Not only did we have the lowest rating on AirBnB we've ever had (we went from being Superhosts to having a 2.5 rating in one of our apartments and all others in the 3-4 star range), many of the reviews complained that Aaron and Alyssa were rude and unhelpful. I texted them to address the fact that we weren't getting any bookings, our low ratings, the horrible photo quality they had on the site, and guest complaints. They engaged with me probably how they did with guests - rude, passing blame, and unhelpful. At one point, Aaron told us it was "not their job" to get bookings. When we started working with them, they told us to deactivate our own AirBnB listings, so that they could make all reservations go through them. Then they were supposed to pay us out. We have not gotten a single dollar and they've now removed our listings completely and refuse to pass on booking fees. The prices were all messed up on AirBnB (see our conversation below) and they said they were right on their site. We never got a single booking from their website! We've had high occupancy rates for years on AirBnB by ourselves! They never got our property back up on Booking.com as we had it set up, even after months of waiting. I tried to attach photos of our discussions for you to see for yourself but Yelp doesn't allow it, I guess. You can see them on Facebook and on Google Reviews though. I messaged Alyssa after they refused to give us our payouts and they ghosted and just never replied. 10/10 do NOT hire them, stay with them, or give them any of your trust.

In my experience, I would never recommend these people and I think maybe they're burnt out and I understand that happens, but I can't make that my problem. We had been restrictively locked down and needed a fresh breath and mental break. This quaint cottage provided just that and more. The view and beach access was more than awesome. The fun and cute backyard was perfect for our family to enjoy a beachside fire, twinkle lights, shuffleboard, lawn games, kayak, paddleboards etc. It was fully stocked with everything you'd ever want for the beach - beach bag, umbrellas, chairs, toys, fishing poles, nets, floats etc. The free on site laundry and laundry supplies was such a generous offering. The cottage was clean, well kept, fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials and then some extra. We brought our Shiba Inu and he loved being able to watch out the back glass to see us at the beach! The back deck and views are magnificent. Our beds were clean and comfy. The shower had perfect water pressure for thick haired families like ours. The French bakery in front had the most delicious pastries and quiche offerings. We absolutely loved Tommy's on the Beach and can't wait to return very soon.
