Alright, I hope I'm not falling off the wagon here.. or is it back on the wagon? Anyway I was…read morejust at another bar nearby (that place was dead) and didn't quite want to call it a night just yet so I decided to look for another bar. Just glad to find this spot. The vibe is so much better here, granted this was a Sunday night so I wasn't expecting much but there's actually people hanging out! Yes 1000% better than an empty bar where the bartender didn't want to be there. (2) bartenders working tonight, male and female. There's a couple with their dog playing pool.. well not woofie, he's chilling with his toy. A few other people on the other side. No one at the booth but they do have some nice booths! I ordered my usual vodka/cran since I was already drinking that prior. I try not to mix things up, that can get you into trouble if you're a light weight like me. Time goes by fast when you're enjoying yourself at the bar.. forgot how many drinks but by then it didn't matter, I was ready to go. Will definitely be back when I visit again.

I walked into this bar and within 30 seconds saw what I now realize should've been my cue to leave…read more The so-called "owner" was literally blocking the bathroom for a girl who went in for 3 seconds and came right out. Use your imagination for what she may have been doing. It was blatant and disgusting. But I stayed because I was with a friend and it was already late. Fast forward to closing time--I asked the bartender to close out my tab and she said there wasn't one under my name. That was weird because 1) I was still there, and 2) no one else knew my name. She then asks the Manager, I think his name was Adam, who comes over and says, "Oh, we closed it out for you. Thought you were a walkout." What? I ask for my card back and he hesitates. Red flag. Then I ask about the tip and he hands me a receipt--with my name, an $8 tip I never left, and a forged signature. Let me be very clear--I understand the importance of tipping. But forging a guest's signature and charging a tip without consent is illegal. When I calmly called him out, instead of apologizing, he says: "Who are you? Get the f*** out." Imagine being treated like that after spending money in their establishment. The wildest part? I would've tipped the bartender 30% if they just handled the situation with any decency. Instead, they chose fraud and disrespect. This whole experience I had makes me think this kind of thing probably happens here all the time. From my own personal experience, financial fraud and shady business practices definitely take place here. Absolutely disgusting. Stay far away. ____________________ EDIT: Claiming I was "unpleasant" all night is laughable, considering I spent the entire time at the pool and pong tables, interacting with no one but the friend I came with. My friend was the one at the bar ordering drinks, not me. My first--and only--interaction with you was when you physically blocked the restroom with your arms stretched out across both walls. I asked if you were security because that's exactly what it looked like, to which you aggressively claimed you were the owner. After I used the restroom, I asked the security guard if you were really the owner because I was appalled by your guest engagement and overall lack of professionalism. As for my "disappearance," let's not rewrite the timeline. I walked directly from the pong table--maybe three feet away--to the bar to close out. I was very much present, yet somehow my card was already charged without my knowledge or consent. That's not policy--that's fraud. I left with the receipt with the forged signature, FYI. And since you want to talk about being unpleasant, let me address the multiple men who hovered around my friend's drink on the side table while we were shooting pool. I had to shoo them off more than once. That's a major safety concern. So in addition to shady charges and forged signatures, now your bar has the reputation of being a place where, from my experience, women can't leave their drinks unattended for five seconds without worrying. That's not just disgusting--it's dangerous. I added a photo reference for your "packed bar," (not even a second row deep at the bar top, my guy) and the guy who was hovering. I blocked his face for privacy concerns. Also not a Panther jersey in sight It's also become clear that had I been more feminine-presenting, this situation likely would've played out very differently. Instead, I was met with hostility, sarcasm, and blatant dismissal. Your behavior speaks volumes. You can try to write it off with sarcasm and playground insults, but the truth is this: your establishment is poorly run, lacks accountability, and clearly has no grasp on guest safety or integrity. I'm glad you made it clear I'm not welcome back--trust me, the feeling is mutual. My bank also disputed the fraudulent charge BTW :)
