He let me know when he was arriving. He explained to us the importance of how high to mount the tv. Showed us an idea of how the tv would look mounted on the wall using tape. We were able to visualize the tv location and height easily. After several adjustments, we were able to decide height and location on the wall. Hameed was very patient with us.
