I tried this bbq place and it was really good. I had some pulled pork as well as bbq pork. Both of them tasted amazing. They have me a lot, so I had a lot of leftovers. The beans tasted really good too. The staff was friendly, and they have a lot of seats available. I'll go back and try more things in the menu.

We got the chicken, ribs and sausage. They were freshly taken out of the smoker. The temperature was hot. The meat tasted smoky and tender. The side dishes were collard green and BBQ beans. They were also good. I liked the barbecue sauce - rich, sweet, sticky. It was perfect to go with the barbecue meat.

Staff was amazing and so nice. Took their time with me trying to figure out what I wanted. Saw the owner I think. He was nice. You walk in and it smells of bbq. When I got home to eat this food.....literally mouthwatering. I will definitely be back

Very nice staff when entering. And I have to admit it was very clean with nice jazz music playing while waiting. I went for the ribs sauce on the side with baked beans and collard greens. Surprisingly there is no Mac n cheese option here. Same with no brisket. I found that odd as those are staples at a bbq place. Now it did take a lil minute for the food to finally be ready. The ribs were big and meaty and it came with 4 bones. I was impressed with the size and quality of the ribs themselves. Perfect pink smoke ring and flavor spot on. Now the sides were ok the baked beans were pretty decent but the collard greens were not it. No flavor whatsoever and disappointing. And like previously stated I'm very surprised this place does not offer Mac n cheese. Almost everyone who came in after me asked for it. Overall it was a good experience. I'll have to come back and try their chicken.

I WILL be having that meatball sub soon! Yummmm! Then Robby (I believe that's his name), the owner, got sneaky and brought us both a mini cannoli! Holy cannoli! How can a cannoli be crunchy and creamy and light at the same time? idk but it was! This place also has items you can buy all from Italy! I typically order the chicken salad…read moreor a sandwich, and I also place large catering orders for my customers because they genuinely enjoy the food. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I won't be returning. I stopped in around 3:00 p.m. and was happy to see it wasn't busy. I went to the deli counter, waited for someone to serve me, ordered my chicken salad, grabbed a soda and chips, and headed to the open register. As I walked up, the cashier called another customer over ahead of me. I waited while he spent several minutes deciding whether to pay cash or by card because of the 4% card fee. I continued standing there with my three items, to the point that I actually set them down and debated walking out. Then, instead of helping me, the cashier motioned for an entire family to come to the registereven though I had been standing there waiting before they arrived. After that, she waved over another customer, and I had to wait while a mother and her two teenagers decided which desserts they wanted. Again, I stood there patiently. When it was finally my turn, there was no greeting, no "thank you for waiting," nothing. The first thing I was asked was, "Do you have a pickup order?" I said no. She then motioned for my chicken salad container, saying she needed it. I placed it on the scale and set my other items on the counter. The cashier then asked, "Are you okay?" I simply shook my head because, honestly, I wasn't. Instead of recognizing why I was frustrated, she continued talking, making comments, and escalating the interaction rather than simply ringing me up. At that point, I asked, "Do you want to argue? Do you want me to go back and forth with you?" I then asked who the manager was. She pointed to a woman beside her, who identified herself as the owner. I asked if she could ring me up instead. Even then, the cashier continued making comments. It was only after she continued engaging me that my voice became louder in response. Rather than addressing the repeated comments from her employee or asking what had happened, the owner immediately said, "Do not raise your voice at my employee." That response was disappointing. There was no concern for the customer experience, no apology for repeatedly being skipped in line, and no attempt to resolve the situation. There was also no acknowledgment that the interaction had been escalated by the cashier's continued remarks before I ever raised my voice. The irony is that I have spent a significant amount of money catering from Frankie's Deli over the years because my customers love the food. Good food will bring people in once. Great customer service keeps them coming back. Sadly, this experience ended that relationship for me. There are plenty of places with great food, but respect and customer service matter just as much. One final thought: this is Florida not NY. Hospitality goes a long way. The aggressive, dismissive attitude I experienced isn't what I expect when supporting a local business. I won't be back.

I've been eating Cuban sandwiches for over 50 years and I'm pretty picky. Most Cuban sandwiches I try are pretty underwhelming and often have the wrong ingredients. These sandwiches from Box of Cubans were absolutely amazing. The roasted pork was incredible and perfectly cooked / seasoned. I had large chunks of roast pork in my larger sandwich, (my wife's was slightly smaller). She was also shocked at how good the sandwich was. The bread was sublime. The cheese was perfectly melted and the pickles had a nice crunch, thin sliced and perfect flavor. The ham was great. No salami in these - which was a nice treat - for a Cuban sandwich from the Tampa area (IYKYK). Outstanding! 5 stars! We will definitely go back to try other menu items!

Absolutely loved it The guy at the front was on point the whole time. Even coming in right after the lunch rush, he made sure everything stayed clean and organized while still taking care of customers. That kind of attention to detail does not go unnoticed They were out of the sweet teas (I was hurt a little bit ), but overall the experience was still really good. Now let's get into the food because you already know that's what we're here for The chicken empanadas? Delicious. No complaints. The Cuban sandwich? It was good... but I'm gonna keep it real like I always do. The meat was flavorful, but it could've been more evenly distributed, and it didn't have that crispy bread texture I look for. Overall, it just didn't hit that top-tier level for me. So for this location: 8/10 Still a solid experience, still worth the visit -- but as of right now, the Wesley Chapel location is still holding that 10/10 crown And you already know I'm not done...
