I stopped by Beach House for an afternoon treat with a friend this weekend at her recommendation. The space is very cute, though the dining layout is interesting. The front has a little shop (with some killer smelling perfumes and candles!!) with all sorts of goods. You order at the bar, and then wait over by another section for your beverage. This was a pretty great idea, because the ordering bar did not fill up and make it hard to order. The staff were super friendly to myself and every other customer - which is noticeably different from many other shops! I got both an apple fritter (soo yummy) and a banana cream matcha latte. The apple fritter (that I ate the next day) was delicious! Highly recommend. The banana cream matcha latte was very good but very sweet (which is why I couldn't handle my fritter the same day). I normally ask for matcha half sweet, but I forgot to do so this time. I will definitely be doing that in the future, as I will definitely be back in the future. My friend got the blueberry pancake latte, which she really liked. She gave me the cute little pancake on top, which was yummy. Her latte was sweet, but she liked it that way and really enjoyed it. She also really enjoyed my matcha and said it would be what she grabbed next time! I'm curious to try their coffee beverages, as I am a bit of a snob, but I will wholeheartedly endorse the matcha and baked good! read more

Loved everything about the Beach House Coffee! This is totally me, just wish I got down to this location more often, but the visit was worth it. Parking was good. I went on a Sunday, no problem with their side parking lot. Service was great and friendly and the line moved fast. Asked about a few drinks and decided to go with the matcha banana. Also ordered an iced green tea with strawberry syrup for my hubby. In addition a salted caramel cookie which was very tasty. All were perfect in fact. There are three room areas inside. Plus outside patio seating. Found the back room which I loved. It was two Comfy chairs w/ the perfect beach vibes. Love all the decor throughout. Very simple, clean, fresh! A/C also worked so well so it felt so nice and spaesque as well with my matcha, and comfy chair and company. Their boutique is cute with different kinds of items for sale, dog friendly items, scents, sun glasses, little stuff you would compliment a beach trip nicely. So happy for this wonderful coffee shop. I'll be back to try more of their variety of drinks. They also have different pastries as well. read more

I'm still in the parking lot-and writing this review already. This is a gorgeous, gauzy, easy, breezy, dreamy cupcake of a find. It's a sand castle wish-that feels like an ice cream day-and it's all right there along Manhattan, in busy South Tampa, in an old pet grooming shop! Yeah, really! The building has gotten a gleaming glow-up and radiates coastal, calming vibes. It's so pastel peaceful... zen for Jen, in my case. I love the beachy, vacation feel. I think they opened in May 2026 and after just a month and a half, they've got it down. The gal at the register is so sweet and friendly. And the barista did a quick and amazing job with my iced banana cream matcha. I'm told the syrups are made in house-and I can confirm: this drink is spectacular-nice depth of flavors-not too sweet, with a banana chip on top. I'm all giddy over all of this. I know there are some food items, but I was too busy fangirling over the decor to check it out. Next time... and there will be so many next times. You can tell everything is done with love, here. They're invested and it shows. There's a very cute seating area inside-tables and a bar counter-and several umbrella tables outside. And yes... the cherry on top of all of this: there's a private parking lot-and they opened early, too! Every day might have to be a beach(house) day!! read more

Cute place but was a bit disappointed that they were out of all food at 11am when we arrived. The theming is super fun and aesthetic. They have some retail and locally made pet treats, which I did buy a bag! The coffee was good, but did take about 20-30 minutes. Toasted coconut was great, as was the banana bread! I was a bit surprised to see it was an automatic espresso machine, but everything was good nonetheless. 4 stars due to the wait time and the fact they were out of all food and we were planning to eat there :( but the coffees were delicious! Beach House Coffee is such a cute, beachy coffee shop with a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing. I brought my dog along, and they immediately greeted her with a pup cup, which was such a thoughtful touch! I ordered their seasonal Blueberry Pancake Latte, and it was absolutely delicious. It had the perfect balance of sweetness and blueberry flavor, definitely one of my favorite seasonal drinks I've had in a while. Between the friendly staff, cozy vibe, and great coffee, this place has definitely earned a spot in my regular coffee shop rotation. Looking forward to coming back! read more

