They said it was because my hair was long and there was an upcharge for shampoo and hair dry. My hair is hardly past my shoulders. The appointment took 20-30 minutes in all. I asked for a ~1 inch trim with long layers. I ended up with hair 2-3 inches shorter, no layers, and it is uneven from one side to the other. The prices are falsely advertised and I was never informed about up charges, and the staff basically shrugged when I showed them the price on my appointment booking screen. Shampoo, wash, and dry costs significantly less than this at salons that are far nicer and will give you an even haircut. Save your money and hair and get a haircut elsewhere.
