The pizza is basically in my opinion but I like the pastas. The wings are very good. Nice size. Juicy and cooked to perfection. Good choices of toss sauce. I like my wings naked (not tossed in sauce) with the hot sauce and blue cheese on the side. That way I can control things like sodium and calories by being able to dip on my own. Compared to the restaurant in town that specializes in wings, Westside does wings better! My favorite part though, is the customer service. Westside Pizza gets five stars from me. They are one of the few places around that offer a gluten-free crust and dairy-free cheese. The gluten-free crust is delicious and soft, and surprisingly, it's not the Udi's brand that other pizza competitors carry. We usually order online from Suquamish, and the delivery is extremely fast. The customer service is always good, and they have a loyalty rewards program where you can redeem money off your pizza. Friendly and quick service on a busy take out night. The pizza was plenty saucy and cheesy, plenty of pepperoni, olives, and mushrooms, perfect for a dinner, before hiking the next day. Plenty to snack on later as well. Big open area for seating as well as rooms for parties, most orders were for take out this Saturday night, so the place was quiet. Along with delicious pizza, they have a great selection of local beers, ciders, and wine. A great stop if you're passing through or staying in Poulsbo. I moved here not too long ago from another state so I've been trying to find a good pizza place. I've tried three others and Westside beat them all out. Sauce is amazing, thankfully not sweet, toppings were plenty and the flavors were great! It was all nice and hot when it got here. Oh and the brownie!! Delicious! BEST PIZZA EVER!!! I got the garlic chicken with a few miner changes. Double mozzarella,Double chicken, Olives, no onions and light garlic. Ok not so miner :D. It was absolute heaven. Really decent medium crust pizza just up the hill from the ferry terminal. I called in a pick-up order to be picked up in a little more than an hour, arrived exactly on time, and the pizza was waiting for me, and piping hot. The staff was very cheerful and efficient. Pizza was pretty darned good. They didn't have exactly the toppings I was hoping for (no meatball!) but the suggested alternative, beef sausage, complimented the mushrooms and peppercini nicely. read more

Since Mattioli's closed down we have been looking for a new pizza place (coincidentally a Westside pizza is opening up where Mattioli's used to be). Anyway, we were driving around Poulsbo and happened to drive past this place. We had never heard of Westside Pizza before, and decided to give it a try. Whenever trying a new pizza place out, we like to order their most basic pizza. Our theory is if they can't get the basics right, then they aren't good. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and order of cheese bread. We placed a carryout order, it took about 20 minutes, and then we headed home. The pizza was pretty good....the cheese bread was excellent. The cheese is in the bread, not on top like most places. The portion was huge! This was almost like a cheese calzone. My husband enjoyed the bread so much, that he is very happy to find out one is opening up in Silverdale. The prices were decent, a medium pizza and cheese bread runs about $16.00 We will definitely be returning. read more

This was our first visit. Westside Pizza came strongly recommended by the folks at the Wells Fargo bank just down the street (we were there a couple of weeks ago to buy some Canadian currency and the staff raved about Westside). The dining area is small and functional--it's nothing fancy but don't judge the quality of the business by the standard of the decor. We were there to eat and boy, did we eat. It took them approximately 15-20 mins to bake our pie and we did not mind the wait at all. We shared a large BBQ chicken pizza (fyi, pineapple is optional and will cost extra). The dough was fresh, soft and chewy (we liked it!). The pizza was neither thin-crust nor deep-dish, which made it more than satisfactory for our tastes. The toppings were generous enough. Every bite of our pie was filled with ooey-gooey and crunchy goodness. We chatted briefly with the Mom of the joint and felt welcomed. Very nice lady. I snagged one of their menu flyers before leaving because I want my boss to consider Westside Pizza for a future company birthday lunch. Whenever I move (every few years) I have to find all new stuff again; new doctor, new grocery store, and a new pizza place. West side has the best pizza in WA. The dough is perfect. The pepperoni is spicy and flavorful, but not too spicy. I don't always eat the crust on pizza, but this one I do.
