They were sticking with original order. I told her either refund me the $10 rush fee or refund me the entire order of $200 (ish). She said she would rather lose the order than refund me the rush fee. I got my refund and cancelled the entire order. Whomever this mgr is who took my call....she needs a lesson in customer appreciation and not to be sassy when people are calling. 0 stars if possible! in response to the post...i did not ask for a refund of the purchase AND free flowers. The employee knew I had trouble placing an order online, so when it went through she called to notify me that it went through and that she verified with the funeral home the date and times to ensure it arrived on time. She even gave me the personalized ribbon free of charge. When the arrangement was complete, she texted me a picture of the final product. I ended up having to go to Trader Joe's for three of the flower varieties I was looking for and not only did Trader Joes have them but they were vibrant and lively and, far less expensive. The wholesale flower market is great for greens, ribbon, floral accessories, vessels and maybe exotic florals that are pre-ordered, other than it was a bust.
