    Worst place ever do not bring your clothes here. My husband dropped off a suit and dress shirt . Picked it up and it was stain marks all over it that look like iron burns. The owner who wasn't on site at the time but was texted the pictures spent 30 mins arguing about it and being extremely rude. The owner finally offered to cover the cost of replacing the shirt if we bought the exact same one and showed her the receipt which we did and texted her the same day the receipt. The owner said to pick up the money for the shirt the following day when she would be in the shop and leave the damaged shirt. Went to the shop the next day and she refused the money she agreed to provide to cover the shirt and insisted I take the original shirt back cause she "fixed it" . She was again extremely rude called me a liar about the shirt even though she saw the pictures and made the offer to replace just the day before and the shirt was left at her shop as requested. So now I'm out an extra $50 I spent on a new shirt trusting that she would honor her word an d she didn't.

    I recently got my prom dress altered here!! it was ready within 3 days. They honestly did such a great job!

    DO NOT COME HERE! My experiences here was a complete nightmare! I would give it negative stars if I could. I had been looking for a tailor to tailor a bridesmaid dress, and decided to give this place a try. When I first went to the cleaners, a younger girl who was working there asked me to try on the dress and took a look at the changes I needed, and gave me an estimated quote of $70 with an additional 10% discount. However, she told me that she wasn't the tailor and that I would have to come back again to get the tailor to look at it again for a more accurate look and quote. When I came back again, the tailor was there and asked me to try on the dress so she can see what changes I needed. At first everything seemed normal, however, as she started to measure out how much she needed to take in, my mom suddenly noticed that she was marking my dress from the back (and I couldn't see what she was doing). When we took a closer look at the markings she made, she had marked my light teal dress with RED WAX CHALK. Are you serious? It was super visible, and I immediately asked her to remove the markings as I was only asking her for a quote, and had not expecting her to start making permanent markings on my dress. Please learn to know what a "quote" is if you don't know what that means. After I asked her to remove the markings, she started coming up with excuses like "oh don't worry we'll take it in so you won't see them" and "once we fix it we'll dry clean and press it and you won't see it anymore." That's great, but my problem is that I never asked you to start marking up my dress with RED CHALK when I was only asking you to provide a rough estimate. She then started to use rubbing alcohol and started rubbing the red marks really hard on my chiffon dress, which is a very delicate material. I was so scared that she was going to ruin the fabric of my dress. In the end, she couldn't remove the markings and kept saying "it'll come out once we press it." I then told her that I wasn't sure if I wanted to get my dress tailored here, but wanted her to fix the red markings, and she said that normally they would charge $75 to press the dress, but she can give me a discount. Lady, are you kidding me? You permanently damaged and stained my dress, and now you want me to pay to fix your mistakes? I don't think so. Even after arguing with her for 5 minutes about this, she said she was going to press the dress for me for $25. This is after she was planning to charge me over $120 to tailor the dress ($50 more than what her coworker told me). I walked out feeling beyond frustrated and flustered not knowing what to do. With the wedding coming up, I didn't have time to order a new dress. I ended up taking my dress to Le Caprice for tailoring, and they offered to help me steam it to try to take off the marks. However, that didn't work. I then took it to a different dry cleaner who worked on the dress, and tried to clean it TWICE, and still couldn't get the marks out of my dress. Thanks to this place, I have a over $200 stained dress that I ended up tailoring due to time constraint and I haven't even worn it yet. This place is not worth the trouble. I highly recommend going to Le Caprice for tailoring since they actually know what they are doing instead of these people. At this point, I wouldn't trust their cleaning service either. Trust me, just go somewhere else unless you want to try taking a risk (and might not even be saving any money).

    I asked to replace the broken zipper on jean. It was late to pick up so I have to drive to another place for picking up and I found the horrible finish touch. Uneven zipper line and front jean bottoms -now jean makes a "funny little open hole" when I wear. What a waste of time and money($18)!!! *** omg...You and (or) your staffs should be honest *** Your staff "never" mention about replace. Staff who worked in el Camino location talked about another alteration location to pick up(You were 'already late your pre-arranged date' at the moment. Your staff even asked me stop by next Monday. So I ask her just give back my pant. But she said I could pick up at another alteration place. So I went to there. Thank you so much for another trip!!!) And another staff near by new target location just only handed out my pant with new zipper and I said, I am in hurry because of my kid's pick up time- I didn't have a time to check it closely (or found out what was happened) and talk about my pants' (replace) when I stopped by. omg!!!

