Almost a year since I've been here. Food is still bomb. Even though we came on a Sunday for brunch, we got sat quickly. Food was delicious!

Very good food! The wait was a while but so worth it! The waiters were nice and welcoming! I Love this place! I'll definitely be coming back to this cute cafe!

Perfect little restaurant at the end of the hill in Hollywood Hills. They are busy, always busy! Friendly enough staff. You can dine in, order for pick up or get your food delivered. My kiddo wanted pancakes, they were pretty good. They have pastries for purchase as well. Try them out if you are in the area.

One of the best breakfast meals I ever had in Hollywood. Surprisingly they have a private parking lot and I was not overpacked. The wait was not very long and worth waiting.

The food was incredible. My friend and I shared the chipotle steak wrap with house fries, and it was so good--flavorful, perfectly cooked, and super satisfying after a hike. Highly recommend the steak wrap. We also ordered a guava matcha, which was refreshing and unique, and paired really well with brunch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. Everything came out smoothly, and the overall experience felt relaxed and easy. The vibe is such a win. It has modern diner energy while still paying homage to classic LA, which felt spot on. The space is clean, bright, and full of greenery, and the music added to the laid-back but upbeat atmosphere. It's the kind of place you instantly feel comfortable in. We'll definitely be back--this was the perfect brunch stop and an easy recommendation.

1000000/10. My favorite cafe in LA. You can see the Hollywood sign. Got an iced cardamom latte 10/10. Lines can be long to get a table tho so be aware of that. Great service & great ambiance. Coffee was not out.

A great brunch spot tucked into the Beachwood Canyon. Brunch runs until 4 pm, and then the café closes. The vibe reminded me a bit of a café scene in Fairfax - cozy, relaxed, and neighborhood-driven. The coffee menu is extensive, and as a bit of a coffee connoisseur, I wanted to try everything. I settled on a lavender breve, which came in a generous-sized cup and was very satisfying. Perfect stop after a hike. The food was delicious and was gone in no time. There's usually a wait on weekends, but it moves quickly. Clearly a favorite with locals -- lots of people popping in for takeout, which is always a good sign.

This place was highly recommended post hike by a lot of yelpers. There was a line when we got there and almost gave up after seeing my name #10 on the list. I noticed that there were quite a few empty tables so decided to suck it up and stay. Prob waited a total of 15 min before we were seated. Place looked really nice and servers were great. Soda Drinks and water were refilled all the time even though it was packed. Had the margherite pizza which I . Think crust, big enough serving to be shared, lots of basil and some cut tomatoes. It was the right amount of cheese and could probably used a little bit more tomato sauce. He had the 2+2+2 with an upgrade on the French toast (cornflakes French toast). A+ on the French toast, it was light and the cornflakes gave it a nice crunch! Would def order them again. 4 stars bec it was pricey. And have to figure out the connection between this place and Harry Styles?

Over the years and being a native Angeleno, I've heard abt this cute lil cafe at the top of the Hollywood Hills in Franklin Village. But have never been until now. We scheduled a duplex tour with our realtor and decided to explore the adjacent business+neighborhood. Super cute! The Beachwood cafe is tucked away further north on Beachwood Drive, and is very reminiscent of the Golden age of Hollywood. Most buildings have the old Spanish style architecture: with verandas and arched doorways. Dropped in to grab a latte with the hubby, no wait whatsoever and had a yummy, Fantasy chocolate pastry to go as well, since indoor seating is reserved for the restaurant proper. Will drop in: another day with more time, to have that experience. Our lattes were yummy, my iced matcha wasn't overly sweet. In fact, it was perfectly made and the service was amicable and quick. We sat outside the cafe and people watched, there were tour business and many transplants or visiting folks. Def a tourist destination. Parking was easy pezzy, you circle around back and it's shared with the adjacent, local market. The cafe interior is cozy, with alotta vintage character. One feature which stood out was the foliage; 60 potted plants of various kinds: which were hung, or decorated the many large windows of the cafe. Makes you feel at home, if you have a green thumb. Will return for more foodies on the next visit, exploring more duplex buildings in the neighborhood, thanks guys!

