I've been a customer for a while now, this place simply needs to learn that Vape/CBD shops are a dime a dozen. My complaint revolves around a simple mistake made, when packing my various pre-roll order. During my transaction, handled by new employee #whatever (yo dread, talking about you)...I could tell he was new, he struggled with pricing, the order amount, the register, processing the order, etc. but I watched and laughed. When I opened my package that night to enjoy, I noticed that they forgot to pack up an item that I'd purchased. As you would expect, I went back the next day (less than 20 hours from my purchase) and explained. This loser (same as day before) explains there is some kind of 'next day' statute of limitations thing, that had I called the night before, he could have fixed it, but the next day he couldn;t help me....then gets defensive and accuses me of lying about the situation and to get the F out of 'his' store...WOW, WOW! I will never set foot back in this place again, as mentioned on the front end...they need to learn some customer services skills. When a customer is spending $100 a week with you, don't accuse them of trying to cheat you...maybe, just maybe that was a loyal customer pointing out a mistake, and hoping for some understanding to resolve the issue. This is the absolute bottom of the barrel smoke shop I have ever been in. Sure the decor is Beautiful because of the artwork that was painting on the wall. Came here in a pinch cause it was nearby, which is pretty much the only time you should, instead of driving to one of the nearby superior smoke shops. Small store, small selection, weird "someone's living room" vibe, and WAYYYYYY overpriced. I guess they're tapping into that market of suburban smokers who don't know any better or too rich to care. 2 stars for the nice employees. Go to the Roswell Cloud 9 or Bee's if you want reasonable prices and huge selection. read more

We really wanted to hell and support this smoke shop... hell, my husband is the ex general manager of bees smoke shop.... just now we went in for a can of butane and it was the worst rip off!!! There were two brands and they both cost the same.... the sad part is one is China butane used for lighters.... not good for rig torches.... $11.00 for a can of China gas.... yall will never ever get the true glass collectors if you don't adjust the prices .... you definitely lost our business and probably the people who keep our company... and the associate tells us that most places charge 12 for a can of China gas, and I guess he didn't realize that we knew what we were talking about and when we called him out on it he didn't have too much to say..... I have never seen any smoke shop sell a can of lowest grade gas for $12 Mr. sales associate....I will be definitely stopping in cloud nine smoke shop now on and if any of my friends ever ask about it also, I most likely will advise that they go to cloud nine also, not to mention they have connections with some really good class distributors, which the shop does not read more
