It was my first time here and I stopped in to buy various treats. I got a few cupcakes, donuts, and cookies. The black and white donuts are amazing! Love them! I bought a valentine's Day cookie that I wanted to mail out and they wrapped it so cute for me. They went the extra mile! I got a few cupcakes to sample, and they were all just delicious. I really adored everything here! I will be back soon!

Because of the pandemic, we delayed celebrating our daughter's 2nd birthday. Instead, we decided to just have a small celebration with just us, for prosperity's sake. She was really into the Mickey Mouse Club at that time, so I decided to go Minnie Mouse, buying a bunch of themed items to decorate an outdoor area and a pink polka-dot dress with Minnie ears for her to wear. I've been wanting to try Beascakes for some time now, after seeing a picture of a beautiful cake someone posted on IG and I decided to have them make Dani's cake. They were pretty booked so we had to order the cake about ten days out. I had no idea what to order but the woman I spoke with helped me a lot. All I told her was that I wanted a Minnie-themed cake but had no idea what and that it would only be feeding about 10 people, at most. She came up with a great idea that sounded good to me and the price was very reasonable. Fast forward to the week of our baby girl's "party", and of course the weather forecast was not looking good. Saturday was said to be torrential downpours and I was at a loss of what to do, especially since we were going to celebrate outdoors so that her Nana could attend while socially distancing. On Thursday, I decided to call and request that they please allow us to pick up the cake on Sunday instead, since Saturday was literally a wash and Sunday looked to be a much better day to be outdoors. The woman I spoke to was very accommodating. Despite being booked for Sunday, she offered to make the cake late on Saturday on the off chance that the weather held, that way if we had no other choice but to pick up the cake Sunday, it would be the freshest it could be. I was above thankful that they made the adjustment for us. Saturday came and went, and was raining all day long. Sunday was perfect and hubby set out to pick up the cake later than expected. By the time he got to the bakery they were closed. The time listed online was incorrect. Luckily, there were still staff inside cleaning up and they allowed hubbs in to pay for and pick up our cake. We hightailed it to Oakland Beach in Rye for out outdoor celebration. Our luck continued to flourish as we found a folding table that someone left behind and was able to set up a little birthday table for our tiny tot. We got some great photos, sung happy birthday and had a great time giving her a special birthday, no matter the size. Beascakes went above and beyond to help brand new customers and the first impression definitely weighs heavily on us patroning them in the future. We received a beautiful cake that my daughter loved and it tasted fantastic! We had chocolate cake with cannoli filling but it was not too sweet. It was just right. I've been dying to order a letter tart with macarons. They're the most beautiful creations. I'll have to surprise someone special with one in the near future.

Probably the best chocolate chip cookies you can get anywhere, and I have had many! I stop in almost daily for my morning coffee, they use frozen coffee ice cubes in their iced coffees so it doesn't weaken as the ice melts. It's also a treat getting "bonus coffee" later in the morning once it melts. The large bakery case is hard to ignore, as all of their baked goods look and are delicious. The highlights being their cookies which include chocolate chip, peanut butter (with reeses pieces), "monster" (oreo/m&m), rainbow cookies with rotating seasonal colors, and their decorated cookies that are as tasty as they are beautiful to look at. They also have warm donuts daily and amazing fried croissant dough churro bites that are tossed in cinnamon sugar. I've had the opportunity to have their cakes on a number of occasions as well and they are always delicious and receive rave reviews from guests. My favorite is the cookies and cream filling which uses their famous chocolate chip cookies crushed along with oreos in the buttercream. The staff is excellent and are very friendly, patient, and attentive even when dealing with a huge line of people on the weekends. Very lucky to have such an excellent bakery in Armonk.

Cute little bakery with tasty treats. I stopped here late on a Sunday afternoon and the remaining selection was slim, but I was able to snag a piece of rainbow cake for a friend's birthday as well as a couple of cookies. The ginger snap was delicious! The store is small so they limit the number of people who can be in there at one time but I didn't have to wait long at all. Definitely worth the wait.

One of my best friends speaks highly of Beascakes; she frequently patrons them and always talks about their cookies and iced coffee. Additionally, one of my Yelp friends also has glowing things to say and highlighted the business on his social media page. Because of this, I always kept Beascakes in the back of my mind to try. Since I'm off from work this week with cancelled travel plans, I decided to hit up some local spots I've been meaning to try. That being said, I took a little drive to Armonk to finally check out Beasakes. Located in a small strip mall, Beascakes has a fairly simple setup. It's not large inside but there are two nicely sized display cases with a number of cakes, cookies, and pastry. Additionally, there's a small coffee bar and a fridge that has additional stock and customer orders. I came fairly late in the day, so a good chunk of their inventory had been sold, but there was still a bit to choose from. Their chocolate chip cookies were sold out, but they still had some monster and oatmeal raisin so I picked up some of those. I also decided to try their cake doughnuts, and to top it all off I got an iced coffee. I decided to sample a bit of everything. The cookies were good; the oatmeal raisin had an interesting consistency, it wasn't the best oatmeal raisin I've had but definitely not the worst. The monster cookies were better - great filling-to-cookie ratio and they were just the right amount of chewy and crispy. I thought the doughnuts were awesome; I'm not really a cake doughnut person, but these have really tested my affinity. Simply frosted, fluffy with the right amount of density - it was everything I look for in a cake doughnut. The iced coffee was great; the highlight being that in lieu of ice cubes they use frozen coffee cubes to keep it cold - !!! Service was fast and friendly, I was asking a few questions as to what everything was and the woman helping me had no qualms about answering them all. Prices were also a steal - four cookies, four doughnuts, and a large iced coffee only set me back $13. Overall, I'm a new fan of Beascakes - I would definitely go out of my way to pick up some more bakes; those legendary chocolate chip cookies are at the top of my list ;-)

I had my baby shower this past Saturday and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and delicious cake! My sister got this for me and it was amazing!! Everyone keeps talking about how yummy it was! I will definitely be getting cakes here again!

