Everytime my family and I order a fried chicken from here, it always looks like they gave us someone else's leftovers. This happened multiple times. We're very dissapointed, we tried this chicken place multiple times because its the only korean fried chicken near us, and the condition of the meat is just not good at all.

I've been to this chain a few times as well as a similar brand but I felt like its time to finally get a review going! The food was much better than I expected and the quality of the fry and flavor was amazing! I came in slightly conservative with my thoughts as I'm much more supportive of their competition but I was definitely pleased with how their quality was! Soy garlic - on the slightly saltier side but definitely is complemented well with their radish. My always choice when I try Korean fried chicken! Caribbean - very curious taste as you can see where the inspiration for the flavor came from. The spices and sauces play well for a great and balanced sweet and seasoned flavor. Wings of fire - I did expect a bit more heat from them but it is definitely a classic sweet and fiery flavor. The heat definitely builds up as you go and would give your average customer the sweats! The cashier was kind and quick to receive us as we entered and made sure that we got our food as soon as it came out! The interior is very clean and made for a later dinner with the family or a late hangout with friends. I was boppin to their music choices and my table was feeling it too despite not being huge fans of kpop haha Overall I am very happy with the flavors and the quality of the chicken that I got and didn't have much to complain about here!

Boneless Caribbean Jerk chicken with side of rice (take-out, my bowl at home). Sweet, spicy, delicious.

Although it's a regional chain, each location feels distinctly like a ma & pa establishment, especially the friendly service and clean front dining area. The food is expertly prepared and if you desire flavors with a Korean influence, look no further. I've only had the chicken here to date, but bone-in or boneless, there's something for everyone. The crispy batter fried in clean oil yields a brilliant golden brown to the finished product. I asked about the boneless on my first order and learned that they use thigh meat, in big portions, which yields a flavorful and tender end result. If you're thinking about boneless from Wing Stop et al., think again. My current favorite flavor is the Caribbean jerk with its spicy and savory blend of peppers, allspice, and cinnamon. Over a bowl of rice at home, just add sesame seeds and scallions to liven up the presentation. The big screen tvs often show World Cup games, so grab a booth and stay awhile.

Love this palace!!! I've only been to a different location and they just opens one in my town (Riverside) definitely coming back here love the atmosphere in here and love the food definitely recommend if you haven't tried it.

Half and Half & Half Whole Chicken (golden and special)

I've been here a couple times, and it's always amazing. The chicken is crispy, meaty, and delicious. You can't go wrong with the half and half whole chicken (golden original and special). Don't forget the radish! The rose ddeok-bokki pairs well with the chicken. Service is great and the establishment is clean. If you're in the mood for drinks, they have a good selection of sodas, Korean beer, and soju. Great place for yummy food and chill vibes!

The food here is so good we went 3 times just this week. So so happy we finally have a delicious Korean chicken spot close to home that's open pretty late. The chicken is cooked to order so it's crispy and hot when we get it. It's even crispy when we take it home (as long as we leave the box open in the car en route). We tried the half and half, which was pretty good... But our favorites have got to be the Cheese & Honey ones. The place is clean and the staff friendly. There's parking right in front but also across the street there's a parking structure (saw it but never needed to use it so I don't know if it's paid or free). Would definitely keep coming back here for their delicious wings.

While I'm doing my jury duty, I came across bbq chicken in downtown Riverside so I tried & WOW, this place has the best & crispiest boneless honey garlic chicken I ever tried. The sweet potatoes fries were crunchy, I'm impressed. This is establishment is very clean and restroom is very well maintained. I've been to other bb.q Chicken locations that have ready-to-go boxes under heat lamps, but this downtown Riverside spot makes everything fresh to order -- which means you'll be waiting about 15-20 minutes. When I went to pick up an online order, it wasn't too busy, but service was still a little slow since there was only one person juggling the register, dine-in service, and takeout orders. That said, the food quality definitely makes up for the wait. The chicken is super crispy and flavorful, just as good as other locations! Parking can be a bit limited -- there are a few spots right out front, but there's also a parking structure just across the street. Overall, a great addition to the Riverside area :)

For a casual but delicious chicken and korean inspired meal, this is top notch! Definitely worth the price! You will not be disappointed in the chicken... actually the kimchi fried rice was so good too! Order from a counter, but they bring the food to you. However, you have to get your own silverware, water and napkins. And clean up after yourselves. The food came to us quickly, maybe 15 minutes, or so. They sell beer and soju and canned soda... no free refills. But the food is so worth it! Original bone in wings were piping hot! The secret sauce wings are also great. French fries are fantastic! We want to come back and try other items from the menu. Go check them out!

