I initially contacted another company on Yelp, but they can't come out to do inspection and quote for another week, and then I have to schedule another appointment for the actual cleaning. I found Bay services via multiple quote features of yelp. Then I talked to Rizvan on Thursday evening and he said he can come out Saturday morning for the inspection & quote, and can start the cleaning right away. We used to live in apartment so we don't know how often duct cleaning is needed but it turns out ours is in really bad condition. I called on a Sunday morning because my smoke detector went off when my dryer was going through its cycle. Weird right? I made an inquiry on Yelp for help replacing our chimney cap which was blown off during a wind event. Thomas at Bay Services responded back with a reasonable quote and scheduled a technician to come out the same day. Alex our technician was on time, polite and professional. He located the missing chimney cap that was resting on the roof and reinstalled it. He also inspected the chimney which had large exterior cracks which he recommended be repaired.
