    * The Mayak Gimbap was a delicious blend of fish cake, crunchy pickled veggies, and rice all wrapped in seaweed seasoned with sesame oil and sesame seeds * The Spicy Soy Boneless Chicken was amazingly crunchy while still being tenderly soft inside; the sweet, savory sauce was at a decent level of spicy while not being overwhelming * Overall, a great spot with friendly service to order some delicious chicken and grab a beer for a decent price in L.A.

The food was great and would have earned 4-5 stars, but seeing a cockroach in the restroom was a major turnoff and lowered my rating.

Oooooh this place hits the spot after taking a dance class with friends. I love me some Korean food and we got the Grandma Tteok-bokki with mild spice and the Mixed Sauce 20pc wings. Both dishes look gorgeous to eat. The tteok-bokki wasn't too spicy and just love the rice cakes. The chicken was crispy yet flavorful. These are chicken wings done right. The price seemed reasonable and affordable for the food we got, better than other places out there selling similar food!!! I recommend if you like Korean food! There is parking but valet though if you plan on staying at any of the ovations for a bit. (We went during the night)

I always enjoy a good fried chicken. I like that you can have tons of options of sauces and toppings. Chicken was nice and crispy, nicely seasoned and tender. Service was quick and would definitely come back.

TwoZone on 8th St & Oxford is the legit zone for authentic Korean Fried Chicken. For the past few years, I've been ordering here and their quality and service are consistent. I usually order a whole chicken with two flavors and a side dish. This time, I ordered a whole chicken with soy garlic and honey flavors. I also ordered a side of sweet potato fries. The staff who took my order said everything would be ready in 20 minutes and they truly marked their word. I was there in 20 minutes and my order was ready for payment and pick up. It's not bad for $40+ because their Korean fried chicken is phenomenal! The honey butter chicken's flavor is identical to the trendy but delectable honey butter chips. The soy garlic has a slightly spicy kick to with a sweet garlicky taste. Despite being smothered in their lovely flavors, the chicken is truly crunchy, juicy and savory. The sweet potato fries are crunchy and sweet. The lovely modern interior reminds me of the chicken and hof places in Hongdae, Seoul. Someday, I would love to dine here.

The cheese balls are so amazing! The owner is so kind and demure. I also love his daughter. The ambiance is amazing i love the kpop.

A hole in the wall restaurant that has crispy juicy chicken. Biting into it, you can immediately see the smoke coming out!! I believe the chicken is made to order because they always come out piping hot. They recently removed their wasabi flavored chicken, which sucks. Out of all their flavors, my favorites are the green onion and the honey butter. You can also get the sauce on the side and order different flavored sauces.

At first when I walked in, I got scared that they disappeared but actually it is now both a Halgatteok and Twozone Chicken! I ordered at the register and keep in mind you pay at the end of your meal so I sat down after I ordered. I got the soy garlic chicken which was very delicious and had sesame seeds on top. The soy garlic was slightly sweet and tangy but you can definitely taste the garlic. It also came with pickled radish which I love eating with the chicken. It took around 10-15 minutes for our meal to come out but it was fine because it was a little more busy when I went! They projected Kpop music videos on the wall but had a different playlist going on so it wasn't lined up but not a problem! I would come again!

We ordered two flavor boneless chicken (honey butter and hot & spicy), cheese sticks, tteokbokki and draft beer (Stella Artois). Everything came out fresh and really delicious! The boneless chicken was juicy and crunchy. The service was great and friendly staff. The ambiance is pretty good for a date night or just a casual hangout with friends. Good variety in the menu. We will definitely come back here.

The parking is horrible!!! And the valet guys was rude ! That being said, the service and food was worth all the bs that was put up with, the chicken has so much flavor and the sweet potato fries 10/10 Had pretty low expectations, safe bet to say they over exited expectations Will be back and I'm a customer for life

Decent food. Nothing amazing. There's better kfc and tteokbokki in the area. The wings were fried really well, but a bit under season. Fries were under seasoned. Tteokbokki had too much black pepper, but the rice cakes did taste surprisingly fresh. The only soju they had was unflavored. Overall, it's okay bar food / late night food. Parking lot is valet (just $3)

Food: 5 stars Service: 5 stars Ambiance: 4 stars I've only had Twozone chicken as takeout from Gaju Market before, but the chicken is definitively better when dining in. We visited on a Saturday night around 8:30 pm, and the place wasn't busy at all. While it's not a high-energy spot, the chicken and beer were good. The service was great too!

    Is there parking available?

