I had a very good experience with Bayson. I track a 2016 Porsche GT4. The front lip (splitter) gets chewed up because, even at stock ride height, it scrapes on driveways. I did a search for replacements and Bayson had the best price and free shipping. Then I learned they located in my town so I could get 'instant gratification' no need to wait. I was helped on the phone by Philip, and served at the shop by Tom, both were really nice to deal with. Even more important, their 'after market' version of the part was indistinguishable from the OEM part. The splitter has a lot of fastening tabs and each one fit properly into the slots in the front valance. It's not a simple matter to get body parts for a 10 year old Porsche, especially a 'one year only' model produced in small numbers. Splitters don't have a long life span for me because, well, reasons. So I appreciate having a trusted source for this part near by. read more

Bought a gt4 style front bumper for my 981 Porsche Cayman . I went to a reputable place to get it installed . New bumper was in . The passenger side DTRL does not work . It works when it wants to . I complained to them they said they can't do anything about and I would have to buy a new full set of lights at another 400$ , I was not happy but I paid because I was left with no choice . Called a few days ago asking if I can visit the store to buy a part I saw listed online. The gentleman on the phone told me the last one was sold just yesterday. This didn't make sense to me as I only told him the general part I wanted, he didn't even know what material I was asking about yet. I asked when it would be available again and he said "couple months". Keep in mind, their website was showing the part as in stock (and still is today). I can't help, but be disappointed in how this business operates. Aftermarket parts, especially replicas, are a gamble. I bought an item that just completely didn't fit on the vehicle and also the pieces didn't even go together right. Threading and hardware didn't go together, panels didn't line up with other panels, like just really bad. So I opted to return it than deal with it. Not big deal until they didn't want to pay for return shipping even it's stated in their policy and it cost me $80 to ship their oversized package back. Then another package was completely misdelivered and they were completely unhelpful. They pretty much said it's not their problem. Do NOT buy from this company. I bought the rear lip for my Mazda 3 expecting straightforward installation. I've got nothing but headaches now. They offer no explanations for installation on their tutorial videos, their customer service is appalling, and the return experience I am still trying to navigate is by far the worst Ive dealt with. I have successfully installed other aftermarket parts with no issue: front lips, spoilers, oil catch cans, and piggyback ECUs. It is by no means a lack of effort or skill on my part that bayson rs part never fit. It was poorly manufactured to begin with, and you won't know it doesn't fit until you try to install it. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I would recommend looking online on websites such as eBay for buyer protected sales. I purchased a bumper here that I was told would fit my car but the staff gave me a bumper for a similar, but different car. I had the bumper sent for painting and when I went to install it, it didn't match my car! I spent a lot of time and money on this project only to have it fail by mistakes made by the staff at Bayson. I also made the mistake of paying in cash so I could not dispute the claim which I would not recommend you doing either, they make you sign a "no returns" contract also which is also shady. Kevin did not admit to their own mistakes and their company policies made us unable to reconcile the issue so I am forced to leave a review which I do not normally do. I would recommend you give your business to a company more deserving. ***Update*** As you can tell from the response from the business owner, they are still refusing to take responsibility for their own negligence, passing blame onto the customer/manufacturer. They are blaming the manufacturer and calling the issue "beyond their control" when they could have easily checked the part number before selling me the part or putting it in their inventory... Bayson continues to emphasize I should have "test fit" the bumper, but they assured me that the part would be 100% compatible for my vehicle since they had already sold multiple of these without any issues highlighting there may be minor fitment issues at the gaps but NOTHING MAJOR. "Test fitting" a bumper is impractical and a waste of time, which I value, especially after they assured me it would fit. This is the type of customer service you may experience so be warned and if you value your time, you will not waste yours on them. Another thing I noticed after the ordeal, the company tried to sell the part I returned back on Craigslist at a higher price than what I paid for, after they told me that it was a "complete loss" for them. I found this place from craigslist and luckly i live 10 mins from it. I was looking for a bmw m3 front bumper and i got greeted by a young guy. He was awesome. He took the time to listen to my questions and i have a lot of it. i told him i was going to install a wide body kit and showed him some pictures and he recommended not buying his because it wont fit the kit and explain that his product are made to the spec and bolt on. Bought new bumper and side skirts here for my BMW 335i. The bumper has very good fitment and is made of polypropylene, which is good. And the price is good too. The side skirt doesn't fit perfectly but is still okay if installed properly. BUT One advise I would share here: Never let "Peters auto body" paint and install your body kits. This is a body shop right next to Bayson R Motorsport , which seems to be a convenience place to have your new body kits painted and installed. BUT They don't sand it and they don't even prime it before paint (this happened to my front bumper)!!! And they may even do some dirty works on your car without letting you it (I found they drilled holes on the metal frame to fasten the side skirt: DIRTY WORK) read more

So this was my second time visiting Bayson r and both times I was high unimpressed. I was in email contact with them (associate named Kevin) looking at some parts, I emailed them to verify they were in stock. After a few hours I revieve a response saying everything I'm asking about is in stock, they suggest I come on in to test Fitment on my car. When I get there I ask for Kevin, as I begin to explain to Kevin my reason for visiting he asks which parts I'm looking for, I tell him about the items on the email gfrom an hour ago, he states they're out of stock on one of the items. I asked why I was JUST told they were in stock. As Kevin looks puzzled he begins to deny the email and proceeds to tell me they don't carry that item, its been discontinued. Really? Because its on YOUR WEBSITE saying in stock and ready to ship. Since I was coming in to check out mutiple items I decided to let it go. After test fitting the other items on my car only one of them truly fit. As I pulled out my wallet to pay the total was $250! I asked why so much as the website states $144.99. Kevin tries to tell me the price has increased within the last day and they haven't updated the price. I refuse to pay the "increased price" as Kevin quickly changes his reason to "I forgot the sale price is $144.99. After going back and forth we finally agree upon $144.99, as I pay and leave I think back to my first visit at bayson r which was just as stressful ang unprofessional. read more

omg this is by far the most unorganized shop ever! i call in advance to check on availability for my car part, the owner tells me they have it in stock and i drive out there from santa cruz (40 minute drive) to get the part. they made me wait for a whole hour without even acknowledging me i had to go up to them, then finally he decided to greet me after that whole time. he made me pay for the car part that i wanted and told me to bring my car around to install it. so i do as he says, and believe it or not, they don't have my freakin car part! he tries to fit an 06 version on my 04 g35 when obviously it won't fit it's designed for the 06 for a reason, common sense! so all he says to me after that is, "oh i'm sorry we don't have your car part". okay so now what am i supposed to do? he's like, "i'll refund your money back". well yea i know you will. so he tells me to come back next month they'll have it! ha ha! please guy this place is filthy everything inside is covered with dust such a bad place! read more

I went here for some HID kit for my girlfriend's 2001 civic . To me $60 is pretty cheap for HID kit. I bought mine xenon for $150. I didn't realized the until when i got home to install it. the balast is VERY cheap made. Looked up on ebay and its only $30 with shipping hahahahah heh watever.
