It was magical being out on the water and we felt so taken care of between the route, the catering, and the different features of the boat, in general. We had a great work event last fall onboard the Gas Light! The boat was beautiful and clean. The crew was attentive and allowed us to help pull the sails. When we boarded from Pier 40, we got a champagne toast, along with a group photo and short video, which made for a cheerful, relaxing welcome that set the mood for our 2-hour cruise in the bay. We ordered catered snacks, which was a good variety of savory and sweet options, along with an open bar up to a cap that we didn't reach. And this wonderful event was all executed with the help of their communicative staff within a modest budget that I had. What a great experience! I booked this trip as a corporate outing and our team loved it. From beginning to end, Allie and the team were very quick to reply with our questions and they made the entire planning process easy and smooth! The day of the trip we were greeted by the crew and greeted with a glass of champagne. We sailed around the Bay (took off from Alameda which was very convenient with plenty of parking) and made it to the bridge. We used their downstairs area where there was a beautiful spread set up and it was more spacious than I expected. The boat was beautiful, seemed well kept and safe. We had a great time!! Attended a corporate event aboard the Gas Light during fleet week. Unfortunately named schooner but lovely experience. The crew were very thoughtful, including making sure the kids in the group were taken care of and safe. The catering comprised of sandwiches, fruit, and pastries - surprisingly good and filling. The crew came around with ear plugs when the air show became too loud and continued to walk around collecting trash or asking if we needed anything. Overall would recommend for a unique Bay experience. read more

We simply can't say enough about our experience on Gaslight with Allie and Steve! We had an event for my husband's 50th birthday and we are just over the moon. The charter boat is so beautiful and well-appointed inside and out. It was occasionally misty and we were worried about that many people down below but it was so cozy and inviting. There was enough room for everyone down below with plenty of room for the food on one counter and people sitting at the long inviting bar table in the center and on the super comfy cushioned seating all around the edges. The bartender was awesome and kept the beverages flowing. They had this really cool sound system/speaker thingy for speeches and announcements. Allie and Steve are two of the sweetest, most welcoming people you will ever meet. Seriously just can't recommend this boat, these people, this experience enough! read more
