We dropped off two items with clearly marked stains and pointed them out at the time of drop-off. When we picked them up, neither item had been properly cleaned--it honestly looked like they hadn't been touched. We left both pieces again, with the stains re-marked. On the second pickup, only one item had been cleaned while the other still had the stain sticker on it, untouched. The cashier casually said they "probably thought only the blazer needed cleaning," which was frustrating given how clearly we communicated the issue. We left the second item yet again. After the third attempt, we finally received the item back. At that point, I called the owner to request some form of compensation for the inconvenience. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, he became defensive, talked over me, and began yelling. I ended the call after telling him that was unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and very disappointing customer service. I won't be returning

This week I went to drop off some clothing items (14 pieces) as I've done many times in the past-- usually I run in from the 5 min parking in front and drop them... this time I was told I needed to leave a card on file for 10 items or more--and it wasn't in the nicest manner. I was taken back by this, because I'm consistent with weekly dropping off bulk items, and I asked if it was a new policy. The young guy at the counter said it was. I ran out to my car to retrieve my wallet and ran back to leave my card on file. I have to be honest, I'm really frustrated by this new policy requiring a credit card to be kept on file. I've been a loyal customer for years and have never had an issue paying or picking up my items, so this sudden requirement feels unnecessary and disappointing. What makes even less sense to me is that the dry cleaner already has my clothing. If I didn't pay, I wouldn't get my clothes back anyway, so there is already an incentive for customers to pay before receiving their items. Requiring a card on file on top of that seems redundant and, frankly, a bit unreasonable for long-time customers with a good payment history. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I mentioned how I was missing an item and the man made me sound like I was crazy and that they hadnt received such thing. I asked to look at the camera footage and he had kept making excuses how he cannot show me for whatever reason, I was very upset and just decided to take my loss and remember to not trust this place with my belongings ever again. I left my phone number just in case someone found it since I knew it was in there or either misplaced. Turns out a few hours later the guy found my faux fur coat and he apologized but I was over it since he had already accused the customer of being untruthful. Very unprofessional, he could have just admitted to misplacing the item and I would have been more understanding since they are taking account for it but instead it led to him not admitting to their mistakes since the beginning encounter.

The clothes do not have that human odor (dead skin cells smell) when you get them back. They smell fresh and dry cleaned from well sanitized equipment. We appreciate that they clean their equipment well and regularly. There is a great alterations station here as well. It is set up very professionally with the threads, machines, and supplies that an alterations business uses. The tailor who does the alterations is customer service oriented. I highly recommend this cleaners and alterations business. They also have a self service dry cleaning kiosk for drop off orders.
