You will most likely be waiting so definitely get on the wait list but don't worry there's 2 small docks to walk or sit down to look at the beautiful views especially on sunny days. You will have a higher chance to sit down at the bar and get food faster but wife and I decided to wait for a booth to get the full experience and it did not disappoint. We had a great view of the water and the food was pretty amazing. Simple but delicious! Everything tasted fresh and delicious! We will definitely be returning to try other dishes! Only down fall is the parking is super duper small but there's plenty of street parking along the road. But we got blessed and pulled up once someone was leaving and got VIP spot haha. read more

Stopped by as a walk-in and got seated within 15 minutes, which was great. Our server was kind and checked on us regularly throughout the meal. That said, since it was close to closing time, we did feel a bit rushed--lights and music were turned off even though there was still about 30 minutes left, which made the experience feel a little pressured. As for the food and drinks: the cocktails were good, but the small plates felt a bit under-portioned. The spinach artichoke dip was very cheesy but a bit dry. The Brussels sprouts didn't seem well-browned (possibly steamed) and were overly sweet with too much maple syrup. On a positive note, the salmon bowl was excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal. Overall, a mixed experience--great service and a strong main dish, but some inconsistencies with the smaller plates and ambiance toward closing time. read more

Fantastic business lounge at this waterfront restaurant. Nice views of the lake and downtown Seattle from inside and out. Fresh menu with tons ad interesting options. We had the crab cakes and the Brussels sprouts to start. Not too crazy with the sprouts as it was swimming in honey so extremely sweet and over powering. I had the seafood Cobb salad. Didn't know what to expect as I have never seen this on a menu but it was great. All the flavors worked perfectly together with plenty of seafood in the bowel. Other guests order the fish tacos that weee jumbo and the seafood skewers that also looked great. Fast a pleasant service. read more

Came here on Tuesday for HH, the food choices were decent but there is no real discount on any drinks. (Only $2 off on drafts.) we ordered truffle fries, quesadillas, beef skewers, bang bang chicken, bread with burrata, and crème brûlée at the end. We have been to the Beach House B and G a couple times in the last month. Great place to eat with the view on LK Wash! We have had different types of their bowls, the Ahi and veggie bowls, fresh and great flavor, the Carmel bread pudding has been ordered both times as well! read more

A pretty cool find up in Kirkland. We got the calamari which was actually super delicious. The burger and fajitas as well. The food was good, just a tad pricier than normal for what it was. This is a great spot for casual vibes with a great view. My party of 7 decided to order several dishes to share. We had the buffalo wings, thai chili wings, spicy prawns, fish & chips, chips & dip, and teriyaki chicken sesame salad. Everything was delicious. Ladies at the front were kind and helpful. We were sat and waited at our table for about 30 minutes, no one came over. Servers kept passing us and I finally had to call someone over to ask if we were ever going to get served and they said they told our server we were waiting. Then she came over and proceeded to give us terrible service considering she made us wait for so long. Very unimpressed and will not be back. The BeachHouse bar + grill along the Kirkland waterfront is one of the old charming spots that some of us old timers still remember as Foghorn. The structure is largely the same with nautical white paint vibe inside. The parking lot outside is tiny, best to find parking along the streets or side streets. I purposely met friends at 1:30pm for a lunch adjacent time. We were able to walk in and get a table without reservations. The restaurant thinned during our visit allowing us to stay longer. Our waitstaff was extra kind and patient as our group chatted before ordering and chatted after the check arrived. Thank you for that. The Food: Prime Rib Dip, $23 - 3.5 Stars Baguette, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, creamy horseradish, and au jus make a classic prime rib dip. The meat is plentiful. I ate half the sandwich only. The fries arrived cooler than room temperature and not crispy. I ate a few and stopped eating them. Minus 0.5 stars for cold fries. All the leftovers warmed up well for hubby's dinner with the air fryer to the rescue. Prices might seem high for a sandwich, but any meal less than $30 with a view of the water is a-ok for me. Rounding up due to good service. Our water cups were refilled regularly. read more

This is a great spot near the water for lunch. Their parking lot is small, but fortunately street parking is easy nearby. I have always ordered the parmesan crusted halibut with lemon cream sauce, baby potatoes, seasonal vegetables, microgreens + capers. The fish is always cooked perfectly and the sauce is delicious. Gorgeous gorgeous view! I lucked out and flew into Seattle on the first sunny day of the year and celebrated by going to BeachHouse bar + grill with my girls! We came after a workout class and thought that we might be a bit too casual but then we saw another group of girls wearing all athleisure as well-- and we knew we were in the right place. Parking is tight here, I believe there are 5 or so stalls but there is plenty of street parking around. I circled around a few times and then lucked out and got a street parking spot right in front of the restaurant. My lovely friend's made a reservation and it was pretty busy -- so I'd suggest making one, especially as Washington starts having more sunny days ahead! All three of us got the seafood cob salad and we split two orders of fries, one regular and one garlic fries. They also have sweet potato fries! I have came here a lot of times going back years and love this place. Good place to go on either a sunny day or rainy day...good views of the water. The service is friendly and I have never had a problem. The food is good...normal pricing I think for the Eastside. I love the prawns appetizer and the sandwiches. Can go to the bar and watch sports or get happy hour or they have a nice dinner area for a romantic dinner or dinner with family. The one thing that can be bad is parking is very limited. We went on a week day after work and were able to get a table right away and choose to get a table outside to enjoy the sunny beautiful slipping into fall weather. The service was great. Our waitress was mindful of my dairy allergy and checked in and stayed on top of refills. One downside side was the aggressive and hungry ducks. The food - I liked the Thai wings - nice crunch and good sticky flavor. The chicken was good and the siracha aioli added the right amount of heat. The truffle fries were also good. This place is right on the water so come for the view. The food is just ok. We started with the Cajun shrimp which was the best dish we had. Lunch was birria tacos which were very greasy, fish tacos which were tasty and seafood Cobb which was very fishy smelling and tasting. The champagne was warm. Stopped in on a Saturday for brunch and cheers with a friend. (Why haven't I been here before?!) We cozied up to the bar which was perfect for catching up. Pros -Beautiful water view and cozy ambiance - perfect service - at most restaurants, I've felt sitting at the bar and ordering full service, you can get hit and miss attention. This experience was perfect- friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and kind. - loved my veggie bowl, added fried tofu. Good mix of flavors and texture and not too saucy. Need to know: - the seats at the bar are comfortable- perfect to cozy up and catch up with a friend. However they are low compared to the height of the bar (or maybe the bar is high?) and don't compliment each other. Doable for drinks but uncomfortable to eat. I ended up picking up my plate and holding my salad which probably looked weird, but i couldn't reach my plate. I needed a booster seat, -parking can be tough. There's a handful of spots in front, otherwise, neighborhood parking. Convenient crosswalk in front of the building. -bathrooms are located upstairs I need to go back to enjoy the view and try everything! read more

