I came to this place because my transmission went out on me just as I was about to make a delivery in El Paso, TX. Long story short DO NOT GO HERE if you can avoid this place by all means DO SO!!!! My transmission was purchased from International it was rebuilt the cost directly from International was $3609. This terrible place called A2Z charged me $4500. That's $900 I paid to to basically pick up a phone and order my transmission. My bill with labor (which they originally b4 they touched my truck quoted me on a small blue sticky note was $1200) the bill came up just under $6400. So let's do the math to see just how much they screwed me shall we. $3609+$1200= $4809 I paid $6400!! $6400-4809= $1591!!! when I asked why he was charging me so much extra money after he knew he had me. He just told me "well I have to make some type of profit off of you" ( the profit is supposed to come from labor)smh there's a lot more I can get into, but I'm trying to keep this as short as possible to let you know that they will rob you people so stay away!!! If you absolutely have no choice, but to go just order your own parts
