This may have been the worst nail experience of my life. I went in needing to soak off gel polish…read moreand get a regular manicure. They told me it was five dollars extra to soak. Fine. By the time she wrapped the last nail, she was already taking off the first one, less than 30 seconds of soaking. Because they didn't soak long enough she had to work extra hard with the grinding tool to get the polish off and burned me twice! Then she cut me cleaning underneath my nail. She was rough, and rushed, and I was so nervous that I wouldn't even let her cut my cuticles for fear she'd hurt me again. It was far from a relaxing experience, and I will NEVER go back there again!!
