We have seen the little coffee shop over in downtown Mesquite multiple times. We decided to stop and give it a try. The atmosphere was quaint and comfortable. The people including staff were very friendly and helpful regarding the different coffee flavors. I was very disappointed, however. My coffee was very foamy sweet ... But had absolutely no flavor of coffee in it at all. I felt like I was drinking hot sugar Vanilla flavored water. I noticed all the other reviews are good. I'd like to give the coffee shop another opportunity. I thought maybe they just forgot to put the espresso in But my husband had a drip coffee and it was flavorless also. (I put some of his coffee in my cup to see if it would perk it up) I'm a very big supporter of small local businesses. However, I do expect to enjoy what I'm paying for. read more

The coffee shop I always wished Mesquite had. It's been around for about a year now, but I had never stopped by before. My friend and I came in the hopes of coffee and a study spot with Wi-Fi we didn't have to drive 20+ minutes for. We were not disappointed. The lady at the counter was one of the owners of the place, along with her husband that was sitting nearby. She was super helpful in explaining what their different specialty drinks were and even informed us of their student discount (I always forget to ask). They make most of their syrups in-house with the husband coming up with a lot of the specialty drink ideas. I recommend trying out their seasonal ones if you're feeling adventurous. You can also buy coffee beans and stickers. Our drinks didn't take too long and there was plenty of seating and outlets, with the Wi-Fi password posted on one of their bulletin boards. We were there from 5 PM to 6 PM and it was never too loud. The music was the perfect volume and the place had a nice, relaxing ambiance. I got a vanilla latte and it was the perfect sweetness and temperature. My friend got a hot chocolate with a shot of espresso and enjoyed it as well. Will definitely be coming back, for casual conversation, studying, or even just a quick caffeine fix. read more

An underrated coffee shop! Probably the best prices I've seen for coffee. They have great seasonal drinks year-round and friendly staff. The shop isn't too loud depending on when you come in. I wish they had longer hours. Parking is easy and theres tables/outlets to study or work! Definitely will come again :) read more

The coffee here is really good, though the price matches Starbucks the quality is much better than anything you would receive from there! The flavors vary for each individual, providing each customer with a "usual" of their own. The workers are very friendly, and if you visit frequently will remember you by name! Nice little coffee shop. Offers WiFi and if need they have a printer for customer use. Menu is on theme with the ambiance. And the coffee is good. I got the sun bear. I thought it would be sweet but it is just perfect. Definitely a spot to get work done. read more

Was looking around to try and find a small local cafe to try out and this was one of the only ones that popped up. There is a sign on the door that says to park across the street and not in the parking lot next door as that is for the GJ automotive business. I got the toasted marshmallow latte which was good but quite sweet. The two people working this morning were friendly and helpful while pointing out the menu. read more

I found this place on IG. It is a cute little coffee shop. I was excited to find it & try it. I tried the "Rob Weasley" which is a gingerbread latte & a blueberry lemon scone. I was safely disappointed with both items. My latte didn't taste like gingerbread at all. And the scone was bland. I do want to return to try more items but it was just kind of a let down. read more

I held out on this review until today, my 3rd time there. This was my 3rd try at a Mocha, and each time I've gotten one it's been Bear-ly Hot, and Bear-ly Mocha. Most customers take their drinks To-Go, and there's just no way to enjoy this when it starts out "just warm". This added to the drink having a minimal chocolate taste, this is the 3rd Mocha that is consistently "Bear-ly worth it". This is a quaint and nice little Coffee Shop, and the employees are always GREAT, but I've given this place 3 try's, and the Bad-News-Bears Cave has struck out. read more

Every time I've visited, the baristas have been so helpful and friendly. I always get an iced chai latte, and they're great! The only downside is that they're closed Mondays and Tuesdays, but I understand that they're a small business. Hopefully when COVID's over, I'll be there more often and bring my laptop to get some work done! (Also, they offered a student discount.) read more

Great coffee atmosphere, the old theatre façade is noticeable, and the art displayed for sale by local artists, really cool stuff, cozy. My first visit back in early July, they were stocked up with tea towels, t-shirts, and other fun things, but my second visit in early August not so much. Good thing they sold, but I was looking forward to the tea towels, just means I'll need to return. The COFFEE was fresh, had the pour over with alt. milk. We've been looking for a little local coffee shop and so happy we found this place. The owners were so wonderful and helped us pick out our coffee.
