I love this place. It a 21+ venue but it's worth going. Their breakfast is extensive and delicious. They have daily specials too. Their lunch is awesome. They have one of the best French Dip sandwich in Washington. I go there often. Especially during football season.

Came here on a Monday with a friend to check out these wings she was raving about. Wings are on special on Mondays--you can get a maximum of 5 (full wings) for $8.50. They came out piping hot. They were pretty crispy and served with Ranch or Bleu Cheese. In my opinion, they could have used a little seasoning, but other than that were good. I opted for a water because they didn't have any ciders or beers that interested me. It was a pretty busy place with a lot of regulars. I would return to try other menu options. Great place to go when the weather is nice, you can visit the water or nearby park.

Cosy old school tavern by the water and railroad tracks.Generous, but not over the top portions for a meal.Lots of homemade stuff, from potato salad to meatloaf.Nice staff, decent prices, full bar with craft beers and domestic choices.Daily specials and breakfast at the weekend for a few hours.

I was told this was a best kept secret brunch spot & it was good. It was just amusing with the swarm of flies that were swarming in the middle of the bar area. Kinda gross, kinda not. This is a bare minimum kinda spot - so don't expect sugar & cream to automatically come with your coffee. The service was okay - I'm pretty sure the bartender is an original to the place. The food was pretty good but that price tag at the end was not worth it at all. It was like $25 bc they legit uncharged for every little thing.

Three separate tents for dining as a long time Monday night person, this should be shown. Beach Tavern place to go.

Great food, would be nice to get the wings early like they use to be. My picture. On here. Thanks

It's a bar! If you're coming here for "fancy food" then you're in the wrong place. The few times I've eaten here the food has been OK, nothing to write home about, but I didn't expect it to be, I enjoyed it though. The drinks are good! First time here our bartender didn't seem thrilled to be there, and wouldn't even crack a smile. She's gone...figured that would be the case eventually. All of the other bartenders have been great since. Being a bartender myself, a smile, and hello, with customers goes a long way! It's definitely a "locals" place. (We live just up the hill - maybe one day we'll be "locals". LOL) Everyone here seems to know each other, and that's pretty cool. Very interesting decor and atmosphere. They have a TouchTunes juke box, so you can play music you want to hear, while enjoying a drink. You're right next to Titlow Park/Titlow Beach, so you can go for a nice stroll before or after being here. The trains go right by the bar!!! That's pretty cool too. Fun place! Definitely recommend it.

Cooper's hosted one of our Porsche Club breakfast social events, and from start to finish this one was a 10. The food was on point throughout, and considering the size of our group, that's borderline remarkable. Breakfast at Cooper's is flavorful and excellent! Everyone came away impressed, which if you've ever tried to please a table full of hungry car enthusiasts, you know is not a given. Andrea led the service, and she was outstanding. This woman knows how to manage a large, hungry group! To perform this with that kind of calm efficiency is a real skill! The whole team reflected the same energy. They were all attentive, warm, and clearly proud of the place they work in. I can't say enough about the people here. The thoughtful touch that really stood out: Porsche-themed mimosas and breakfast spirits prepared specially for our event. That kind of detail is something a great hospitality team delivers. It set the tone for the whole morning. The space itself is immaculate and the decor is genuinely cool. Those of us who hadn't dined there before were genuinely impressed. Cleanliness here is a point of obvious pride. All in all, Cooper's is a destination for casual quality. Magnificent experience, start to finish, and I can't wait to return!

Extra bonus points that it's in Proctor - my favourite stomping ground. I got there not too long after they opened and about half of the tables were already taken. I found a place at the bar and was quickly greeted. I didn't see a drink menu, so I figured a mimosa is the obvious choice. They also have apple and grapefruit juice so you can mix it up a bit! For breakfast I went with the Mediterranean Veggie Hash, which was excellent! Good ratios of all the ingredients and I will absolutely be eating another one! Took everyone's drink order but mine. When she came back I asked if there were adult drinks. There are no drinks listed anywhere in the menu. When our food came I asked for butter.... butter never came. She checked on us 20 mins later and I just gave her my card. She came back with the credit card slip to sign and my copy. There was no itemized receipt so I dont know exactly what I paid for but I assume $134 for 5 people sounded about right I gave 4 stars cause the food made up for it... or atleast my dish did! French toast was nice and fluffy. The syrup tasted like a caramel/maple mix. Goodm but too sweet toward the end Blueberry pancakes were nice and fluffy 6oz steak and eggs was the winner. Your choice of bread. Comes with hasbrowns. The steak was cooked medium which was fine. The sauce on the steak is what got me. There was pesto, shredded cheese and some type of ketchup/may/ maybe Sriracha mix. But it was REALLY tasty. Southwest hash - great portion. Has brown postion was nice and crispy. They were very busy. It was father's day. So im sure it was just an off day with the service. Would definitely try again The only suggestion i would make would be to put the items that dont fit on the main plate, on a smaller plate. These tables have limited room. So giving each patron 2 large plates (one for french toast and an equally large plate for eggs and bacon) took up a lot of room on a 4 person table where you sat 5

Dirty Oscar's Annex - Disappointing Experience on 6th Ave…read more We came in as a group of seven, and unfortunately the experience went downhill quickly. First, the service was poor and disorganized. One of my friends arrived early and ordered her drink, but it didn't arrive until after I had already received mine -- even after she asked twice. We also had to wait far too long for basic things like napkins and forks because we weren't given enough for everyone. The most frustrating part, however, was the automatic gratuity. At no point were we informed -- verbally or on the menu -- that parties of 6 or more are charged an automatic 20% gratuity. We only discovered it by carefully reviewing our checks. And to make matters worse, the so-called "20%" was not actually 20%. It came out to 24.1%. When we questioned it, the person who said she was the manager claimed "the computer does it automatically." We are a table full of teachers -- and the math was definitely not mathing. We understand and respect gratuity for large parties, especially when the service is great or when it's clearly communicated. But charging more than the stated percentage crosses from poor service into a billing integrity issue. To add to the frustration, there is also a credit card processing fee, which again was not clearly disclosed on the menu and only appeared at the bottom of the receipt. This absolutely should be visibly posted before ordering. They did offer to refund some of the charges, but we declined because it would have taken additional time and we had an event to get to -- and more importantly, it doesn't resolve the core issue of lack of transparency. She also gave each of us a $10 gift card, but again, that doesn't resolve the issue. And honestly, what good is a gift card if we don't plan on returning because of such an awful experience? Overall, this was a very disappointing visit, and not one we would recommend based on service and transparency alone.
