well, I was waiting for my flight from Atlanta to Augusta, I went into this spa to have my nails done. I had never used an airport spa before so I didn't know what to expect. I had the funniest nail technician, her name is Candy. she did a great job in the little time that we had. And even while she tried to hurry so I could make my flight, she didn't take shortcuts to do a good job. We had some good laughs because she definitely likes you to hold your hand a certain way and I kept failing ha ha. But we had a great time and it was fun to get to know her. read more

I was told it was a 30 min wait to put my name in the list and I would get a text message when they are ready. Then after waiting for 1 HOUR I'm told they won't be able to do any more table massages. Jazmin (and her manager) took very good care of me at this location in the airport. I get massages regularly. So, let me first tell you about these chairs!!! Very good massage, but it is deep tissue. The leg part is essential after all the walking you do in these airports. I used the chair WHILE getting a mani/ped. Jazmin did beautiful work on my nails. I was in the Atlanta airport recently and found myself with a delay to my flight to Los Angeles and it was a very stressful day due to flight cancellations and bad weather so I saw the "Be Relax Spa" right near my gate and decided to do a 30 minute neck and shoulder massage. The place is very clean and nice and I must say I got the best person I could have gotten to give me my massage!!! Her name was Yoshi and she was so amazing. I go to lots of high end spas and get lots of massages and I have to say she was one if not the best I have ever had. I only wish I had had more time. I highly recommend this place and if you go ask for Yoshi you will love her! The best. I waited on the waitlist (which said I was up next and had a 1 minute wait) for an hour. Two technicians walked passed me multiple time appearing to get drinks and food and then disappear to a back room for the remaining 40 minutes. I didn't have anywhere else to be so, I waited. I was never acknowledged or offered a place to sit so I stood outside the doorway the entire time. This was a very disappointing event. There were at least 6-7 other people who walked up interested in massage but were never acknowledged. This place would make a MUCH larger profit if they hired people there who cared. read more
