I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Some birds went into my dryer vent and built a nest. So I called them to fix it. Jay came first and was very professional and friendly. He explained everything clearly and removed the nest quickly. After Jay left, I noticed birds going in and out of the vent again and starting to rebuild the nest. I contacted the owner, Jason, because I wanted to understand what my options were. I didn't want to keep having someone come back every week to remove new nests. Instead of receiving clear explanations, I was told to "take your anger and frustration on your HOA" and later "I don't like playing that game." I was never angry or rude. In fact, I specifically explained that I was only trying to understand the situation because I was getting different information from the HOA and the vent company. I expected professional communication, but instead I felt dismissed and misunderstood. Connected through yelp so worth sharing my experience with the community! Ordered duct cleaning (and sanitizing) for a property in SF at end of renovation project, so I was remote. First, Jason the owner tried to charge for the sanitizing that wasn't performed at all (employee texting w me was mistakenly honest about it); Then, when I finally arrived on site noticed key area that wasn't cleaned so asked Jason to wipe when convenient. He called me furious (allegedly offended by my suggestion) telling I did a walkthrough with the person there and confirmed everything was amazing. He forgot I wasn't there at all and paid him thinking it's a reputable company so no big deal. His response made me think he has a routine playbook that if someone has a concern he just attacks saying it was all great evident by getting paid so the customer must be making it up. They cleaned our chimney,the dryer vent ,the whole furnace system outside vacuumed each and every floor and ceiling vent in our home. We asked them to sanitize the whole system too as I am Asthmatic. Mark was the guy who did all this and we are very impressed with the professionalism. He picked up all the dust and there was I mess in our home.
