I'm still in the parking lot-and writing this review already. This is a gorgeous, gauzy, easy, breezy, dreamy cupcake of a find. It's a sand castle wish-that feels like an ice cream day-and it's all right there along Manhattan, in busy South Tampa, in an old pet grooming shop! Yeah, really! The building has gotten a gleaming glow-up and radiates coastal, calming vibes. It's so pastel peaceful... zen for Jen, in my case. I love the beachy, vacation feel. I think they opened in May 2026 and after just a month and a half, they've got it down. The gal at the register is so sweet and friendly. And the barista did a quick and amazing job with my iced banana cream matcha. I'm told the syrups are made in house-and I can confirm: this drink is spectacular-nice depth of flavors-not too sweet, with a banana chip on top. I'm all giddy over all of this. I know there are some food items, but I was too busy fangirling over the decor to check it out. Next time... and there will be so many next times. You can tell everything is done with love, here. They're invested and it shows. There's a very cute seating area inside-tables and a bar counter-and several umbrella tables outside. And yes... the cherry on top of all of this: there's a private parking lot-and they opened early, too! Every day might have to be a beach(house) day!!

Cute place but was a bit disappointed that they were out of all food at 11am when we arrived. The theming is super fun and aesthetic. They have some retail and locally made pet treats, which I did buy a bag! The coffee was good, but did take about 20-30 minutes. Toasted coconut was great, as was the banana bread! I was a bit surprised to see it was an automatic espresso machine, but everything was good nonetheless. 4 stars due to the wait time and the fact they were out of all food and we were planning to eat there :( but the coffees were delicious! Oversell super cute, I would give it another shot again soon!

Beach House Coffee is such a cute, beachy coffee shop with a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing. I brought my dog along, and they immediately greeted her with a pup cup, which was such a thoughtful touch! I ordered their seasonal Blueberry Pancake Latte, and it was absolutely delicious. It had the perfect balance of sweetness and blueberry flavor, definitely one of my favorite seasonal drinks I've had in a while. Between the friendly staff, cozy vibe, and great coffee, this place has definitely earned a spot in my regular coffee shop rotation. Looking forward to coming back!

Cute little coffee shop on Manhattan. The vibes of the shop were great and the staff was super sweet. I can't have gluten and they were super accommodating and double checked the labels for some ingredients to make sure they were gluten free. I tried the banana bread latte, which I was a nervous would be overpowering but the flavor was super subtle. The yogurt parfait was good and I appreciated that the had the protein for all the food items listed on the menu. It's new a new spot and they're definitely still working out some kinks - they had menus with different prices listed on them and I think the AC was out the day I went because it was toasty inside. Will definitely come back and give them another try

Beautiful coffee shop. I had the Dubai chocolate latte and it was amazing! It had pistachio milk, chocolate syrup, and strawberry cold foam. I also had the ham & Swiss croissant but it was severely undercooked. Would come back!

Found this place bc of all of the social media hype around it and WOW it sure lives up to it!! Ordered the blueberry pancake latte (it's seasonal) and it was soooo good! They even added a mini pancake on top of the foam, so cute! It was so delicious. They also had many other amazing options to try, along with pastries. It was busy (Saturday morning) but parking was easy and service was so quick anyway! There is also plenty of seating. I loved everything about this place and I can't wait to come back next time I'm in town!

Cute beach themed coffee shop with a relaxing atmosphere! The ambiance is one of the best parts, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. It's also dog friendly, and they offer pup cups, which is such a fun bonus if you're bringing your pup. I ordered the banana cream matcha and would give it a 4/5. Deff will try other drink on the menu.

I am not one for super sweet coffee but I knew right away I had to try their specialty lattes. I ordered the blueberry pancake latte and was impressed. The blueberry cold foam was delicious, topped with a mini pancake, the the latte was drizzled with their blueberry syrup. I asked for the drink half sweet and it was perfect for me. I would love to go back to try some of their other specialty drinks--it seems like they know how to make a good coffee. Additionally, the inside was very clean and aesthetic, perfect for that "Instagram worthy" shot.

Loving this new coffee shop! I didn't get a picture of the seating inside because it was packed but there is a little room inside with seating. Their pastries and coffee were really good! Love the boutique gifts and accessories to purchase. My only knock is there is hardly any parking so if you go on the weekend, prepare to park somewhere close by and walk. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to the 7 or so people in line. I think this is relatively new coffee shop and they are knocking it out of the park both in quality and their marketing.

Such a cute place in an area that wants walkable spots to meet with friends. Staff is friendly. The owner is so sweet and dedicated to making this place a neighborhood staple. I walked here for breakfast and enjoyed my bagel with cream cheese. I'll definitely be a regular.

