I've stopped by the newest DI location a few times since it opened. I have always experienced great service, and the team moves pretty quickly to take care of you. I've gotten the cold brew each time, and it's been pretty decent each time. I definitely recommend popping in! read more

I have visited this location before back in May and did not have the best experience. I got a Matcha Latte which was not the best, and baristas were not in the best mood that day but I decided to try it again because everyone has those days-- especially businesses. And today, they blew it out of the park! Despite being busy-- baristas were the absolute sweetest. Wish I caught their names but to the girl with the most beautiful curls and the girl with the most gorgeous pink hair, thank you for making my morning. I got an Iced Banana Pudding Latte & Cuban Toast with Cheese. The latte was insane. One of the best banana inspired lattes I have had yet. I didn't even leave the store before I chugged it down. It was that good. The cuban toast was good but not my favorite. They use like an American cheese so if I were to go again, I would ask if they could make it with a different cheese-- maybe swiss? I also bought a few goodies from their gift section--a really good selection of knick knacks, especially for trivia lovers! All in all, amazing experience and I can't wait to be back to possibly try their Banana Pudding Latte but with their ube syrup. I'm happy they opened a second location in The Heights which is much closer to me than Davis Island. My favorite is their DI breakfast sandwich with the egg, cheese, tomato, and onion on Cuban toast. So good! The coffee shop is cute; I go there often for coffee dates with my husband, and meetups with friends or colleagues. It's pet-friendly too. Many locals bring their dogs there. They also sell cute little games for game nights, candles, some jewelry and cute cards. They do get busy in the mornings rush, so expect to wait a while for your coffee esp on a weekend. read more

Made a quick pitstop here for a coffee on a Saturday. It's definitely reminiscent of the DI location- smaller, but cute and they sell some of the iconic goodies/greeting cards/etc. If you prioritize housemade syrups in your coffee, vanilla and simple are the only options. The line moved quickly and the baristas were super friendly and helpful. read more

How are there no reviews here yet?? It's been absolutely hopping since its grand opening! I'm not familiar with their Davis Islands location so I'm going in fresh. As a Seminole Heights resident, I'm always happy to welcome new businesses into the neighborhood and I'm ESPECIALLY happy to see a new coffee shop. I've now had a few lattes and they're absolutely delicious. There's just something about a good, fresh latte brewed from actually good beans and a really nicely made syrup that Dunkin and Starbucks just can't compete with. I also had one of their giant, homemade cinnamon rolls. I kind of laughed when they offered me a fork and knife but no, definitely take it because these things are massive. It was delicious! The service was great. You can tell they're still getting their feet under them but even at the busiest I've seen them, they were quick and friendly and didn't look as frazzled as I would have been! The parking lot is probably the only thing anyone can ding them for. Anyone who's familiar with the area knows its a really weird spot. There's no lines down but you CAN park right in front. You are also able to park in front of the church across the street. Beware of school zones! Seminole Heights Elementary is right across the street and the school zone starts about 7am. Prime coffee time but still worth it - just watch for small people getting their education! I also really appreciate the merchandise options. Several fun books, candles, and other things from local businesses that you can buy and enjoy. Overall, really enjoyed the times I've been and cant wait for many more! read more

Such a perfect addition to the neighborhood! I popped in to grab a snack, a coffee, and get some work done and it was divine. The coffee shop is super cute and has a little section of some local goodies you can buy. The coffee itself was delicious and so was the Cuban sandwich I ordered! I was pleasantly surprised. It is a little smaller place, but they still have a good amount of seating available. Also very friendly staff. I was sitting at one of their two outdoor tables and a lovely gentleman, who I presume is one of the owners, brought me a little sample of some crumb cake to try and it was unreal. Location and shop are chic clean and cute. Staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Drink options include some delicious and unique specials. I had the Chai Tea Pear Latte. It had the classic chai spice up front but then a lovely almost caramel apple finish from the pear. I'd never had anything like it and it was wonderful! Highly recommend! read more

I came to this location after having a good experience at their Davis Islands spot, so I was genuinely excited to check it out. The inside is cute and aesthetically pleasing, but the moment I walked in, the place was filled with smoke like something had just burned. There was no airflow, so the smoke just lingered and made it hard to breathe or relax. Ordering felt a bit awkward. The cashier didn't outright cut me off, but every time I tried to add something else, she seemed irritated and would walk away before I was done. I also asked if they offered a military discount, and her reaction felt surprisingly defensive like I had offended her just by asking. Each time I tried to say thank you, she had already turned and walked away, which just made the entire interaction feel cold and rushed. After sitting down, I heard my name called, but no one made eye contact or gave any direction. I stood there for a second before noticing my drink had been placed off in a corner. Again, no one acknowledged me. just walked away without a word. A few minutes later, my food came out, and even though I was sitting right in front of the counter, they slid the plate to the opposite side so I had to get up and walk over. No communication, no courtesy just very dismissive. The smoke inside was too much, so I moved outside even though it meant sitting in the direct sun. I opened my veggie burrito and was surprised to see it was mostly just cheese. The first bite was cold and the whole thing was lukewarm at best. I also got one of their small quiches, which was a small round quiche that someone had cut a tiny, pizza-style sliver from which was kinda concerning to me . It felt strange that someone had already dug into my meal before me . Overall, the vibe here felt off and kind of unwelcoming. Between the smoke, the lack of basic courtesy, and food that didn't feel worth it, I don't think I'll be returning,especially after how much I liked the Davis Islands location. read more
