I very rarely post reviews. But this was not ok. Do not go there if you want professional acrylics. I went in for dip French nails. Took an hour and a half and my nails look like the fake glued-on nails kids do at home:( poor girl did not know what she was doing. Sadly, that wasn't the worse part. The manager, I am assuming that's who he was since he was ordering the girls around, was rude beyond belief. Rudely asked the employee who had started to work on my nails to leave and go take care of someone who had just walked in - even though I had an appointment. I sat there for 20 mns until someone else became available. What a joke. read more

I thought the nails I had done here were pretty good but after a week, they were coming off and when I went to another salon to ask to have it fixed they told me the lady who did them made them very thick and that was poorly done. I'm not pleased with this but they did the job I needed them to and the flower I had pained on was pretty. read more

I have been going to Tim at BB Nails for well over 25 years now (no kidding!). He and Bee (his wife) are the most kind and gracious people I know in business today. They operate and run an extremely clean and professional salon. I cannot relate or agree with a single negative review written recently or in the past! Over the years, I have sat quietly (in disgust and embarrassment) listening to the likes of people (who undoubtedly are the same people who wrote these negative reviews) act extremely unkind and demeaning towards the staff. And yet, the staff remained composed and professional! Not sure why they believe they are so special, but it is extremely disappointing they choose the likes of yelp to voice their dissatisfaction. I've been to this place too many times and never left satisfied with the overall service. They charge the highest rates and every time I've made an appointment I've still had to wait at least 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous! Plus, I've only been happy with my nails about half the time since some of the nail techs do not do a clean or detailed job. read more

Unless you are a blonde, Barbie wanna be: don't go here .. the dirty looks that I received merit the 1 star (not only from staff but from other patrons). Doesn't help that they assumed I wanted to cheapest option, and had to specifically say multiple times that I was paying for the better manicure and pedicure options -- which, let me tell you. More massage time? What massage?? My cat could have applied more pressure than BOTH technician's combined. At the end of it all, my feet came out looking worse than when I came in. The 'scrub' that I got only scratched my skin and left it dry and cracked. My manicure was so, so. But they shoved me in a corner to dry and were too occupied doing their own shellac nails to even see if mine were dry once I finally got up after 8-10 minutes - which I only did so because their child was running around screaming. read more

I came here today for the first time and got a deluxe pedi! Loved it. Very long massage with perfect amount of pressure (I hate it when they hardly use any pressure for the massage part) Loved the mask on my legs and the hot stones too. They have a larger selection of polish colors and the inside is clean and very nice. I will be back. Glad I finally found a nail salon near my new home that I like. read more

I wish I could go back and choose to not get my nails done here. It was so overpriced for the quality. They said it would take 45 min but they took double that. I asked for coffin and got a bubble shaped nail with rounded ends. The polish peeled so easily and my nails were embarrassing and messed up by the next week. I saw nail fungus growing under my clear nail polish a few days after my manicure which was already chipping and peeling. I immediately took it off. I waited to remove my toe nail polish hoping it was just the other nail polish that was contaminated. Unfortunately, several of my toes now have nail fungus too. I'll have to wait until they grow out in order for me to get another mani/pedi. The service was 't even good either. It was extremely rushed even though I had made an appointment. They seemed more worried about taking new customers than they did about the customers getting a service. DO NOT RISK it! read more

If there were 0 stars, i would click on it. My mom and I used to go over the course of 4 years, multiple times and everyone was very nice and friendly. My mom has not returned since she got 2 toe infections the last 2 times she went in for a pedicure. I went in for a manicure with my friend, and my friend got she laid and started 20 minutes before me. I also got shellac, yet i finished 15 minutes before her. The employs are now, not so friendly and more speedy to get the next people in line in. My friend (who is on medication that dries out her skin) sat down, and the women forwardly asked her "what's wrong with your face". I love this place. I have been going here for over 20yrs and never ever been disappointed. Whoever gives a bad review doesn't have any since. My nails and toes always look amazing. I am very tough on my nails and I get shellic and it last forever. The deluxe pedicure is my favorite. I get twice as long massage which I need very badly since I spend at least 12 hours a day on my feet. The owners Tim and Bee have always been great and provided amazing service. I had been going there for about a couple months. The ladies move around like they are on a chain gang, talking in their own language and laughing. The last time I went there I acquired a fungus, bec ause they do not clean or sanitize their tools. They just go from one person to another. My girl friend also acquired a fungus and we both had to go to a Podiatrist for the infection. I would never recommend this place, it looks nice from the outside and the inside looked clean, but their tools are not clean or sanitrized. I believe the State of Washington Health Dept would like to know about them. Because I am going to report them. read more

