Also, their steaks here are really good. The service is great too. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. This Redrock is clean and has a good ambiance to it. Overall, great restaurant and I highly recommend it.

For my starter I ordered "Our Nice Little Salad" this beauty was crisp, fresh, and had tomatoes that popped in your mouth and bursted with flavor. The in-house croutons had that perfect buttery crunch, spiced pecans added a unique boldness and the homemade ranch was thick and creamy. I will say I had to ask three times for ranch. I just kept waiting. For our main courses we had the bone-in pork chop. Thick, juicy, and properly rested paired with red mashed potatoes.... Which were very good. The seasonal corn - was gone so quick! It was just so delicious. Ate that right up!! The shrimp scampi leaned heavily into garlic and butter in the best possible way. Shrimp were big, tender and juicy. Unfortunately my rotisserie chicken.... was very dry. I kept choking because of that. I was unable to eat it, that was disappointing. As far as atmosphere... very warm lighting, intimate feels, candle lit, steady energy, attentive staff. The dining room hums with laughter and happy customers... but without overtaking the conversation at our table. The volume was comfortable considering it was a full house.

The last time we were here it was called The Regatta. We loved the atmosphere and the food and…read moredrink there then. We stopped in on a Sunday and it had definitely changed into a weekend brunch spot. We really just wanted a cocktail and an appetizer so we asked for the regular menu. I had a blackberry-lemonade mimos. It was OK, maybe not cold enough and wasn't served in what I would consider a mimosa glass. I would order something else next time. We went with the Regatta Bombs (elevated jalapeno poppers) and they were delicious. The spicy aioli was probably the best part but the cheese stuffing was great. All of this wrapped up in bacon was amazing. Our server was new but very attentive. Every plate that passed by our table looked amazing from the Italian nachos to the chicken and waffles. The regular menu is heavily Italian influenced. We got there about 1 PM and it was populated with the after-church crowd. We felt a little out of place in our ultra casual lake wear. Honestly though, don't feel bad if you have on cut-offs (or even have a dog). They are personable to all! We will be back probably for dinner.

They were allowed to go empty at times, but effort was there in other aspects. Food was very slow to come out as well, at least 30-40 minutes from ordering and this was at 5pm. The bread is absolutely delicious. It was some of the best bread I've ever had. It was so soft and flavorful. My major complaint is pricing/portions. We started with the Regatta Bombs, for $15 we got 5 tiny cheese stuffed jalapeños. This was maybe an $8-10 app. They were decently good. We watched another table get the Italian nachos app which is $19 and an absolute massive portion. I ordered the Greek salad, which at $15 includes no protein, the cheapest option is an $8 chicken breast! $23 for a Greek salad with chicken that was a very modest portion with light toppings. Absolutely not worth it. I could've ordered the kids grilled chicken breast which included a side for only $7! The kids ordered spaghetti and meatballs which was a very hefty portion and a large meatball, enough to feed a small adult for only $7-8! They were very happy. Lastly, a member of our party ordered chicken Alfredo and her chicken breast was dry and charred on the ends, which was disappointing. Mine was perfectly cooked, so there was inconsistency. This seemed like the best option in the area. It was not bad by any means, it was just hit or miss!
