It will be hard not to get this Chicken Tikka Kebab every time we dine here! SO good!
    Linda S.

First time trying BB's Indian Kitchen tonight, with friends who chose our dining spot. Had no idea what to expect, but the aromas that hit us as we walked thru the door were amazing! The four of us shared the Paneer Manchurian appetizer. Fried chucks of paneer in a sweet and sour and spicy manchurian sauce. Deee-Licious! Our friend ordered the Butter Chicken, two hubbies both ordered Kadhai Chicken. These savory, flavorful entrees were uniquely sauced and served with rice as a side. I ordered the absolutely-delicious-highly-recommend Chicken Tikka Kebab, which is served with a simple yet delicious salad of healthy greens instead of rice. This is the only entree I remembered to photograph (oops!) and is pictured below. And should you go, make sure you order one of their tandoor oven baked, shouldn't miss, Naan breads to accompany your meal. Yum! Ambience is average. Layout is minimally altered from years ago when this site was Atz's. Service was excellent! BB's is family owned and the team clearly works nicely together. They offer both dine-in and their very popular carry out, with to-go menus just inside the door. Will definitely return! Out of the ordinary flavor profiles here awaken all of one's tastebuds!

As the Fort Wayne food scene continues to expand and evolve, another excellent option has entered the picture. My wife and I finally got the chance to try BB's on Anthony.....I'm old enough to remember that building being an ATZ's ice cream parlor.... The place was quite busy with customers eating in and take out orders. We were seated promptly and given expansive menus to review. The servers were always in movement and seemed attentive to their customers. We started with the Samosa and Paneer Manchurian. Both came out piping hot and fresh tasting. Being gluten free, my wife went with the butter chicken and I had the chicken tikka masala with a side of coconut naan. Both were excellent dishes and the sauce was velvety smooth. I went with medium spice and my wife went with low spice. While waiting, we saw several interesting dishes being served at nearby tables. We can't wait to go back and continue to eat our way through the menu.

This is very authentic and the service is very good. I'm a major wimp so they were able to lower the heat.

Great experience! The masala dosa plate is a really good deal. We also tried the Paneer Tikka Masala which was not too bad either but I think they really shine in the South Indian dishes. The garlic naan was pretty good as well. Service was quick. The restaurant has a lot of seating, so I'd say it's probably good for bigger groups of people. I will definitely be goin here again to enjoy some great Indian food!

We've been to BB's a couple times now and it's been superb every time but this visit was especially memorable... 'Twas late night before closing and the crowd had all gone, We'd ordered our food and a side of their naan, Our first item came it was Dosa Masala, Its size was surprise thought it's s'posed to be smaller, But oh my oh my dosa crisp, inside pasty, The textures so perfect, the flavor so tasty. And just minutes later our food came in bowls, The service was stellar and waters stayed full, With her butter chicken and my chettinadu, One bite and I'm smitten, know I would say "I do", Wedding the spices with savory notes, Greatest all time because I got the GOAT, We've been here thrice and her order's the same, Mild butter chicken but ain't nothing tame, Bursting with flavor and hard to put down, Coupled with rice that's the best in the town. Speaking of best, there is no comparison, Beating the rest, it's just an embarassment, Portions aplenty and vibes in there cozy, Workers so friendly, inviting and hostly. Five stars for BB's, again and again, You've gotta come eat here, friend to a friend.

Our new favorite spot for Indian food in Fort Wayne, Indiana! The owners and everyone that work here take great pride in the food they provide to their customers. They make sure that it is something you actually enjoyed. The menu has a wider variety of options and different spice levels. We went on a busy Saturday night with a full restaurant and still got the best service. If you like Indian food this is a must try for it!

Excellent food. Ordered Chicken Chettinadu with Tikka Masala and two orders of naan. One with raisins and one order with coconut. All of the flavors were on point! The service also did not disappoint.

Dash In - historic downtown breakfast or lunch option…read more First off...Dash In won't appeal to everyone. The prices are a bit high compared to other places with similar food items. Parking may be a challenge depending on the time of day. And the dinning area is small. Dash In has been a downtown Fort Wayne eatery option for many years. They are located on Calhoun Street next to Pint & Slice and a couple blocks south of the court house. This restaurant has retained the vintage building feel. The interior brick and wood work are very attractive to go along with the more modern decor. The bar is very attractive. They have a very small street level outside patio if that is your preference. The shop is very small. I'm guessing the bar seats about 10 people. The main dinning area probably seats about 40. The team here is very friendly and welcoming. They hustle to serve. We went on a late Sunday afternoon and didn't not have to wait. I don't think they take reservations. There are lots of people coming and going with carry out orders. Today we had no problem finding a street parking spot. There is a parking garage nearby if no street spots are available. The menu is actually fairly broad. They have a special brunch menu along with a breakfast all day menu. There were several sandwiches and wraps available. A couple salads too. The coffee and alcoholic drink menus were very large. We didn't have either of these products this time so I can't give you any feedback on them. They have a special soup du jour and deli side selection. Today it was a mushroom arugula soup and caprese salad side. My wife loves breakfast and ordered a make-to-order omelette with a side of grilled vegetables. She really liked the light tasting eggs and fresh tasting vegetables. The tomato bisque soup is one of their staples. It is delicious and would be great with a grilled cheese sandwich from the menu. The soup was smooth and creamy. It had a gentle tomato flavor along with a more predominant milk/cream base. The soup surprisingly has a stronger spicy after taste - still outstandingly delicious! The side salad is very simple. It has a combination of fresh spring mix lettuce along with a minimal amount of onion, cheese and red pepper. The honey mustard dressing was smooth, creamy, thick and a bit spicy. It was mild on the honey/sweet taste while stronger on the mustard accent. The Italian panini sandwich was very good. The ciabatta bread was slightly grilled with a firmer exterior but not crunchy. The bread had a very freshly baked taste. The sandwich had a high quality tasting ham, pepperoni, salami and provolone cheese. The meats weren't piled high...but enough to get the flavor from each. The grilled onions and banana peppers gave the sandwich a nice zing. The pleasant aioli sauce moistened the sandwich and blended the spicy meats with the zippy onions and banana peppers. Overall the food quality was excellent yet a bit more costly than you might expect. The service was spot on and helped make it a pleasant dinning experience. The older building design, if you like that, adds to the overall experience. Give them a try!

It comes with two sauces. The marinara is thin and a bit spicy. The cheese is thicker in consistency with a mildly cheese taste. No real adders to the cheese to give it extra flavor. The sticks are thinner and shorter than possible those others offer. The beard is most and soft with a nice crisp to the surface. The buttery and Parmesan cheese taste a top of stick is tasty. The Italian wedding soup was also delicious. The meatballs were plentiful and right sized. The soup had a nice warmth and comforting flavor. The cavatelli pasta and sausage dish was a bit puzzling. The pasta was cooked to perfection - tender but firm. The white sauce was smooth and creamy. It lacked an Alfredo cheesy rich flavor. I tried adding more Parmesan cheese but it didn't seem to "cheese" it up much. There was a moderate amount of sausage in ten dish. The sausage didn't have a very strong flavor. I tried sprucing this up with black pepper with moderate success. The red peppers and other ads-ins where nicely cooked and added nice taste. Overall the dish was good.
