any tires and wheels purchase (charged me for balance and mount) and this caused excessive shaking on the freeway and possible damage to my control arms and tire rods. Also, they do alignments but do not provide you with a alignment report. This business was a huge nightmare. Owner simply lies about his machines are broken or old as an excuse for not properly doing what he charges you for. I went there several times and the issues were never resolved. Contacted Alex Tariq on facebook marketplace based on his post for new tires. Gave him correct tire specs and he gave me $409.00 price for all 4 with installation. When i got there the next day to install, his employee tells me that the price looks too low and they cant do it. He called Alex and apparently they decided not to honor the price anymore! I ended up buying the tires for $508 + tax and fees since i had already spent an hour there and really needed new tires. The service it self was super slow. Overall, a good waste of 4-5 hours waiting around for slow incompetent workers and a dishonest business owner. When i got home, i decided to check the cold tire pressure the next day as it felt very stiff, not to my surprise, the front tires were 42 and 39 and rears were 39 each! The factory recommendation on these tires are 36.. they couldn't even do that correctly. Bottomline is, stay away from this dishonest business if you value accountability and time! read more

Really horrible customer service. I had ordered rims and tires and waited over 3 weeks to find out that they received them and had to send them back. In the 3 weeks I waited I had made several calls to inquire and was not ever told of the situation, only that they should be there any day. I go in ask for a price on an alignment. They $109. I said your higher than Big O. They where going to charge $89 I said. So the girl at the front discounted it to $99. It was still higher but I didn't have the time to be cheap for $10. So I agree and paid the $99. My truck is lifted and some guy starts working on it. The guy is struggling. Time is going by. Now almost an hour and a half. Still struggling under the my truck. I can see the guy is struggling. This is not good I thought to myself. Then the guy is working on my truck but complaining about the place he works for. I don't know what to say only thing is I need to get out of there asap. But my truck is on the lift and I already paid. The guy is complaining to me that he's gonna try his best. That right there should've been enough. He's not qualified to do the job. Why would they put this guy on my truck and no one is supervising nor managing the place? Truck comes down the guy tells me it's done. I get a paper of the alignment but I don't understand the graph. So I drive off thinking I guess I'm okay. 2 weeks go by and I went to San Mateo and on the way back on the bridge my truck is bouncing like it's gonna break in half from the control arms. I pull over look under the truck and see my new tires bald from the inside. That clearly tells me its the alignment wasn't done right and now my tires that where new are bald due to the alignment. The tires came with a 3 year warranty and ruined as well. So I go back to Bay Area Tires & wheels and some guy supposedly the manager said I waited too long. It was my fault my tires are bald. I don't like to argue but I'm not happy and don't got the time to argue. He sells 2 new tires at $200 for both. What about the warranty I said. Supposedly manager said he will honor it. I drive off. 1 week later I see the new tires again going bald. This time I am so frustrated. What can it be besides my alignment? I take the truck to another tire shop explaining my frustration. They check my truck out and at the end it was the alignment. Bay Area didn't do the alignment correctly. They struggled with a bolt and strip the bolt. That's why they couldn't perform the alignment correctly. Proof is on paper. It's the alignment not properly done right. That so called manager never ever went to check to make sure everything was right. He never did. All he did was walk around the place and disappear and on the phone. The place that fixed my issue and got my issue fixed correctly felt so bad for me that they didn't even charge me a dime due to the amount of money I had already paid. They didn't charge me!!!! Who does that? So I take my truck back to Bay Area tires & wheels again this time with proof of the alignment not being done right and how it's corrected. With all the proof on paper they blamed it on me that I had issues with the truck and that there's nothing they could do for me. That's what I got from that place. Any place you ever go. The specialist doing the job at an alignment place will tell you if there is an issue with your vehicle. They won't do the alignment. So there you have it. Lost a customer forever.
