They slotted me in with someone I was not comfortable with from the start. Immediately, the culture changed. If you like Grand Central, they bring it right into the dentist's office. Assistants rushing around, people chatting and clanging into things. A real display of chaos that makes dental work feel like a construction site. The new dentist did a cleaning and told me my crown would probably fall off. It did. I went back. They cleaned the area, treated what needed to be treated, and replaced the crown. Immediately, I could feel that something was wrong. My bite was grinding, and the gap around the crown was all I could feel when I ate. I went back and had them adjust the bite. When I questioned the gap, I was told it had always been there. Too dismissive, too defensive. I knew what my mouth felt like before the crown was replaced, and I knew what it felt like afterward. I got a second opinion. That dentist thought the entire thing needed to be redone. Instead of stepping back and reconsidering the work, I was eventually pressured into letting them do a bridge. That bridge failed along with the crown they had placed, leaving me dealing with the consequences and looking for yet another dentist. And the way they handled my questions was almost as troubling as the work itself. The dentist who did the procedure was laughing and joking with colleagues while stretching out my mouth. When I questioned the results, I felt dismissed and pressured rather than listened to. At one point I was told my tooth was moving, then the dentist told me it had been a difficult job. That was news to me. It certainly wasn't communicated while she was working on me. If you like the feeling of being rushed through dental work, pressured into additional treatment, and then made to feel like you're the problem when you question the results, you'll love this place. One thing they are really good at is dodging responsibility. The managers seem to have plenty of time away from the office when you're trying to get help with a problem. I like a dentist who is communicative, careful, and knows what they're doing. This is not my dentist. I will never go back. Best of luck with your dental search. A good dentist is a real find. While you sit in the chair getting your teeth whitened, they give you these yellow tinted plastic glasses that supposedly protect your eyes. I was doubtful because they look like they came out of a cereal box. When you're done with the procedure, you take the glasses off and your teeth look pretty white. A glass of lemonade would look white at that point too - after spending about an hour seeing everything tinted yellow. When my eyes had adjusted and I got home I realized my teeth hadn't whitened at all. Tricky! They also are very pushy to get you to buy another session at a discount. The discount only applies if you pay on the spot, and they really press you. I paid in the office for a second session that I didn't even bother going back for because it's truly a waste of time for minimal results. They sometimes offer a discount for positive Yelp reviews, so keep in mind that a lot of these 5 stars are from people who are getting some money back and haven't had enough time to realize their teeth are same as always. As a final insult, my teeth were incredibly, painfully sensitive for the rest of the day.

I had an appointment with here in January but an emergency prevented me from going. I was kind of a mess from the emergency and the woman over the phone could tell when we spoke to cancel my appointment. She asked me what was wrong and I wasn't able to hold in my tears. In our brief moments over the phone, she asked me about my situation and tried to console me and see if she could help- I could tell she cared about my well-being. I just had an airbrush tan done by Natalia on Friday. It was super easy and quick to set up an…read moreappointment and the entire experience was extremely convenient. Instead of going to a salon and having to break up my entire day just to get a tan, I was able to do whatever I had to do at home prior to Natalia arriving. When Natalia arrived she quickly set up the pop up tent in my living room and my tan was complete within minutes. Natalia then applied baby powder in areas over the tan so that it would not feel sticky afterwards. I can personally say that it did not feel sticky AT ALL and I have experienced this feeling after other tans in the past (done at salons). Having a tan done in the comfort of your own home is amazing!! You do not need to worry about sweating off the tan after leaving a salon and ending up with weird and uneven marks. You can easily put on anything you want afterwards and feel extremely comfortable at home, until you can shower. You also don't need to worry about other weather inconveniences such as rain. The entire experience was great and Natalia was super sweet and personable. Natalia also followed up about my tan the next day and gave me suggestions to obtain the optimal color that I wanted. I had noted that for next time I want to go a shade lighter and Natalia advised me that she keeps a log of the shade she does for each client every time, so that it is easy to refer back to it during your next session. She suggested what I can do to lighten the color of my current tan for this time (this was only a trial, as I did not have a specific event to attend this time) and it worked!
