Moe was easy to deal with and provided us with a vehicle that had good value for the features offer offered. He's also assisted me since the sale getting some desired aftermarket parts that I wanted for the vehicle. I will return to Auto gallery in the future.

As a family searching for a car for our 18 year old daughter…read morewe literally don't understand why this happened with this car place and it was either their owner or manager. We are assuming it was the owner based on how he took over and talked so disrespectful to the worker and my husband. We went in this place to test drive a Lexus my daughter absolutely loved for a reasonable price. The car deal ship guy was totally normal and friendly. My husband and him spoke regarding the car and we left to talk about it. He was professional and answered all questions. Then the most ridiculous out of line incident happened the next day we went back to discuss pricing, and the typical back and fourth conversation you would have buying a car. Like I said this isn't about the worker it's about the owner/manager who came into the room while my husband was discussing everything with the sales guy. He barged in a berated his worker, shut him down, told him not to speak and basically questioned If my husband "can afford a Lexus" that was an older but reasonable starter car for our daughter. He rejected how the sales guy was going about everything. The owner started arguing with my husband and shouting at him saying "you gata prove you can even buy this car" He totally out of line and aggressive we are taken back and so confused. His worker, sales guy tried to intervene but his boss raised his hand at him to shut him down. Idk if it made him angry that they were discussing price or what happened?? My husband of course got up out of his seat and told him he don't need to prove anything to him or buy his car. That he has his own financing through our bank but instead he would rather go somewhere else if that's the way he's going treat him. That he was being so rude and it was unnecessary. Basically it was awful experience especially kinda killed the whole thing for our daughter which this was going be her very first time buying a car. It was literally a horrible experience and I was of course so pissed. Don't go there they don't deserve any business whatsoever. Ultimately we found a great little Mazda for her and had awesome experience at another local car shop. We made the deal and walked away being treated very well and gave them amazing professional review as they deserve. Idk what this was this place but honestly I feel really bad for this car sales man who works for this horrible guy. Please leave you don't deserve to be treated like a slave. Future people don't take your business here. As stressful as car shopping is or any large purchase can be go where you are respected and valued. Take your money to people who work hard and deserve it!!! Go to National City Auto Center!!! They are great at what they do and make the process simple and less stressful as possible. They also have great customer service!

    I DO NOT recommend Mission Bay Chevrolet…read more I brought my Chevrolet in because it was misfiring and not running correctly. I paid dealership prices because I believed the dealership would have the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the issue. As a Chevrolet owner, I thought I would be treated fairly and could trust the advice I was being given. After paying for the repair, my car was still grinding, struggling to accelerate, and driving noticeably worse than it had before. I told them exactly that. I explained that I was having to floor the accelerator just to merge onto the freeway and that the car could barely make it up hills. These were not normal characteristics of my vehicle, and I knew it because I had been driving it for years. I was told that everything was normal and that "that's just how this car runs." It wasn't. Not long afterward, the vehicle DIED WHILE I DRIVING IT on the FREEWAY in THE FLOW OF traffic, creating a dangerous situation that could have been avoided if my concerns had been taken seriously in the first place. What frustrates me most is not that a repair didn't work. Cars are complicated, and mistakes happen. What frustrates me is being told that obvious symptoms were normal when they clearly weren't. I knew something was wrong. I said something was wrong. They dismissed my concerns, and I ended up paying the price for it. To add insult to injury, Mission Bay Chevrolet seemed to believe that providing a loaner vehicle (THE SECOND TIME they took my vehicle) was sufficient to make up for the situation. It wasn't. A loaner vehicle does not change the fact that I paid for a repair that did not fix the problem, and then had to PAY AGAIN after my I was assured my vehicle was operating normally when it wasn't, and later found myself stranded because the issue had never actually been resolved. Looking back, I wish I had gone to a reliable independent shop instead. I paid more for the dealership because I thought I was paying for expertise and trustworthy advice. Instead, I left feeling like my concerns were ignored and that the information I was given could not be trusted. To be honest, this happened about two years ago, and I'm still irritated every time I drive past the dealership. Not because the repair failed, but because they were not straight with me. If they had acknowledged that they weren't sure what was causing the issue, I could have respected that. Instead, they repeatedly told me the vehicle was fine when it wasn't. For anyone considering bringing their vehicle here, my experience was that the service was expensive, the diagnosis was unreliable, and customer concerns were dismissed even when they turned out to be completely valid.