Yea right in front , for a couple bucks , it might be free for eating there

I love their "mixed sauce", but I live in Hawaii, so I want to make my own version at home. However, there is an ingredient/spice, I can't quite put my finger on...seems like cinnamon? Maybe nutmeg? It really gives it the taste I love. Anyone know?

The service was subpar compared to what some of the other reviewers said, the owner essentially told us to pick a table and pretty much left us to our own devices. The food took a while as well--we got the half and half. The soy was alright, nothing too spectacular. The other one was some kind of sweet, cherry (?) jam thing that didn't go well with the chicken at all. It felt like it was just thrown in, and there was wayyy too much of that jam. Neither of us liked it. The whole meal wasn't worth what we paid for. Overall ambiance was okay, very dark inside contrasted by the tvs he had of kpop groups performing.

I've eaten from there before. It's well cooked, juicy, with a good crunch, and light flavor. If you're gluten-free, like myself, you can only have two different sauces, and of course you have to pay for those separate. Not a fault, just an observation. Having any Sauce at all, is awesome... My complaint and withholding of a star is that The Only individual sized portions you can get is a chicken sandwich (I'm one of those dreaded * duh..duh..dunnnnn,* "Gluten-Free" peeps. After that the next size is half a chicken (to much for me to eat in a sitting.) and it Doesn't come with any sauces or sides. I'm not saying that's it's a bad price, for the amount and quality... It's absolutely fair. But an individual option, be it wings, tenders, something easy like that. Something comparable to the chicken sandwich, would be really appreciated. That's Star worthy to me. To add insult to a sour moment, I had to pay for parking... for only 3 to 4 minutes. While not truly a fault of the restaurant, it is a part of the experience, and should be noted. Lest others find themselves in a similar situation. And a final note. The manager was never anything but courteous and professional. He put up with my braty hangry behavior like a champ.

Witch's Chicken has been one of my favorite Korean-style fried chicken spots in LA for several years. However, I remember visiting sometime last year and ordering half fried and half soy garlic chicken, and the owner (a woman) was quite unfriendly and said they couldn't provide the dressing, so I hadn't gone back since then. Still, I remembered how good their fried chicken was, so I decided to pick some up while I was at the market. Their fried chicken is really delicious--super crispy, not too salty, and just perfectly seasoned. The young male staff member who took my order that day was also very friendly, which made the experience even better. They also serve pickled radish with the chicken, and it tastes even better when you eat it together with the radish. cf) They also have a stamp reward system where you get one stamp per purchase. Since I ordered both original hot wings and original drumsticks that day, I asked if I could get two stamps. However, they told me that two stamps are only given for orders over $50. My total that day was $40.83, so I didn't qualify for two stamps--it fell short by $9.17. But, it's ok.

We waited in line for maybe 10-15 minutes before placing our order at the helpful robot and quickly snagged a table as real estate was precious in their tiny dining space. While their staff looked mostly efficient pumping out to-go orders, sadly our beef bulgogi kimchi fries really held up our order. It appeared that although our sushi tacos were ready quickly, the Fries were ready almost a whole 20 minutes later. We waited maybe 30-40 minutes for our order to come out. I was obviously a bit bothered, but understood that they had more orders coming in than they could possibly handle. When we did end up taking our first bites I was astounded. Their exciting flavors, chunky portions, and fried seaweed provided a bite I had never experienced before! Honestly so worth it. The salmon and Tuna tacos were less flavorful than the beef belly one because the meat obviously was seasoned/marinated but for them being sushi tacos they were awesome with nice ingredients. First off, the plaza it's located in is absolutely filthy--just completely covered in trash (and by the end of our visit, I learned exactly why). The parking lot felt incredibly sketchy; there were people smoking out of glass pipes right out front, and a heavy homeless presence. We placed a relatively large order, and it took a solid 20 to 30 minutes just to get our food. To be fair, the unagi taco was actually really good and the clear star of the show. But overall? The menu is completely overpriced for what you get, and it's definitely not somewhere I'd ever go back to. The real horror story started while we were eating in our car. The people parked right next to us finished their meals, and the passenger casually opened their door and dumped all their leftover food right onto the pavement. Just total trash behavior. We finished up, and right as my husband stepped out to throw our garbage away, another car pulled into that spot. They ran directly over the previous people's leftovers, and the food literally exploded all over our car. Sauce, noodles, and seafood went everywhere. It was disgusting. We had to spend the next 20 to 30 minutes hunting down an open car wash just to clean the mess off. Long story short: do not believe what you see from influencers on Instagram and TikTok. This place is a complete mess, and the food is absolutely not worth the chaotic experience. Save your time and money.