I love this cafe! I've only ever been inside to grab coffee as the wait is usually pretty long, but the vibes are amazing inside, It has a very cozy and warm vibe. You can walk straight up to the counter to order some coffee and to go pastries, which all looked amazing! The smores bar caught my eye I will definitely be trying next time. We got an iced Nutella latte and a raspberry matcha and both were great. The matcha wasn't overly sweet and the Nutella latte tasted just like chocolate milk. The service was great and super fast. I will be returning to dine in here very soon!

Excited to visit here on my way to see the Hollywood sign which was very visible on the the drive there. Upon entering I could see the retro vibe touches which made for a fun and casual vibe. The staff were friendly and service was quick. I enjoyed a scone and a cappuccino and got a chocolate chip cookie to go. The cookie was a great snack later in the day. I understand why this shop comes up for those wanting to see the Hollywood sign, so definitely stop by.

My problem was with our waitress and the microaggressions we experienced. To be brief, she made a snide comment about the portion sizes not being like the Cheesecake Factory when we asked if she'd recommend we share (nothing wrong with the Cheesecake Factory!). Additionally, she came back to tell us she wouldn't run our card because it had a security sticker on it. Lo and behold, when my friend told her it'd be fine it went through with no problems. As we were a table of six POC, I'm sad to say I'm not surprised at the LA service. I do hope she realizes that in everyday interactions, her remarks and behavior do not go unnoticed.

The food was wonderful - we loved the steak the ceaser salad dressing was amazing but the fish item - the Nagril item was too deep fried and instead of sending it back - we were starving after our 1 hour and 45 minutes for it to arrive. in the end we did what FERNANDO asked us to - write a review - but in LA : We leave places like this and while smart dishes like 'The Parkway' or a 'Knuckle Sandwich' are ready to be presented - we would have cashed out asap if we had known that the non-action in the kitchen was a thing. The Chef might have been from New York - but he was no where to be found - much like his kitchen staff staring back into the dining room - with. their. mouths. open. Give this place time. They are creating unnecessary obstacles and dont have enough staff to justify the dead silence for the hours you will wait to receive anything - nothing is bussed - nothing is cleaned and nothing will be addressed during the times you could easily leave without paying for the bill. Unfortunately, we left feeling more disappointed than impressed. To start on a positive note, we were seated on time, and all four of our cocktails were well-made and enjoyable. Unfortunately, that's where the positives mostly ended. Our overall dining experience lasted over 2.5 hours, which was simply excessive. We were seated outside, and for most of the evening we appeared to be the only table outside being served. Despite that, everything moved at an incredibly slow pace. Several items we ordered were either never entered or never brought out, which only added to the frustration. For appetizers, the Caesar Brûlée was the biggest disappointment. It honestly tasted spoiled and had an unpleasant aftertaste that made it difficult to enjoy. The Curry Corn "Ribs" had a nice flavor, and the Lemon Pepper Brussels Sprouts were easily the favorite dish of the night. The $23 bread basket, consisting of two fish-shaped pieces of cornbread and four small pieces of focaccia, felt very overpriced for what was served. For our entrees, we ordered the For Goodness Steak and the Bama Smoke smoked chicken. The steak itself was cooked to the requested temperature and had good flavor, but it arrived only lukewarm, which took away from the experience. The smoked chicken breast was tender but lacked seasoning, and the Alabama white sauce wasn't what we'd expect from authentic Southern-style Bama sauce. We were also excited to try the restaurant's famous oxtail pot pie, but unfortunately it had already sold out by the time we arrived. What made the evening even more disappointing was the lack of hospitality. When we expressed our frustration about the long waits, we were told they were busy inside--as if sitting outside somehow explained or justified the delays. Had we been informed that outside service would be significantly slower, we could have made an informed decision or at least adjusted our expectations. Even more surprising, during a meal that lasted over two and a half hours, not one manager or member of leadership stopped by to apologize, check on our experience, or acknowledge the obvious service issues. Overall, the food was average at best, with a couple of standout appetizers, but nothing that justified the lengthy wait or made us eager to return. Service and hospitality are just as important as the food, and unfortunately both fell well short of expectations. Based on this experience, it's highly unlikely that we'll be back.