My family loves BeachHouse and comes here often. We decided to drop by on a Thursday evening because my mom didn't really feel like cooking. There was no wait time and we were seated quickly. Thé spicy prawns are our favourite dish. I think we could literally come here and order four and all eat one. The cajun cream sauce is delectable and I love that they switched to thinner, crunchier bread for a better bread to gravy ratio. We always order extra bread with this dish so we don't waste a single drop of it. Our server was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of all night. I only wish she had taken our order down instead of trying to remember it because in my sliders I asked for pickles and two other ingredients on the side but instead my order came with aioli on the side and the pickles in my slider. I don't like the taste of pickles and it was annoying to have to pick them off my burger when I had specifically asked for them on the side. The sliders were really yummy. I loved he texture of the chicken which was crispy without being too oily. The creamy aioli added the perfect kick of spice and flavour, pairing perfectly with the melting cheese. The barbecue quesadillas were a total miss for our family because of our personal preferences. We didn't realise it was barbecue sauce because that part was hidden by the bottom corner of the menu leather. We find barbecue sauce to be too sickly sweet and don't really enjoy it ok anything other than wings. My mom was able to take the quesadillas home and add to them so my family could enjoy them. We can't wait to come back to this restaurant as it's one of our favourites. Thanks for a great experience every time. read more

Ambiance - a typical seafood themed restaurant, but it's right on the water with large windows giving you an amazing view of the lake and downtown Seattle in the distance. Service - service was top notch. From the second the hostesses greeted us, they got us seated right at the window so we could enjoy the view. Our server was so nice, made some special requests that she didn't flinch at. The bartender was super cool, I asked her for a taster of each of their IPA's and she hooked it up and gave me a decent amount of each, loved that. No service complaints. Food - This is why it's 2 stars for me. I ordered the seafood paella. As far as flavor goes, it wasn't bad! Nothing crazy to make me come back but not bad. The issue was that half my clams were empty. I dug thru my food to see if it just came out of its shell but they weren't there. The bigger issue was that my paella was literally SWIMMING in a puddle of butter and oil. I couldn't even finish it. I just picked out all my seafood to make sure I at least ate that. I also ordered a side of their "spicy Cajun cream sauce" which just tasted like alfrdo with Cajun seasoning added for color. My partner ordered the kalbi short rib which wasn't like how she remembered it. They must have changed cooks or owners? But it was just bland. Nothing like kalbi. The fried rice also had zero flavor. I've been coming to this restaurant for years, which is why I chose it for my birthday brunch. Sadly, this visit was extremely disappointing. Even though we had a reservation for 12:00 PM, our group of six had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. When we finally got a table, they put us in a small booth meant for four people. I asked for a bigger table, but was told all larger tables were reserved--yet many stayed empty the entire time we were there. We brought flowers for the celebration, but there was no room for them because the table was so cramped. When we asked if there was a vase or bucket for the flowers, the hostess seemed visibly annoyed, just like she was when we asked about changing tables. Our waitress, however, was wonderful and did her best to make the experience better, which we really appreciated. We were also told that we had to leave by 2:00 PM because of an event, but it seemed like we were the only ones asked to leave, and no event ever happened. To make things worse, the doors were left open, making it freezing cold inside. We were so uncomfortable that we left after only an hour to go somewhere else and warm up. I'm very disappointed. After years of coming here, I expected much better service, especially for my birthday. read more

Two got the poke bowls, one got the teriyaki chicken salad and I got the chop chop salad. They all were nice portions and really delicious. The view is gorgeous and free parking to boot. read more

Amazing food & cocktails with professional presentation. Beachhouse is one of my favorite boating friendly restaurants. The Dock is aging a bit and needs some work but does the job! Make sure you bring lots of fenders if docking because the water can come in a little rough at times. The patio seating will allow you to keep an eye on your vessel while you indulge! read more

My mom, sister, & I made a reservation for BeachHouse bar + grill for a Saturday evening at 5:45. We got great seats where we could see the water & watch the sunset. We ordered crab cakes & popcorn shrimp for appetizers. The crab cakes were good but the popcorn shrimp were a bit rubbery. For the main course we ordered the seafood skewers, the seafood cob salad, & I got the fish tacos. The seafood skewers & fish tacos were mediocre, whereas the cob salad was good & I wish I would have ordered that for myself. In addition, our service was not stellar. It took a bit of time to order drinks & had we been in a rush this could have been frustrating. The views of this restaurant were incredible but the food was not overly exciting. read more
