Paid top dollar for a lemon. Just got a new vehicle from big name dealership and its amazing what honest people have you pay compared to crooked ones. You want my advice. Do your homework, be patient, and use your better judgment. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. So many add ons and hidden fees even when paying cash upright. They have an answer for everything it seems. Until you sign and pay. Then its like Derek who? Really amazing that its legal to treat people this way. Because id rather you just stuck me up then lie to my face and rob me that way! They do not offer to take the GPS off. thats bogus. I asked a couple times. I have to pay for stargard even if i dont want it? Yup! Sorry. And siry is siry. Your right across the street from each other with the same name so you can screw people over in more ways. I was a little confused at first and accidentally went to Siry Motors instead of Siry Auto. Turns out they are not the same thing at all and are under different ownership. I was very pleased with my experience at Siry Auto and worked with Nathan to find the right car for a friend of mine. They had a large selection of cars and Nathan took us for a test drive in to e few that my friend wanted to try out! Horrible customer service, I called a day before and I asked Adam, sales rep, to make sure that the vehicle wad available before driving from Orange to Kerney Mesa. Also an hour before, I drove there, he said the car was available, We'll as I got to their business and asked to test drive the vehicle, they said that they didn't have it anymore. Went to check out a car and it was worse than what it appeared in the photos and smelled like cigarettes. I told them I was no longer interested and was leaving, but they persisted, claiming the peeling clear coat could just be fixed with a layer of wax. I called the salesman out on this claim, and a second salesman said they could repaint the clear coat. I told them this proposition was ridiculous and left the lot. Stay away because they are dishonest salesmen who will take advantage of those who are unfamiliar with cars and how automotive paint works. read more

STEER CLEAR OF THESE FOLKS!! Siry Auto is a dishonest and deceptive car dealer. They advertise prices for specific vehicles and once buyers arrive to purchase the car, they disclose they have added a GPS to the car which adds an additional $1500. First, most cars already have an integrated tracking system, so adding a third party GPS is a little creepy (I was buying a car for my teenage daughter). I told them I did not want the accessory and wished to purchase the car for the advertised price. They declined. They were never going to sell the car at the advertised price. This tactic is employed by many deceptive dealers. Add a $50 GPS tracking device and charge $1500 to get the car's price higher and increase profit. Also, if they finance in house, they'll come get the car if you miss a payment. I was paying cash. Stay clear of this deceptive business. I spent 20 minutes on site, and they were the most dishonest people I've ever dealt with. read more

First of all, They tried to charge me $1,500 for a GPS system which was not advertised in the price! And that's not legal either! I should have stopped right there.... from past comments they do that often... Then they removed that fully from the price, I purchased a 2 year warranty. Paid $14,xxx.xx OTD cash on a msrp of $10,999. I picked up the van, and noticed the radio doesn't turn on... it worked when I took it on a test ride 2 days before that... The wiper blades don't work and smeared oily stuff all over the windshield. I had to pull over at a gas station and clean the windshield! What a safety hazard! At this time I even noticed a nail in the back tire! I called about the radio and the nail and they said bring it in on Monday.... BUT THEN.... The following morning, I noticed a large oil spill on the ground in the dive way under the van! Okay, Enough is enough. It's Saturday and when I spoke to the boss on the phone, he informed me that "you bought used and it's not like you spent $100,000" and I stopped listening after feeling insulted. Not a good attempt to make anything right. $14k was everything I had, and to me that was 1 million dollars. The owner actually refused to give me a loaner vehicle in the meantime, only offered that if I drop the van off they'll give me a ride home. My point is, they released it to me with this being a pre-existing issue and at this point I am just requesting my money back. Trust is earned now a days. And they've earned a 0 out of 10. They can fix it and sell it to someone else. I will update the review once the matter has been resolved, or not resolved. We shall see! read more

I have been a customer now for several years. I have purchased 4 cars from Siry over those years. Recently, I purchased an 04 Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG with only 61,851 miles, that had a super clean Carfax. This car is in excellent condition with very little issues that can be and have been easily repaired. I saw this car when it first arrived and fell in love with what I saw. When Siry cleaned it up and had it in the showroom, I was hooked on it. The interior was spotless and the body showed no visible damage. I put the car up on their lift and found an oil leak from the drain plug, simple repair, which they took care of before delivery of the car. Thanks to Eddie, their shop forman, I bought one hell of a car. I put my trust in his word, so technically, he sold that car for Siry. Finally leaving this review because now I've come to see that this business is not who they claim to be. They say you become family once you purchase a vehicle from them and I don't know about you but I don't want a family that is not honest or helpful. We purchased our vehicle on 3/12 and only 2 days later the check engine light came on. Had to take it in to a mechanic and drop $600 off the bat to fix an issue. My husband wrote a bad review on Yelp and of course they immediately called and claimed that they wanted to help so we called their mechanic. My husband called and was rudely attended and NOT listened to. They kept saying that the car was perfectly fine and there were no issues for them to address. Finally we took it in to them and they changed a couple of things and 2 days later it heats up on me, starts smoking, and now has a major leak leaving it basically undriveable. Just think twice even three times before setting foot here and falling to their "welcoming and honest" charm. read more

SCAM ALERT! I was going to buy a white 2023 Chevrolet C8 Corvette convertible. After a test drive and agreeing on a price with Nathan Siry, I started signing the paperwork and they insisted I sign a DMV Statement of Facts that said I understand the car had frame damage. Nathan Siry said the car was a theft recovery but never said the car had frame damage. Then he told me he was not sure if there was frame damage, but I still needed to sign the paper stating there was "in fact" frame damage. What a SCAM! That might as well be a Salvage Title and when that Statement of Facts goes to the DMV it probably would be flagged by reporting agencies like Carfax. These guys buy heavily damaged cars, do the repairs and bodywork themselves so it doesn't get report as "Salvage Title". Then submit a "statement of facts" signed by a buyer, to cover their ass. What a SCAM! Also, the car was advertised as having 17,455 miles on Craigslist and their website link, the Carfax they have on their website shows 17,807 miles. When I reviewed the purchase contract, the car was stated as having 19,XXX miles. Thats a 2,000 mile difference which has a huge impact on value estimates and resale value. Again... SCAM! All these significant facts were hidden, but came out at the end of a very long day/delay when the final signatures were needed. They probably try to wear you down by having you wait around, needlessly, so you wont be as sharp and alert. I got to the shop at 10am and didn't get to the final signing until 6:30pm. They close at 7pm. I hope this review might help another buyer down the road to protect their hard earned money and time. Run, don't walk away from this so-called auto sales company and don't let Nathan Siry's smooth talking fool you. Its a 10 on the SCAM scale! read more
