When my dad passed, my mom moved to another beautiful apartment and continued to thrive. By last October my mother's mental and physical health was deteriorating to the point where she could no longer be safely left alone and I was worn out, so we made the transition to 24/7 caregivers. It was easier than I'd anticipated and has been a huge relief. Francis and his staff are unfailingly responsive, friendly, reliable and know this business inside out. He "got" my mom immediately and has been terrific at selecting caregivers that provide a good match for her. EC@H offers time block options, flexibility, pricing and hand-picked caregivers that you can't get with a big national company (we tried one for a while--lots of billing errors, difficult to communicate with, not very carefully screened caregivers!).