I gave this place not 1, not 2, but 3 chances! I won't be back. The reason for the 3 chances was I needed to definitely make the correlation between my french shellac manicures turning yellow and my nails turning brittle and breaking. I have definitively proven that it only happens when I get a french shellac manicure at BB Salon. I've researched these type of bad results online and have discovered that is has to be accredited to cheap product(s) the BB Salon uses for their french shellac manicures. I have also done my research by visiting other salons and finding that the results are always 100% better than what happens after I get a manicure a BB. With the other salons, my nails have NEVER turned yellow or brittle afterwards. As a matter of fact, the nails just keep growing longer until I eventually go in for my next manicure, which lasts a full month! read more

I came here with my sister-in-law. I was happy we were able to get in within an hours notice. The girls who did our pedicures were very friendly and my girl gave me an amazing massage! The polish application was perfect as well and the pedi was priced right too. The salon is clean too. The only down side is finding parking. We'll be coming back here for sure! read more

This was a first for me. me and my friend walked in and asked if they had availability for a full set and a Pedi, they said yes and they sent us to choose colors. After the colors were chosen she sat us down and said wait for 1 minute. After 20 minutes go by we are still sitting there. I get up and demand service. They start on my full set and the lady didn't even put the right size tips on straight. after I was done I went and showed my mom and said that we demanded a refund, because they completely ruined my nails. they were like ," no no no refunds" so we paid but no tip. I went into BB nails to get dip powder with my girlfriend and the gal who did my nails was very rough and fast. When she was filing my nails, she was so rough that she cut my skin on 4 fingers. And then when I said, ow. She asked me what's wrong and I said, 'You cut me while filing' and she says, 'Well, you need to get your cuticles cut before you come in...' Not cool. I have not been here for a couple of years . I get my nails done with B and she is wonderful. I also got my lashes done there with Lee . She is nice but very slow . I want happy the first time visit so she corrected and it's now very good . I would recommend getting a comfortable bed cause it hurts my neck and back to say still for 2 hours . Zero stars. Came to this place bc my other Salon was closed and it was a BIG mistake and a waste of money. This is one of the worst places to get your nails done. Got powder dip and my nails chipped that same night. The lady doing my nails didn't even know how to do it right I had to tell her how my old place did it. Also got a pedicure and it was horrible. They don't scrub your feet at all they just have you put your feet in like warm water then rub lotion on them. Also the lady painting my toes never topped it off with a clear coat and when I asked for it i completely got ignored and put my socks on my feet without the paint even dry yet! Frustrated I went home and had to come back the next day to odiously get my toes painted again bc they were ruined. They made a big deal about having to paint my nails again and refused to give me my money back for their poor manicure they gave me the day before. I will never be returning to this salon I would have my 1 year old paint my nails before I come back here. It was a waste of money and such bad service. DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! read more

Best service at a fair price. I've been to high and low end nail salons and this is by far my favorite. It's a nicely decorated nail salon and the staff are nice. I always do the deluxe pedicure and they give you a really long massage. I recommend this place to everyone. read more

This was my second time here. First was for a bridal party so that was hard to judge. My second time I came here with my husband for two spa pedicures. Upon entering I asked if his service would be cheaper because he would not need color, the lady working said yes. Overall service was good. My polish ended up staying for about a week and a half. When we went to pay, the same lady said that we were the same price because my husband had more "massage" time while I was receiving polish. False. He was patiently waiting with his shoes on the entire time I had polish put on. My only complaint of this place ... Hence the low stars. read more

It was clean and nice inside, but the service and skill level was quite low. I am not satisfied with my nails; they left the nail polish lumpy and scarred. For my toenails, I went with the French toenails. Once again, you can see lumps of nail polish, and the line was crooked and uneven. Not to mention that the price wasn't too great either. When I told the employee about my dissatisfaction at the counter, he didn't bother taking care of it, and just took my card and continued on with what he was doing.