We've been to this place a couple times now, and we honestly think it's the best Korean BBQ chicken place in town. I got the hot & spicy and it's actually spicy! My husband got honey garlic chicken, and he thinks it's the best fried chicken he's ever tasted. I tried some too and it was great, but I prefer spicy. My friend got the carribean spice and it also got some heat. Everyone loved their food. The only bad was they didn't have the poutine anymore but it's still on the menu, which my friend was disappointed about. Drinks wise nothing special here, they do have self-served water jug available. The atmosphere is chill and casual. All-in-all, a great place to have some amazingly tasting Korean fried chicken. read more

I wouldn't give them a single star! The cashier was incredibly rude. I needed to use the restroom, and since it was customers-only , I decided to buy a chicken sandwich. I had to wait an agonizing 30 minutes for just one sandwich. The chicken was wonderfully crispy on the outside and perfectly juicy on the inside. No bite felt like all I got was just batter. The delicious sauces kept me wanting more even after I was full. I had to wait just a little bit after ordering because they make everything fresh (and you'll see that on some of the signage), but it was worth it. I've tried servers locations and this one is THE cleanest, THE nicest, BEST service, NICE ambiance, and the BEST crunchy chicken (order the spicy galbi chicken)!!!! Aside from the chicken, I ordered the kimchi fried rice (this location made the best in my opinion and they ACTUALLY use bigger chunks of kimchi unlike other locations), the tteokbokki was also the best and the rice cakes were super soft and chewy , and last but certainly not the least by ANY means ... the cheesling fries are a MUST GRAB . The service was perfect. They offer metal and plastic cutlery for your choosing, complimentary water and their menu also has canned sodas, beer, and my personal favorite SOJU . Do yourself a favor and stop by. I normally gatekeep but this place is way too good to not talk about. I'll be coming back very soon . OMG! this is thee BEST fried chicken and the Caribbean Jerk sauce is outstanding. I have never had such amazing fried chicken. They beat Popeyes all day. The game started, and we continued watching while we waited... and waited... and waited. We ended up waiting for about an hour, even though we had been told it would only be 25 minutes. I saw the manager speaking with the host, so I asked if we were even close to being seated. The manager replied, "Yes, you're next." So we waited... and waited... and waited. Eventually, we turned around to see how many people were still waiting behind us and realized the waiting area had almost completely cleared out. There were only two people left waiting! So my friend asked the host, "When are we going to be called? You seated people who came in after us." He responded, "Okay, let me clean a table for you." Keep in mind, we had requested a booth, and there was an available booth that just needed to be bussed. Instead, he cleaned off a table and said, "Okay, I can seat you now." We replied, "We see there's an open booth." He looked at my friend and said, "I see you're adamant about having a booth." Well, yeah! That's what we requested from the very beginning. My friend, doing his best to stay calm, simply said, "Let's go." This is exactly why we usually go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Moreno Valley. They serve what I take to be the best kind of chicken. Their chicken is crispy on the outside, moist and soft and tender on the inside. The food comes out hot and expertly prepared - cooked just the right amount. I got the boneless Cheesling small size and the spice is just the right amount of cheesiness, and the portion is great too (see photo for reference). I also got the rosé tteokbokki. The ricecake has the perfect amount of chewiness, and the dish has generous portions of fishcakes. It also has cabbage, green onions, and mozzarella cheese. They work well together to create the distinctive taste of tteokbokki but the creamier, softer tasting version of it as it is rosé. The food itself is enough for me want to revisit. However, this restaurant also has great atmosphere, with clean and big tables and comfortable chairs (sofas and chairs). They let you self-serve plates, real flatware, napkins, and even water with cups. If you want plastic flatware, they have that for self-serve too. The servers (some of whom I suspect are owners of this place) are professional, really nice, and very efficient. I asked for a couple of supplementary stuff and every time, my requests were met with incredible kindness. All in all, this is a great place to go to if you want to eat some Korean fried chicken/Korean tteokbokki. I didn't try other food that they offer, but I have a hunch that they will taste good as well. read more

My wife and I had been eagerly awaiting the opening of this new **BB.Q Chicken** location for a while. After enjoying their Chino Hills spot, we knew this one would be worth the wait. Since we were already familiar with their food (and the wait times!), we were ready for the anticipation. Interestingly, there wasn't much fanfare or marketing around their grand opening, so I was pleasantly surprised when my wife called to tell me this location was finally open. I'm not sure if this is just a soft opening or if a bigger grand opening is still to come, but either way, I'm thrilled to have such a fantastic restaurant chain so close to home. Now, onto the food! We went all in and ordered the **Galbi**, **Gangnam**, and **Cheesling chicken**, along with a side of fries. It was definitely a lot for two people, but our excitement got the better of us. Just like before, the food did not disappoint. The chicken was crispy, crunchy, and packed with unique, sweet flavors that we absolutely loved. It's definitely on the pricier side--our total came out to over $60--but in my opinion, it's worth it for the quality. Plus, we had leftovers that made for a delicious dinner the next night. When I first ordered I was greeted by the front servers and their spectacular ambient music and theme. The servers were very polite and patient when I was ordering.
