My husband has been suffering with asthma/allergies so we were hoping to get our vents cleaned as soon as possible. Communication was excellent- we received a text message ~30 min before the service to let us know they were on their way and they arrived promptly on time. The entire service was completed within 2 hours (8-10 vents/ducts + 2 bathroom vents) and Vance shared before and after photos with us to show us the improvement - I can already tell that our air conditioning is working more efficiently and the bathroom vents are pulling air much better. The reviews on Bay Services are what got me to have them clean my air ducts. All of the positive reviews are so right on, the technicians Aydin and Parvin showed up right on time and were very professional and got right to work. Wish i would have taken some photos but you don't want to see the crap they sucked out of those ducts! I also had them replace our dryer vent as it was cracked and the air flow was low. The vent was in a tough area to get to but that didn't stop the technicians who did some Spider-Man moves to get to the area and fix it. EDIT: After writing this review the owner Thomas promptly reached out to understand more and try to rectify the situation. He offered to send another crew the next day, but as the work had already been more or less completed he offered a refund instead. Adding a star based on the customer service from Thomas. Original Review: I had bay services relocate a dry vent in my crawlspace. They were very responsive upon initial contact, but were not very punctual for both the initial inspection / quote as well as the actual job, several times arriving after the arranged time. When they told me they had completed the work, I went out to inspect it and found it very shoddily / hastily done. The screw anchors they used simply slid out of the holes they had drilled. The cover was attached with a single screw instead of one in each corner, so it was free to pivot. In addition there was a 3/4" gap between the exterior vent cover and the connecting duct. I showed them the deficiencies and told them what I expected before it was done. When they completed the second time most of the areas I mentioned before were rectified, except for the fact the ducting was not completely aligned with the vent. I would not recommend them unless you give very clear instructions (for things that you might think obvious) and check their work thoroughly. read more

I recently had my house air ducts/vents cleaned by Aydin and Parvin. They were careful, respectful, very helpful and well mannered. I'm happy and thankful that Aydin especially did a great job and answered my questions in detail when I asked further.
