It didn't have any flavor tho it was bland it looked delicious but didn't taste that way. The counters are at high level to conceal public view of sandwich prep area. Maybe I'll try again but this is not a favorite spot for me. The family and I picked this place after hitting a few stores in this plaza. 4 sandwiches for $50 wasn't too bad in my opinion. My only complaint was the service when I ordered the sandwich. Very dry cashier and no friendly smile or personality. I used to go here all the time as a vegetarian because they have several meatless options. But when I became a vegan, I just altered some of their sandwiches or even brought my own tofurkey & cashew cheese which they gladly made my sandwich with. A couple of days ago, I visited this place to see they have a 100% vegan sandwich now!!! They use vegan Mayo & vegan Gouda cheese, with avocado, red onion, lettuce, tomato, bell pepper, & cucumber. All they need now is some tofurkey it was absolutely delicious!! I requested no Mayo because that's not my favorite, added mustard, & went to town! I ordered Beach Hut for lunch today. I ordered a traditional Roast Beef sandwich on a French roll. As always the sandwich had a generous portion of meat on it and the bread tasted fresh and soft. I love their large unique menu with fun creative names for the sandwiches and consistently good food. I did not order them this time, but the nachos are also to die for. Never eating here again! My wife ordered ahead so that our food would be ready upon our arrival. As she goes in she asks if she can grab the bag that has her name on it. She was rudely told, "NO YOU HAVE TO WAIT!" She doesn't make a scene which she usually doesn't. She gets in line to wait to pick up our already prepared order. Another customer walks in right after and this same girls greets him with, "hello sir, how can I help you." After she gives attention to the customer that entered after my wife, another employee finishes what he was doing to ask my wife if she was there to order or pick-up. She's handed our order and she leaves. There's no apology offered, and my wife left feeling very insulted! At the very least, there's some sorely needed customer service training. read more