They had a very popular grand opening day today! Place was packed and though it took som time to get our drinks they kept everyone hydrated and other vendors inside and outside to pass the time! The photo stand was a cute touch! They have both indoor and outdoor seating, large menu of teas, matcha?m, lattes and refreshers plus food! Definitely will be back, great neighborhood cafe/ coffee shop! The decor is well done , love the beach vibes and calm colors!

Stopped by Beach House Coffee Co. after hearing about this new coffee shop in Tampa and was so impressed! I ordered an iced coffee, and it had the perfect combination of bold coffee flavor. They get their coffee directly from Sarasota, which is great that they get everything local. I went there for other grand opening and they had the owner where they get their coffee from there so it was great to hear about the coffee directly as well. The shop has a relaxed coastal vibe that feels different from the typical chain coffee experience. It's great to see another locally owned coffee shop in Tampa focusing on quality specialty coffee and genuine customer service. If you're looking for the best coffee in Tampa, a great iced coffee, espresso drinks, specialty coffee, or a local café to work from or meet friends, this place deserves a visit. The coffee was fresh, flavorful, and made with attention to detail. Beach House Coffee Co. is quickly becoming one of my favorite Tampa coffee spots. The lattes alone is worth the trip, and I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu on my next visit. Highly recommend supporting this local Tampa coffee shop! 10/10 would recommend!

The inside is a decent size with tables, cute decor and lots of plants. When I first walked in, I was taken back by how beautiful the pastry display cases were!! I had the hardest time choosing which pastry to get because they all looked like works of art!! Super friendly staff, great service but now to get to the goods: the coffee and pasties. This is a true authentic French bakery, no doubt in my mind. The iced salted caramel latte is the best I have EVER had. I could taste every flavor and it blended with the coffee perfectly. The ham and cheese croissant was so flakey, the perfect ham ratio and just all around fantastic. The pastry I got had raspberry jam and white chocolate ganache (I don't remember the name of it) and it was seriously the best pastry I've ever had. Most pastries can be too sweet, but this was just right. The jam tasted fresh and homemade (probably is!) and the white chocolate ganache gave it just a touch of sweetness. It is a little pricey so be warned: $48 for two coffees and two pastries. Definitely worth a splurge!!

Paris Baguette has EVERYTHING I love. Cake. Latte. Bread. Pastries. What more can a woman ask for???!!! I was already swooning over the photos and menu options seen on Yelp and Google, but TASTING is BELIEVING and now I'm so glad that I can say it's everything I hoped it would be. It's like a little piece of Paris right here in Tampa! (I've been). So I've come for cake, stayed for latte and quiche, and because why not, threw in the salad so that lunch and dinner is taken care of, too! Okay, first off...what I got. The quiche is light and airy, and is basically a croissant with quiche filling instead of a quiche slice. I love croissants, so this was a nice treat for me that I could hold in my hand. The Salted Caramel Latte I thought was pretty unique, because yes, there's a PRETZEL on top of it (which I plucked off and ate the first thing when I got it. Tasted rich and delicious, and was a great companion for my food. Now, usually I don't bat so much as an eye for a salad, but that Korean beef salad looked fresh and yummy, and it would definitely take care of dinner for the day because, why not, while I'm out? It was a decent size too, not too filling, with a good variety of veggies such as cukes, carrots, tomatoes, on top of mixed greens with Korean beef, which was the only heavy thing on the salad so you don't feel weighed down. It's great to know if you're watching your waist line or caloric intake, Paris Baguette has you covered with no problem as the nutrition facts are listed on the menu so you can make an informed choice. Of course, their cakes are so good, you wouldn't help but want to indulge. Which brings me to my final point. When I saw MOCHA CAKE on the menu, I thought, OMG I have to have it!!! It's EVERYTHING I could want and more and I must ask WHY ISN'T MOCHA CAKE MORE OF A THING NOW???? The sponge cake was light and airy like a coffee cloud as was the buttercream, not too sweet, rounding out my whole meal in nice elegant, finish. The shop itself is cute, but Muffin and I ate outside since the outside area is dog friendly. It reminds me of those open-air cafes in Europe, especially in Paris, elevating my lunch experience with my dog. The staff is super nice and welcoming on approach, too. It's a bit of a drive for me, but it's really not THAT bad depending on when I go and the business hours help, too. I can't wait to go back and make this a regular spot whether I just want a tasty healthy lunch, or I seek to indulge!

We ordered the California steak wrap, deviled crab, zucchini muffins, and the ooey gooey butter cake. The California steak wrap was okay. It leaned a little oily and I wish there were more vegetables to round it out. The deviled crab had a nice flavor, but there were small shell bits that threw me.
