She also stated they've been getting orders all day and haven't done any. I express that it's poor customer service to not update any of the apps and allow for ordering to still occur. It's a real inconvenience when I've driven this far and wasted my time. Was told again she has nothing to do with it and they're closed. She said they've gone through 15 managers and she has nothing to do with it but she's the shift manager. Another girl comes over blonde hair and says shes on the phone with the owner and they cancelled all online ordering platforms. I picked up my phone and went on the app and showed them it's still active and accepting orders. If the company isn't accepting ordering online or via apps that is their job to deactivate any and all of the services. What's really a shame is not one of them even say "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". At this point this is just incompetence all around.
