I'll be blunt. Seriously, pay attention to all of these reviews and steer clear. Despite all the bad reviews and warnings to stay clear, I thought I could give them a try. Well, this is a learning experience that teaches me not to ignore other people's reviews. The girl at the front desk who took my suit in for measurements was friendly and welcoming. What was unacceptable was the quality, rather lack thereof, work. I read in some reviews that when customers received their clothes back, there were holes in them caused by the tailor. Well, I just got my suit back and there's a big hole in my vest. Secondly, the prices are way too high and unjustified on any level. Sure, people have to make a living, but they really screwed the pooch on this one. They really milked the cow dry on this one. They really Mickeyed this Mouse on this one. Look, Men's Wearhouse doesn't charge this much for the alterations on a suit; normally I go to them, but they are considerably further than this place, but I should have just made the trip there to save money, time, and my suit. 2 stars because the girl had good customer service, but if she hadn't this review would've been 1 star. This is the nearest dry cleaning establishment to my house. I am comparing my two experiences here with my old cleaners who probably spoiled my perception on how cleaners should do business. Reasons to go: 1) Quick drop-off/pick-up. You will most likely never wait in line to pick up or drop off clothes. 2) Friendly. The female acts like she has known you her whole life. The jury is out on whether the dude is friendly or not. 3) Uniforms. I see military and border patrol uniforms inspection ready in the plastic when I pick up. Reasons to avoid: 1) If you do not utilize the pre-pay option, as Nicole F. states in her review, it can be expensive. Alteration charges are OK for the area but anywhere outside of SD and you are paying more 15% more than normal. 2) The turn around time can be lengthy; 5 days for alterations (hem on slacks + cleaning) seems a bit long. read more

I parked at temporary parking spot to pick up my coffee at Starbucks. This cleaning business owner lady came out the store and screamed at me and my little son that the spot is only for her customer. She kept screaming at us and I did not want to escalate in front of my son so I moved my car. After I moved, I confirmed that the spot was only marked as temporary parking and It is not marked as " the cleaner customer only". Once I moved, her cleaner truck came to park. Long overdue review update. Their policy of 20% off prepay went to 10% years ago and while the prices seem high to me most of the drycleaners in the area are expensive. The biggest frustration is that when you bring men's shirts in for laundering or drycleaning, they remove the shirt stays and they don't put them back. Went in young man tried to charge me more for hemming pants then the normal price. Was actually trying to come up with the additional charge while I was standing there. BEWARE!!! DONT DO IT!!! LEAVE!!!! Their prices are outrageous!!! I'll never go back. I'm new to the area and was hopeful that this place would be a good experience because the location seemed nice. On 01/29/18, I took 2 coats and a sweater in for dry cleaning. On a separate tag the staff took the full size blanket and tried to charge me for a queen size comforter price. Of course that should have been the first indicator. I put the sweater photo up, they charged me as if it was a coat. I immediately asked the staff to correct it and they said they couldn't. So I paid it, and hoped the manager would. I went a few times to rectify the charge and received the run around. I finally requested they have the manager or owner call me. A few weeks later a female called me who identified herself as the owner Julie Lee from Beasley Cleaners. I was hopeful that this wrong would be corrected because she finally called me over the phone on Friday, February 9, 2018. I began with explaining that my white coat was now a dirty white color and the over charged coat costs. She interrupted and said the price charges were right for what I brought in. She said her staff charged the coat cost because of the length of her he sweater which was like a coat with buttons. After much discussion she finally said the price 7.03 was for sweaters, 16.75 regular coat and 21.85 over an coat because they charge how they perceive the length of the item is not what it might actually be. Then she went on to say that I owed money. I explained to her that the items I took in and what was charged were incorrect. I thought she would be helpful but I was soooo wrong. They charged me $21.85 over coat, 16.75 white coat and 8.19 for the sweater. It should have been 16.75 red coat, 8.19 white coat and 7.03 for sweater. As she spoke to me she was agitated from the beginning and not receptive or even trying to correct it. I explained that the blanket felt like it had soap on it and I had it re-cleaned at ARYA Cleaners. Then I explained the blanket issue in detail of the cost and she said I owe still. Her math did not add up. She didn't even offer the correct the cleaning on the blanket, white coat nor offer to credit me. I now go to ARYA Cleaners at a reasonable price and my clothes are clean and come out the same color as they go in. If I could have given zero stars I would have. I wouldn't even recommend this place to an enemy. read more

Yes its convenient and close to the house! I enjoy the center that it is located in. Pizza, the gym, starbucks! I've been going there since about 2009? I did enjoy the 20% off pre-pay but people do have to make a living. I've only had cleaning done not alterations. Most of the employees are pleasant and professional. I go there about twice a month mostly for having my work pants dry-cleaned. Iv'e had one issue in my 6 or 7 years of going there. Just recently they lost track of my 3 pairs of pants. Of course i didn't have the receipt. However, Erika went out of her way and conducted a full investigation. She did find the pants! She was polite and professional. read more

I should have heeded all the warnings! I brought in a brand new suit (tags and everything) in pristine condition. What I received back was a jacket with a stained pocket and trim. #1 Their quality control was so poor they didn't even bring it to my attention when I picked it up. I had to discover the damage after getting it home. #2 After attempting to fix the damage, they claimed that it was the glue used in the manufacture, and that I should take it back to the store and complain. I will never return to this cleaner. No one expects to bring in a perfectly new suit, never worn, for dry cleaning, only to have it damaged; then have the damage blamed on the manufacturer. Wow! The service was fine (she was very curt and was surprised at the Yelp coupon I showed her when I checked in) but the quality of work done was great. Why do people support certain businesses? Ease of use, customer service, maybe cost? Well I live nearby so this place is convenient but not cheaper. I have been going here for years for my dry cleaning needs. I'm not a regular maybe every 3 months. After todays interaction I will no longer support Beasley Cleaners. I walk in today, the attendant is eating behind the back counter. I say "hi", I get no response. She takes my ticket and she rings me up. Still saying nothing, no eye contact. I ask if I should slide my card, with no response she takes my card and slides it through the machine. I say, "well I could have done that"! For whatever reason, this employee is rude and projects attitude. I would just blow it off but I have had other interactions with the same employee, with the same attitude. Not to mention another customer comes in behind me and she becomes Chatty Kathy. Oh well, not worth it to me to go to any business and receieve attitude, so I guess we start going to Arya Cleaners. read more

My first try on this dry cleaning site for a tuxedo shirt dry cleaning service and the terrible service experience prompted me to make this comment. I brought a newly purchased tuxedo shirt for dry cleaning and hand it over to the person on duty who seems to be a teenager. I asked him if I need to remove the buttons and he said that he'll take care of it. Fast forward to pick up day, I noticed that the black buttons were all missing except for the one on the right sleeve. When I asked where the buttons were, I was told that it didn't have the buttons when I turned them in. All were we're missing except one, and telling me that I didn't have them on the shirt when I turned them in. Eventually talked to the manager after a long discussion and was told that they found them and I can pick them up .. went to the store, but what was handed to me was from a different shirt ( I guess someone else is missing his buttons) and again " the kid" said, we tried looking for them, but can find them.. They have been breaking the buttons on my shirts. The African American girl has no idea what customer service is. The worst was when they washed a $180.00 shirt instead of the dry clean that I said , again breaking the buttons and they Said they would tell the manager to see what could they do. That they would replace the buttons at " no charge" what!, of course, they broke them. The manager never responded in regards to the fading of the new shirt. read more
