What a cool experience! When we arrived, we were greeted with chef's choice of small bites and champagne. They truly did take great care of us. The full 5 course meal experience was amazing. Started off with the soup, then salad, then appetizer of choice and your entree. You finish up with your choice of dessert too. The food was lovely. The ambience was so rustic and chic. I loved my visit here

Beanos Cabin is definitely a very special, celebratory type dining experience. You will take a snow cat led sleigh ride up the mountain about 20 minutes to reach the cabin. This was a very magical unique experience as it was snowing outside and felt like a winter wonderland. Upon entering Beanos, live music was playing, a fire was going, and complimentary champagne was received which was so nice! For the price of $220 a person that made it worth it. For the dinner itself, the food was very good but without the experience before it would have been a little upset to spend that on the dinner. The Foie Gras was the absolute stand out and wish I could have gotten that for my main too. The porkchop was also delicious. The Elk needed a little more sauce or something with it but was cooked well. Beanos is open even in the very cold conditions so plan accordingly if going to join them!

Been coming here for years and it always feels special. The setting, service and seasonal menu are always fantastic.

After 30 years, we went back to Beanos cabin and it did not disappoint! what a romantic place. We have a wonderful dinner. the attention to detail and the background music was phenomenal. I had the barrel aged special smoked Manhattan, and it was quite a showstopper. Highly recommended

This was a wonderful experience start to finish. The sleigh ride was so fun. Dress warm but the blankets were warm and dry. Arriving at Beano's Cabin is magical, it was snowing and the cabin is gorgeous. Coming in and changing then being greeted with Prosecco and small app in front of a warm beautiful fireplace is such a welcoming touch. There were 11 of us and our service was impeccable. We had two wonderful servers and the service was great. Now to the food! Oh it was wonderful. I had the Oscar Style Tenderloin with a lobster tail. Everything was so good. I would do this again, it is such a unique experience.

We absolutely loved our time here! My grandparents and parents have been going for years but it was my first time. I would love to go again. The food was delish.

Every year we visit and it's always an amazing experience. You take the sleigh up and down the mountain which in itself is a lot of fun. Pre-covid they used to provide fuzzy slippers for their guests, hopefully this will return. Dinner is a five course meal, with vegan and vegetarian options. I've tried the trout, venison, and beef tenderloin entrees. The tenderloin is a must! Their pork belly app is also a must as is their flourless chocolate cake dessert. They usually have the special soup and a vegan option. The vegan option (tomato basil) was somewhat acidic the time I tried it but still good. You should try them for lunch or dinner of you're visiting Beaver Creek.

Highlights: * Unique top of the mountain venue * Worth a one-time visit for the experience * Decent food and service * Large Wine list with some decent bottles around $100-150 * Price fixe dinner $119 pp with a few different choices Going to Beano's in the summer is a different experience than the winter, you have the choice to go by shuttle or on horseback. I would not recommend horseback watching how our shuttle covered the riders in dust as we drove past them. It's a bumpy not very scenic ride up there by shuttle in the Summer. You arrive to see a large fireplace and bar past the entrance, a terrace outside and a well maintained large rustic but elegant cabin setting for dinner. Everyone gets a small soup, ours was lukewarm, and a nice salad to start. Then you have your choice of several appetizers, entrees and a choice of dessert. It's all part of the $119++ price fix. We choose Ahi Tuna Poke and Foie Gras Torchon to start followed by the Venison and Tenderloin with a bottle of Belle Glos ($100). We went with our server, Art's recommendations for dessert choices, dark chocolate coconut cheesecake and Carrot Cake. Quality was good and nice professional presentations. Our conclusion is that everything was very good, but unspectacular. Good and friendly service, relatable food, a nice experience, but a one and done, check the bucket list type of place.

Absolutely loved this experience! Sleigh ride up to the cabin was magical and very fun to see behind-the-scenes of the ski resort. Service was outstanding and very professional. Food was delicious and we all left very full. Our favorites of the night were the beef tenderloin, Beef tartare, and apple crumble! Only item I would skip on next time is the elk because the beef tenderloin was better. Highly recommend Beanos for a special occasion!

Beautiful fun experience going up the mountain by sleigh in a snow cat observing the stars in the night sky and Beaver Creek village below. If chilled, one can shield themselves with the provided parkas. Upon arrival to the summit, we entered a rustic ambiance complete with a huge stone fireplace generating wood heat and exposed log interior. To start, we enjoyed a smoky Manhattan followed by a glass of fine Bordeaux paired with a caviar sampler. The best of the bunch was the beluga and paddle fish. Did not care for the others and potato chips for dipping into the crème fresh was not optimal. Enjoyed the rich lobster bisque with chunks of meat, and warm hatch chili muffins. Main course elk strap, although elegantly plated and cooked perfectly, was bland and tough. Would not order again. My friend had the squash vegetarian dish which also left more to be desired. For what the entrees lacked, the service, experience and atmosphere made up for. Service was great and impressed by the sommelier.

I highly recommend Beano's cabin. The experience is amazing. And the food absolutely delicious. My husband and I also had a glass of Faust 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon which es absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so nice The sleigh guys were wonderful. You have to try Beano's cabin. You will not regret it

It was completely dead at 12pm on the Saturday I was there. I ordered a Buddha Bowl with Pork Belly ($25+$8) which definitely reflected the higher prices and cost of living of the greater Vail area. Ample parking. Staff wasn't very friendly (but they might have been in a hurry to get us to leave since we were the last patrons in there). In a quaint plaza called the Riverwalk. This time I ordered the Schmidt Mac Burger with Parmesan Fries, while my wife had the Wagyu Reuben with a side salad. Every bite was delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy with just the right amount of Parmesan, and my wife's Reuben was loaded with flavor. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. After our meals were delivered, our server rarely checked back. We were never asked if we wanted another drink, and our water glasses sat empty long enough that we finally had to ask another server for refills. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn't the level of service you expect from a restaurant of this caliber. One thing to know before you go--the prices are on the higher side. My burger and Parmesan fries were around $33, so this isn't your average burger joint. That said, the quality of the food helps justify the price. Overall, the kitchen absolutely delivers, and that's why we'll be back. Hopefully this was just an off day for the service staff, because if the front of the house matched the outstanding food coming from the kitchen, Craftsman would easily earn five stars.
