Don't let this unassuming small shopfront fool you, Vogue Cleaners is professionally run with excellent customer service. Talk to Luke, he takes his work seriously and is honest. Vogue Cleaners does a great job and they keep their word. I came to Luke with several blazer jackets that had been either ruined or improperly cleaned by Green and Fresh Cleaners on Rengstorff. There were two blazers where Green and Fresh put NEW stains on my jackets, and you can see they were clearly put there with their ironing press, because the press marks are in the exact same place on both jackets. Those jackets sadly were ruined, but there was a cream white blazer that looked grey and dingey after it was cleaned by Green and Fresh, and Luke told me he might be able to fix it. I had one other grey double breasted blazer that had stains that were NOT removed after Green and Fresh "cleaned" it, and Luke also said he'd work on removing those stains. For the cream white one, he told me if he couldn't fix it, he'd waive the charge. A week later I came to pick up my two blazers and lo and behold, the old stains on the grey double breasted blazer were gone! Imagine that, bringing your blazer to be dry cleaned and the stains actually getting removed. Vogue Cleaners successfully got the job done and removed the stains, when Green and Fresh could not. For the cream white blazer, there was still a subtle greyish tint to it, but honestly Luke made it so much better that it's at least wearable again. Because he wasn't able to get it back to its original state, he kept his word and waived the charge. I will be coming back to this shop because they take their work seriously and treat their customers fairly. I've been going to the same dry cleaners Green and Fresh Cleaners on Rengstorff for years and know the family there. As a result even though I frequently noticed subpar results, (e.g. I pay for the dry cleaning but all the original the stains on my items are still there), I just assumed the they had done their best but the stain was "too tough" to remove. I let it go on too long. I even started to question, what's the point of dry cleaning when it either makes the stains worse or my clothes look the same before and after cleaning. The answer is, Green and Fresh don't do the cleaning themselves and don't care if they damage your items. When I talked to the owner's son and asked him how often they replace or check their solvent, he told me he didn't know because he doesn't do the cleaning and brushed me off, even after their dirty solvent had turned my cream white blazer into a greyish white blazer. When I questioned why my blazers looked worse and were damaged from the cleaning process, he gaslighted me and acted as if they had nothing to do with it, like "not my problem." No apology, no offer to waive the cleaning fee or compensate me for the damaged items. It wasn't until I went home, angry and shocked at how I was treated, and then finally came to my senses and went back and demanded the refund because they had not only ruined two jackets but also improperly cleaned the other two, that he gave me the full refund. It was so disappointing, how the entire situation was handled. Fifteen years of trust and repeated business from me-- broken in 15 minutes. Luke, on the other hand, listened to my concerns, empathized with the situation, offered solutions, and knew exactly what I was talking about when I talked to him about the solvent, because he understands the dry cleaning process and manages the machines himself. That's what you need when you go to a dry cleaner. Knowledge, honesty, and a dedication to great customer service. Highly recommend Vogue Cleaners, and especially Luke. read more

I have a wedding coming up in a month, so I came in on a Monday morning to get my suit altered. Luke is warm and welcoming and treats you like family. After trying on my suit. Luke gave his honest analysis and advised that I only alter the pants because the suit fits perfectly on me. He really cares about ensuring the clothes fit perfectly on the customer and not just to make a quick buck. He asked me when I needed my suit back by and promised he'd get back to me in. no time. Sure enough, that very same week on Thursday I got a text from Vogue cleaners saying that my suit was ready. Speedy helpful service. Update: I completely disagree with the owner's reply. Even the front desk staff acknowledged that the jeans were in much worse condition than when I brought them in, so at the very least, your team should be aligned on what happened. I also strongly disagree with the claim that this was simply "color bleeding." I brought the jeans in for professional cleaning. Please explain under what normal cleaning process the denim could become completely discolored, and the Adidas logo/blue areas could change color like this. -- They completely ruined my pants. I brought them in with only some minor dye stains, and they told me they would let me know if they couldn't clean them properly. Instead, they proceeded with the cleaning and returned the pants with blue stains spread all over the fabric. The pants are now completely damaged and unwearable. This was absolutely not the condition I brought them in. I'm very upset and disappointed by how careless this service was. I trusted them to clean my item, not destroy it. I was also extremely frustrated that the owner kept saying the pants were already "slightly dyed" and therefore were not worth anything. I completely disagree with that. First, people bring clothes to a professional cleaner because they expect the condition to improve, not get worse. Second, given how expensive the items they are, a minor dye stain should not justify completely ruining the item. Third, every item can have personal value, and there is a reason someone wants to save it. These pants were very meaningful to me. My parents bought them in Europe after searching for this limited item, and they carried an important memory for me. Now both the pants and that memory feel ruined because of this experience. I dropped off two Faribault Mills wool blankets to be dry cleaned. I picked them up and there is hair all over them. Not embedded into the fiber but just sitting on top of the wool. Hint: They are located on the corner of Escuela and Latham, one block off El Camino. They have a tiny parking lot in front but it's very hard to get in and out of. I recommend parking on the street if possible. My old cleaners that I literally had gone to for decades retired and I've been searching for a new cleaners for the past few years. I can't even count how many I've gone to, some were expensive and some were VERY expensive! But all just did a so-so job. I saw the reviews for Vogue and gave it a try but honestly had low expectations. I brought in a knee length sweater that is unlined, no embellishments, pretty plain except the lapels are large. In the past when I've taken it in to be cleaned (Twice before) I was charged over $60, and the second time was $35. I was shocked but each cleaner told me it was because it was long. Seemed a bit of a rip off to me. I brought it in to Vogue because I had spilled a little bit of a balsamic & olive oil dipping sauce on the right lapel. I was worried the stain would not come out and my favorite sweater jacket would be trash. I was braced for the price and was shocked when the man looked at it and said not only did he think they could get the stain out but they would charge $15.00 to clean it! When I picked the sweater up and I was so happy that the stain DID come out. I unfortunately noticed they missed a couple spots on one sleeve and the back of the sweater. It almost looked like they just worked on the spot and forgot to clean the entire sweater. The man at the counter was beyond apologetic and said he would have it cleaned and I could pick it up the next day. The staff were so kind and helpful and definitely exceeded my expectations!
