To the owner/management staff: you absolutely have to turn off mobile and delivery orders when you're backed up by 3 hours and you only have 3 kitchen staff, and you have a jam-packed lobby full of exhausted customers collectively yelling at you. Came here during the World Cup. I placed an order at 5pm. I was still waiting by 8pm so I gave up and left without my food. Missed the entire soccer game. We were kept waiting for 2+ hours with very little communication. When customers asked for an ETA for their food, the owner responded "I'll call out your name when it's ready." He should've been honest that there would be a wait of multiple hours rather than leaving people guessing. Tickets were printing non-stop. The staff held up a thick 5 inch stack of unfulfilled order tickets to show us that they were struggling. The entire lobby was yelling at the poor kitchen staff. Some even took matters into their own hand and went inside the kitchen to pick up their orders sitting there. Front and kitchen staff eventually became so tired of dealing with customers that they straight up began to ignore people entirely. I even heard several racist remarks by customers towards the owner ("ching chang chong"). Some guy threatened to release a rat in the store to shut the place down. It was complete chaos. During the entire 2 hours I waited, they did not turn off mobile orders even once. Dozens of tickets were being printed every minute. I don't blame the staff at all. This was entirely a failure on the owner's end. Stop being greedy and turn off your UberEats/Doordash orders. read more

Stopped by for some of the often talked about chicken in k-town. I avoided this place because the price point was very intimidating, especially if you have an empty stomach. Once I walked in, there was 2 people waiting, I was never greeted, nobody came out to provide instructions on how to order. I just had to use my brain, tap on the dim lit screen and order. I did have questions about flavor options, but since nobody came out to greet, or assist, after 10 mins of deciding, I picked two flavors. I ordered the 8 piece original spicy and the 8 piece soy garlic. While there was only 2 people waiting for their orders, I still had to wait 30 mins for my order. The location is rather small as there is no option to order in. Parking is pretty skim and tight as it's located in a plaza with other stores. To be honest, the wings were fairly large so you get big chicken wings, but the food was ultimately overhyped as the flavor components were off. The original spicy was a tad spicy but not enough for a spicy chicken lover and the seasoning was lacking. Soy garlic was very garlicy (which I like) but again, seasoning was non existent. I ordered two 8-piece wing combos through Postmates. The food arrived warm, but that's the only positive thing I can say. The wings were severely over-breaded, and once you got past the coating, the chicken itself was loaded with thick yellow fat that made it almost inedible. On top of that, the meat felt undercooked and unsafe to eat. The texture and appearance were so off-putting that I couldn't even finish most of them. WOW! The breading on these wings are elite! Perfect crunch, light and not too oily, and juicy chicken. They have some great flavors. My favorite were definitely the boneless honey garlic! The Secret Sauce Boneless and Spicy Galbi Wings were also good. The waffle fries tasted great and pickled radish were also tasty but definitely an acquired taste. We ordered through UberEats and the order came in a timely manner, was accurate and still warm upon arrival. I visited her last weekend while I was in LA. I ordered on the touchscreen inside a small batch of hot and spicy wings. I noticed there were only 2 people working in the back, but plenty of mobile orders coming through their machine. I sat inside and waited almost 35 minutes for my order to be ready. I had no choice but to call the Western branch and order, but they told me to order online since they can't take orders over the phone. When I went to pick it up after ordering, there was no cashier and a kitchen worker came out and talked to me. The kitchen worker seemed to be working hard, but the taste of the chicken has changed so much from before. The chicken wings weren't seasoned properly and there were so many chicken feathers on the fried chicken that it was disgusting. When they used to do business at 6ga, they used to give me radish with it, but now I have to pay for the radish separately.