Key Lime pie with my other car on top! (I wish!)
    Lauren M.

Ok - so turning 40 is never easy. For anyone. Unless you have delectable sweetness from one of the best dang bakeries in town to help take the edge off! My darling husband asked Beascakes if they could make a key lime pie with a Zamboni on it (yes - the ice resurfacing machine - long story!) and they came through in the clutch. Tart, sweet, perfect. And the cutest Zamboni design. What a treat! And they have countless more talents with cake and cookies. Best chocolate chip cookie in the flipping universe!! Try one and you'll be back...maybe even before you get to your last one! I wish I could bake yumminess like this. Chocolaty, melty, soft and warm - you'll feel like a kid again. So, Beascakes - I guess 40 really *is* the new 20. Thanks, Guys! *kiss*

    Coconut cake with raspberry filling

I love this bakery, I go there every Sunday for a chocolate chip cookie - the best by far. Last week a party and got mini donuts as well as a coconut flavored cake with raspberry filling and coconut shavings - it was the highlight of the party. Usually you order a pretty cake and it lacks flavor - not true with Beascake. The cake was moist, tasty delicious. My only regret was not having their business cards to hand out because every person asked where I got the cake from

Great photo op for the cupcake, though! Flavor wasn't there for me.
    Christina Z.

Hands down the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had - and I wasn't even planning on ordering a cookie! After reading rave reviews, we couldn't not try it - and boy were we not disappointed! This thin cookie is so chewy and gooey, oozing with tons of chocolate chips. It's almost more chocolate than cookie, just how I like it. They must have these baking non stop batches, since I didn't see them pull any out from the back, but they were still so warm and melted. Also had a chance to try their donuts - got the caramel coconut one - this was also the perfect level of crispy fresh donut, while the icing wasn't overly sweet. Can't wait to try more flavors. A little disappointed in the carrot cupcake we got - seems like it didn't have any nuts as per the usual. We tried it since the bakery has received awards for their cupcakes, but we'll probably be sticking with the cookies and donuts!

The black and white donuts are extraordinary, the rugelach is YUM, but the fondant cupcakes are mediocre.

From the first interaction with Jay, who, btw, is the embodiment of customer service and clarity, I knew I had made the right choice. Mind you, I have only experienced the Tasting to determine the filling, and I am already over the moon! If you are having a special event and want everything to be perfect, have Lulu Cake Boutique make your cake. *********************************************************** Upon tasting all four cakes, I knew immediately which cake filling was my favorite. My eldest and co-host flew in last night, and she agrees. It is a resounding yes that CRUMBELLA DEVILLE is the winner and definitive choice for Rayven's Sept. 13th Baby Shower! If anything, of all four, Crumbella was the least moist, and that is only because I had the other three to compare. Had I not, I would have been none the wiser because it was a perfectly moist and delicious cake. I was right in choosing Lulu's Cake Boutique. Your obvious dedication to using fresh ingredients and farm-fresh butter cream (the frosting is to die for!) along with fresh fruits from local farms as stated in your FAQ, was proven in every forkful! Delicious doesn't even begin to cover the work you produce. I could go on with a list of superlatives that best describe your work! And this is just the tasting, not the actual final product! Your frosting was light, not overly sweet, with no chemical aftertaste, all fresh ingredients. And oh my goodness, the flavor combinations you offer for the different cakes! They are definitely not for the undeveloped palate! The level of craftsmanship and dedication to your event is apparent from your first exchange with them. My son picked out a black and white cookie decorated with a heart, which was just as cute as it was tasty. The glass cases were filled with beautifully decorated cakes in so many different flavors perfect if you're looking to order a custom cake for a special occasion. We were greeted upon entering the store and the employee was nice enough to point out which cake slices were the quarter ones and answered our questions. It is a small and quaint bakery. In response to the owners comment on my last review:…read more It's interesting to be labeled a "toxic individual" simply because I shared a negative customer service experience. That says far more about how criticism is handled than it does about me. I've read the reviews, and it's clear I'm far from the only long time customer who has had issues with the customer service. The food has never been my complaint, that's why I kept coming back for years. The service is what earns the low rating. As for the Apple Pay issue, there was no sign visible at the register where I was standing. After the cashier made such a scene, I intentionally looked around and only then noticed a handwritten sign in front of the other register, blocked by the family standing there. Meanwhile, the payment terminal itself prompted me to use Apple Pay, so naturally I assumed it was accepted. My issue was never that Apple Pay wasn't accepted. Businesses are free to choose whatever payment methods they want. My issue was being loudly scolded in front of other customers over what was clearly an honest mistake. A simple, "I'm sorry, our terminal still displays that option, but we don't accept Apple Pay. I'll refund it for you," would have resolved the situation in 30 seconds. You mentioned I should have spoken to the manager, but the cashier told me she was speaking to the manager and was on the phone with them regarding this "big issue" I created. What stands out most is that, rather than acknowledging how the situation could have been handled better, you chose to attack the customer who left feedback. Accountability goes a long way in customer service. After supporting this bakery since it opened, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. That's unfortunate, because the pastries were never the problem, the experience was.