I have been coming to Lemon Grove for pre show dinners and recommended this place to friends and family because I always had a good experience and the food, drinks, and service have been great. This last time was an unfortunate exception. I brought my sister and brother in law for their first time here before seeing Phantom of the Opera. Before entering the building we were asked if we were headed to Lemon Grove and if we had a reservation. Soon as we walk into the door, same question. Yes we did have a reservation. After taking the elevator upstairs, we were approached AGAIN by a man (towering over me and standing really close in an intimidating way) asking AGAIN if we are indeed here for Lemon Grove and if we have a reservation. He informed us that we was asking only because there was a wedding on the property. I did not appreciate being interrogated by three individuals asking if we had a reservation. And then we had to check in with TWO hostess. When we checked in with what I assume is the main hostess for Lemon Grove, I gave her my name and it took a while for us to be seated. We're just standing there waiting. Do you not believe we have a reservation? By the time the interrogations were over and our reservation was finally confirmed, we were seated. I will say that one pleasant part of the evening was our server. She had been my server when I brought my parents here (months ago) and she still remembered me. That was a nice touch. Our server was great and accommodating! No issues with her at all! I had ordered the steak frites which tasted great and was cooked to my liking. My brother in law ordered the same thing and said the fries were really good! By the time I had a few fries left on my plate, I was asked by someone who wasn't our server if I was done. I said no I am still working on it. After a couple of more fries, and barely five minutes later, I was asked AGAIN by a different person if I was done. Clearly y'all wanted to rush us out of there so I said yes I'm done (so I wouldn't be bothered again). When we finally left, the last man who asked us if we had a reservation, pointed us towards the direction of the elevator. Sir, I am not blind I know where I am going. I can see the exit. I had no intention of crashing the wedding. From the interrogations, to being rushed out of the restaurant, I will never come back here again. In the future, close down the restaurant if you are hosting a wedding. You are already double dipping by making money off the wedding and regular restaurant patrons, but it's not fair to regular customers being treated the way we were because of an event. Lastly, your bartender sucks at making an Old Fashioned. Who makes an Old Fashioned with crushed ice? It's one large ice cube. And when you do screw up, don't strain the watered down Old Fashioned into a new glass with a large ice cube. Make a new one...properly.

I decided to drive into Los Angeles late, very late and I'm glad I did. Zero traffic, just coasting along with no delays. When I got into town, I searched 24hr diners on my Yelp app and Norms popped up so close to my accommodations. The first thing I ordered was eggs, sausage, bacon and French Toast. They had sugar-free syrup. The coffee was hot and vanilla creamer was available. My server was super nice. At 2am, the restaurant had a few late night crowd, but it was also on a Thursday night. The restaurant is located in a shopping center next to Ross and a supermarket. There is onsite security and that was good. There was a homeless person walking around checking for recycables but he did not bother me. On the night of the concert at the Greek, when I was leaving the venue I was directed to drive through the hills to exit. I went through some winding roads, a tunnet, and ended up at the stoplight. When I arrived I thought, "This looks familiar." I immediately recognized where I was and instead of turning L/R I went straight because I knew Norms was straight ahead. It worked out perfect for me because I was already set to go to Norms as it was already after midnight. This time around I got steak and eggs with two pancakes instead of hashbrowns. yah, I had a sweet tooth during this travel excursion and this place hit the spot. Not my merch to buy, just coffee mugs. I'll consider this the spot now whenever I'm in the area for a concert. See you some on Yelp 2026