Cute little coffee shop on Manhattan. The vibes of the shop were great and the staff was super sweet. I can't have gluten and they were super accommodating and double checked the labels for some ingredients to make sure they were gluten free. I tried the banana bread latte, which I was a nervous would be overpowering but the flavor was super subtle. The yogurt parfait was good and I appreciated that the had the protein for all the food items listed on the menu. It's new a new spot and they're definitely still working out some kinks - they had menus with different prices listed on them and I think the AC was out the day I went because it was toasty inside. I am not one for super sweet coffee but I knew right away I had to try their specialty lattes. I ordered the blueberry pancake latte and was impressed. The blueberry cold foam was delicious, topped with a mini pancake, the the latte was drizzled with their blueberry syrup. I asked for the drink half sweet and it was perfect for me. I would love to go back to try some of their other specialty drinks--it seems like they know how to make a good coffee. Loving this new coffee shop! I didn't get a picture of the seating inside because it was packed but there is a little room inside with seating. Their pastries and coffee were really good! Love the boutique gifts and accessories to purchase. My only knock is there is hardly any parking so if you go on the weekend, prepare to park somewhere close by and walk. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to the 7 or so people in line. They had a very popular grand opening day today! Place was packed and though it took som time to get our drinks they kept everyone hydrated and other vendors inside and outside to pass the time! Stopped by Beach House Coffee Co. after hearing about this new coffee shop in Tampa and was so impressed! I ordered an iced coffee, and it had the perfect combination of bold coffee flavor. They get their coffee directly from Sarasota, which is great that they get everything local. I went there for other grand opening and they had the owner where they get their coffee from there so it was great to hear about the coffee directly as well. The shop has a relaxed coastal vibe that feels different from the typical chain coffee experience. It's great to see another locally owned coffee shop in Tampa focusing on quality specialty coffee and genuine customer service. If you're looking for the best coffee in Tampa, a great iced coffee, espresso drinks, specialty coffee, or a local café to work from or meet friends, this place deserves a visit. The coffee was fresh, flavorful, and made with attention to detail. Beach House Coffee Co. is quickly becoming one of my favorite Tampa coffee spots. The coastal vibe in here is so cozy and welcoming and I love that they sell fun beachy items like jewelry, hats, etc. The staff was super friendly and the line moved quickly. We attended the grand opening on 5/30/2026 after seeing a social media post stating that the first 25 guests at 10:00 a.m. would receive 50% off drinks and a gift bag. Wanting to be sure we were among the first attendees, we arrived at 8:00 a.m. and were the only car in the parking lot. Since the business was already open, we went inside to order coffee and check out the shop. Inside, the decoration was very nicely done. The barista told us it was her first day and that her sister was the coffee expert. When making my drink, she asked me how it should be prepared because she was unsure. Unfortunately, the drink was not to my liking, especially considering it cost $9.88. As more customers began arriving, the staff appeared overwhelmed and behind on orders. They informed customers that orders would need to be paused while they caught up because they were not officially opening until 10:00 a.m. Additional employees and vendors arrived around 9:30 a.m. Just before 10:00 a.m., pink raffle tickets were distributed for hair product giveaways from a vendor. When we asked about the gift bags advertised for the first 25 guests, we were told they had already been given out earlier. After speaking with several customers who arrived shortly after we did, we learned that many had traveled significant distances specifically for the grand opening event. One group drove approximately 45 minutes and expressed similar disappointment with the experience. We also made a 30-minute drive from North Tampa to attend, which added to our frustration given that the advertised promotion and event details did not match what we encountered. This was confusing, as we had been there for over an hour and had not seen any gift bags distributed. Around the same time, we noticed the grand opening post had been removed from their social media page. They had some vendors in the back room but they were selling items or services. Since we drove so far, we were here for over 2 hrs. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The advertised promotion was a major reason we attended, and it felt misleading when the promised gift bags and other promos were unavailable despite our early arrival. Between the lack of organization, the poor communication regarding the promotion, and the quality of the drink, I left feeling frustrated and would not recommend. read more
