When we were finally ready to revisit it, they were willing to honor the original estimate, which we really appreciated. This is our first home and the first major renovation project we've undertaken, so we were a little apprehensive going into the process. We ultimately decided to expand the project into a full remodel, and even with the additional scope, the updated price remained very reasonable and close to what we had originally expected to spend. Once the project started, everything moved quickly and smoothly through each phase. Communication was timely and responsive, which helped keep the project moving efficiently from start to finish. Tony, the foreman, and his team were extremely detail-oriented and did exceptional work. The craftsmanship really shows in the finished bathroom. Everything looks carefully installed and precise, and the tile work in particular is incredibly clean. We're extremely happy with how the bathroom turned out and with the overall experience, especially for our first major home project. We would use them again for future projects and highly recommend them.

Eric the owner is knowledgeable and professional but unfortunately their dedication and attention to us and the quality of their work dramatically declined after a few months. Not just quality of work, but communication, transparency, dedication and more. We had them work on several projects on our house including a couple of bathrooms, stairs and walls which we were mostly happy with although we had to micromanage a lot of their work, shoddy craftsmanship and continually chase after them. But the last major project, a big walk in closet rebuild was where the biggest nightmare came in where they charged us a lot of money and did incredibly low quality work. We hired a structural engineer for them to follow the plans and they agreed to do it but they didn't even come close to following the plans or the outlined contract. How do we know...because ...We had several LEAKS and when we opened up the walls we saw that they cut corners on almost everything including major structural framework. Not only violating the contract but leaving us unsafe. The project manager/foreman was virtually absent during all of this part of the project and frankly I'm not sure if he knew too much about construction and building codes. People they hire are not all that experienced, it seems, so if they are not being watched by a foreman who knows what's going on, they mickey mouse low quality work throughout the project (we saw this with other parts of the other projects we worked with them as well, where we had to continually follow up and micromanage all of their work.) We had to hire several other contractors and inspectors to redo their shabby work which ended up costing us a lot of money, time, and stress. (In their defense, they did attempt to rectify some of the work but it was only after a fight and a fraction of what they were contracted to do). This was disappointing because not only did it cost us a lot of money and unimaginable stress but it felt like a betrayal since we had been working with them for so long and we felt a real connection with them and their team, only to be disrespected and betrayed in the end.

They burned the hardwood and by over sanding them beyond repair!! When they came, they went above and beyond to pinpoint the exact location it's coming from by going on the roof with a hose and opening up light fixtures from the living room to take pictures inside.
