We had Fabian come out to unclog our shower which was backing up. Not only did he arrive promptly, but he was so extremely nice, honest and knowledgeable. It turned out that it was temporarily clogged and not really backed up. When he discovered this, he explained the why's, and how's of why it did what it did. He tested it and re-tested it to make sure that we wouldn't be having problems the minute he got back into his truck. He took his time and was very thorough. There was no charge!!! AWESOME! Had a clogged toilet in a ONE bathroom house on a Friday night. Called Sat. morning, Richard said he could be there in 1 hour. On a Sat! YEAH. We live in an older home that doesn't have a clean out so Richard had to remove the toilet to snake the main line and reset the toilet. No complaints from him, just quick and efficient. I live in an old house. This year it will turn 100 years old. Imagine plumbing issues. So, I have had many plumbing companies come in and out over the years. This time was different. First of all Richard was super prompt at answering my call. Second he was here when he said he would be. Then he fixed the problem and 2 others. Long story I had a leak in one area and a clog (major roots) in another. He did it quickly and made it seem like it was no big deal. Just had Beach Plumbing come out last Friday and I can honestly say these guys are the best. Fabian was very helpful and extremely professional. I had told him I needed my bathtub drain and kitchen drain DE clogged. He informed me that only my bathtub drain was clogged. He was so honest. after having a stopped sewer line, renting a snake from home depot on 2 different days within a week, I called Mr. Rooter when the sewer backed up again, they would not give me a price over the phone, a tech came out and gave me a high price to snake the sewer, with a discount it was still higher than Beach Plumbing, the MR tech ran a camera through the line after he snaked it and said the roots were so bad, and the line was possibly broke, he said they needed to use a high pressure jet to clean the roots, at this point I went to Yelp and searched for a good plumber in the area, found Beach Plumbing & Jetting , I talked to Richard, explained the situation, he advised a good snake job should take care of the roots, he came out, snaked the line and gave me a 30 day warranty, and advised me to snake the sewer once a year to keep the roots out. I wish I would have called him first, but being a do it yourself kind of guy, I ended up spending a lot more on renting snakes, and calling MR Rooter. Do yourself a favor and call Richard at Beach Plumbing for sewer problems, and if you do need a jetting service his price is better than MR Rooter by far. read more

After calling several plumbers, half of them never returned my call, one of them canceled on me three times, getting some not too decent estimates and more than anything trying to get some more quotes and not feel like I was being ripped off, a coworker recommended Beach Plumbing and Jetting. I was about to start the remodeling of my bathroom and wanted to be sure of the condition of the sewage line before starting any renovations, I wasn't sure if I needed the sewer to be jet cleaned but I wanted the video camera so I called Beach Plumbing . Richard took my call and I explained him my situation and two things were clear to me right away, number one he knew what he was talking about and second he didn't try to oversell his services. We set an appointment and he showed up ON TIME and prepared, they cleaned the sewage, I saw the line and Richard assured me to my delight that the condition of the line was pretty decent. While in the house another issue came to light, the sink pipe line was rusted, they gave me a quote, answered all my questions to my satisfaction and I asked them to do the job. Greg and Fabian came later to replace the pipe, this guys are respectful, well trained and overall very efficient. I called with a problem with my Reverse Osmosis system and they were honest in saying that they were not specialists in these systems and actually referred me to other places that dealt with these systems! On Saturday afternoon, we had the plumbing in half of our house back up completely. I called our usual plumbers and they were all booked for the day, so they could not help us. I checked Yelp and found Beach Plumbing and Jetting with excellent reviews. I called and Greg came out within 2 hours. He quickly found the issue with the internal bath tub fill stop (probably not the real name) had corroded and fallen down into the pipe blocking the water flow. Once that was fixed, he cleaned out our main line and even ran a camera down the main line to show me where roots from a nearby tree had made their way into the original clay lines. No hard sell was made to try and talk me into replacing the line. He agreed that we can continue to clean that line out once a year or so rather than spending a lot more money to replace it. We can have the line replaced when it is more affordable for us. While Greg was at my home, I asked him for a price to replace two bathroom faucets. He checked them out and found the angle stops (shut offs) under one sink were completely frozen. He gave me a quote for replacing the angle stops and faucets, but he didn't have the extra time to do the work the same day. Greg came back on Monday and replaced the facets and angle stops as quoted. I have to say that this was a great experience. The work was done very professionally, the pricing was extremely fair and the service was very friendly. What more could you ask for? I found myself a new plumber.
