It's a perfect burger: hand held (not a towering monstrosity that requires a knife and fork), gooey cheese (you get your choice), tart pickles, caramelized onions, and a soft buttery roll that sops-up the juices. Tastier than some of the new age buns and much better than old school sesame seed. It doesn't include chain fast food-style iceberg lettuce and tomato, a good thing. The juicy homemade beef and pork patty is thin, but not Smashburger thin. Lastly, the basic burger which includes cheese, has one of the most attractive price points in town.