    Permanent Barcodes

    I have been a regular of Tiffany Cleaners for awhile now but after my recent experience with them, I will never go back for their service. Recently, they adopted a new system where they would place barcodes/stickers/labels on your garments without your consent. They use these barcodes to keep track of your garments. Unfortunately, these labels are quite permanent and try as you might, you will not be able to get them off without the risk of damaging your garments. Initially, I spoke with Ann on 05/19/2017 who works the front counter; I explained the situation and my desire for these unwanted barcodes to be removed. She was quite understanding and agreed to have the labels removed and my garments refinished (dry cleaned and pressed) since I did not wear them yet. Today, I received a phone call from her manager and owner of Tiffany Cleaners, Kyan. Without a hello, his first words to me, "why do you not like the labels." My thought was, oh this is Tiffany's Cleaners and why would anyone want permanent Tiffany Cleaner's labels on their garments...but I responded by telling him that I simply do not want them because I do not like them and have never asked for them. Even so, that wasn't a good enough reason for him. His response, "don't make a big deal, they are not conspicuous." After hearing that, I patiently attempt to explain to him that they are conspicuous because I noticed them, they are placed on all six garments, and they have even been placed on the brand logo. After realizing that they have indeed been placed on the brand logo, he agreed to remove that specific barcode but not the others. So I asked him why he would not remove the other barcodes? His response, "dont talk to me like I'm a child, I don't care to fix your garments, come pick them up." Limited to what else I could say, I told him that as a regular customer, I am asking you to remove the barcodes that you have placed on my garments. He then responses, "are you threatening me?" Long story short, he eventually agrees to try to remove the barcodes but when I went to pick up the garments today, they were damaged and were not refinished. Honestly, this has been quite the bitter experience and a quick reminder that there is not much we can do as customers, other than to voice our concerns.

    You will be shocked at how bad the customer service is here. Seriously, it's horrendous. My wife took her scarf and sweater here to dry clean. However both of them got a really bad smell after we picked up. I wish we didn't visit this place. When she talked with the owner about this. Woaaahhh! What's with the attitude? Let's see what he said: 1. "I will challenge you that I'm not a liar and it's the other way around and that our clothes does not smell." Challenge us? excuse me? what are you challenging for? You said you are not a liar, who cares? You are just a worst merchant. 2. "If you bring back the clothes immediately, we can ask random people if your clothes smells as you stated. If yes, I will pay you for your clothes. " Really? If we bring back the clothes immediately? how about if you immediately close your mouth and accept the truth? Ask random people? pay us for our clothes? Really? do you really want to be a nice guy and pay our clothes if it smells? Look what you have said in the comment, please don't make me laugh. Is that how you lie to other people? How about this we can ask random people if our clothes smells. If yes, close your store, create a youtube video and admit you are a liar? It looks like you are really good at it. 3. So here is his story: "Here is exactly how it goes. You picked up your clothes and the first thing you wanted was a refund because your coat was not pressed straight at the elbow crease. So you called and said that your clothes smells which I ask you to bring it in. When you came in, your clothes did not have any smells other than your perfume. I stated to you we will redo it again. You asked me to do it right away the same day as you have to leave for London early in the morning. I told you I cannot do it again the same day and that it will be done by tomorrow 10am the soonest. Now it's after noon and you came in to pick up, so I'm not sure if we are lying or you are as you mentioned you have a flight to catch. Ohh, thank you for summary these, so we don't need to write. a. If anyone get their clothes with this nasty smell, shouldn't they get a refund or re clean their clothes? Do we ask anything over than that? Oh! Maybe in your mind, people should always not fight against you or take whatever you say to them. b. My wife's flight is 7:30 from SFO to london for UA930. Do you need more details? You can call UA to confirm. Our previous plan is she need to go to the company in the morning and directly head to airport after work. That's why we want the clothes in same day. Sorry we hide the truth. I'm really sorry about that if that hurts you. please, please, don't feel bad. Should we tell you our flight is 7:30 and pick up clothes at 7:29? will that make you feel better? 4. "You also mentioned that my staff said it smells but according to the video, she told you it does not smell."I will post the video on YouTube and will post a link to this review shortly. Another lie from you." Please! please do! show us the video. Thank you 5. "So if I may ask you who is actually lie or a liar. You spoke to me and ask me for the refund in which I knew this was the case but again." What? what's the case? I don't understand? Do we really care about the refund? Let me teach you: When a customer angry with your service, in most cases we are more angry about your attitude. You get it?
