Please note the attached pictures for just two of the windows they installed just a few short months ago! Charged us $1200.00 for these two windows and installation. Look at the trim after less than six months! Obviously they used the wrong adhesive or whatever compound (maybe they just used bubble gum??) Finish trim is lifting off already! Imagine what it would look like when the weather heats up and it completely falls off. One more thing I need to get someone else in to clean up and fix that they did! April 25, 2020 discovered why the trim on the windows was peeling off. Evidently the windows they ordered and installed were too small. Their remedy was to take some plastic trim with a blue strip of two sided tape to cover up their mess. Since the window and frame were about 1/2 inch difference in width nothing was holding their trim to the frame. Hence, the cheap tape gave way and their cover up trim began peeling off after 2 months! Crap, now I have to find someone to fix another of their messes!

We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. In August of 2023, I hired Quad County MHS to remediate the crawl space under my pre-fab home. We…read morefound a leaking gas line in addition to dampness and lack of insulation and a vapor barrier. They installed a sump pump to keep the crawl space dry. I paid over $30,000.00 for all this work. It came with a transferrable lifetime warranty. Here it is in April of 2025 and I am selling my house. I called for a pre-inspection and it was found that the sump pump was installed incorrectly. A second inspection ordered by the buyer found the same issue. I contacted Quad and asked them to send someone out to re-install this sump pump correctly. They never called me back. I am not surprised. They will never make this right. I am attaching the inspectors' reports. UPDATE I just got a call from Harry. The email address that I send my request to was no longer in use. They had not seen it. Harry said that they will make this right. I am moving in 10 days. Stay tuned.
