I don't like leaving negative reviews but the service today was horrible! We didn't mind seating ourselves but once we sat down no one seemed to care or even notice us. I had to get our menus and our waitress took forever to bring us drinks from the bar. Our kids got their food but we had to wait an hour to get ours. No one seemed to even be apologetic. Had an excellent Sunday Lunch here. The table ordered the fried shrimp platter and the shrimp and grits. The food arrived in an average time. Everything was tasty with good size portions. When it comes to customer service this BB's is serious about it. This is the only location I've gone that I can remember a manager and the bar managers introducing themselves and having such great customer service. This is literally the culture there. They care about people. I've visited every BB's in Houston, and suburban areas and I'm so glad this is the one closest to home. They are not perfect and I recently had my only bad experience there, but the managers addressed it. Them and the staff helped turn it back around, and I walked out with a smile. We have always loved BB's and have been to every location in the Houston area. This location is nicely decorated on the inside and they have a large patio outside with a huge tree in the middle. During crawfish season we will order the crawfish. In the off season, we usually stick to gumbo, pollo bites, and chips and queso. I've never gotten anything I haven't liked here. They have a great happy hour with 1/2 priced appetizers and certain drinks. I think kids eat free on Wednesdays as well. It's so nice to have such a great restaurant so close to home . We started off with the Cajun Empanadas dumpling's stuffed with creamy shrimp and crawfish alfredo,celery,onions,and herbs with avocado ranch. The empanadas were crispy on outside and very flavorful on the inside with the avocado ranch dipping Sauce they melted in your mouth. We shared the large bowl of chicken and andouille sausage with rice. I address some Tabasco sauce to make a little spicy. The meat was fresh not over cooked and the rice was fresh. Main course we split the Rockdale Redfish blackened with 4 large shrimp topped with zesty andouille cream sauce we had dirty rice and green beans . The fish cooked perfect very moist with great flavor the shrimp were nice size , dirty rice was "dirty" and green beans were cooked perfect . I highly recommend no matter what side town you live on stop in and give this restaurant a shot you will not be disappointed read more

BB's had authentic Cajun flavors just like you find in Louisiana. I highly recommend the Tex-Cajun Fries. The plain fries here are awesome. They are thinly cut and crispy. But the Tex-Cajun fries are covered with Queso, Roast Beef w/ gravy. Mmmmm.. My favorite thing here. We will go to BB's just for this, ordering a plate as a meal. It's enough to share, but you won't want to because it's so good. They also have great boudin balls & pollo bullets. The Shrimp Po-boys is one of the best you will find. It is a bit pricey for the po-boys, but everything is reasonably priced. The Bread Pudding is excellent. read more

We LOVE BBs! We've been many times. Love all of their food, my husband loves their beans and rice. We love the Po' boys and it is our FAVORITE place for crawfish! The whole place is beautifully decorated to look like the French Quarter in NOLA. We eat in and take it to go. We love it both ways. They do an amazing job of packaging their crawfish to go so you can eat it out on your porch and they're one of the few places that offer crawfish early in the season for a great price and they aren't tiny. We got our first crawfish tonight for the 2019 season and they're amazing! If you go, go early (or get it to go) because they run out before 7:00 this early in the season.
